Well, well! Finally had time to read over the Jury survey’s that Kathi Belich received. Is the Baez better off today then he was in December 2008? I believe he is, but we must remember the November 2009 survey’s were given out BEFORE they started pointing the finger at Roy Kronk! Today, jmho, people would even have more to say about him and his team! Wonder when we will get a survey on the A-team!?
In December 2008, there were some jury survey’s answered! Many had no opinion of Baez. A few had some. Here are the comments about Baez: “I think he is a jerk and wants his name known”, “seems to be a detailed Lawyer”, “That he is involved in trying to do his job to represent his client, I guess not much else on him”, “He knows she is not telling the truth + still is defending the fact that she knows nothing. This is why some folk do not trust lawyers. I have no comment”, “Seeking attention from such a high profile case”, “I struggle to understand how he can defend someone that shows to be guilty – I am not sure he is trustworthy from what I have seen on TV”, “I do not know who he is, I have no opinion”, “he is ok but not to confident in his job”, “trying to build a reputation for himself”, “Looking for national recognition for himself”…………..etc.
Now to look at the November 2009 surveys. Seems there are more comments about him: “I feel his attraction to Ms. Anthony is more personal than professional. He doesn’t seem to have much supporting case”, “Lawyer working hard to win”, “loves media attention”, “I don’t know the gentleman and cannot pass judgment. It is usually too biases one way or another”, “Not sure, he is a lawyer and out to do his best for his client. That is his job”…………………etc. Many said no opinion.
The November survey’s were done around the 3rd of November 2009. I have a feeling had they been done after the 19 November 2009, many would have had more to say about him. It was 19 November that the defense came out with their little pointing of the finger at Roy Kronk. Wonder how good I could do on that Survey???

I just checked Judge Adams court docket for today, and Holly’s name did not appear. I know she was scheduled for his court, I saw the schedule myself many times. Something’s up, as usual with these people. Can someone enlighten us? I would have thought the media would have reported on this, seeing as Holly is on the board of the foundation. Hmmmmmmmm—

Hi Muesli…They might have made a plea deal…this is what they do all the time especially with a first time offender
I wonder if they will also order counseling/anger management?
I do think many many people not including us that blog about the case will remember what a dumb arse Baez is.
I wonder what a survey on Lyons would say. I know on LKB it would say she spits too much when she talks…please get her to turn away from us, lol

I am not sure if the kids were there…I remember something about pictures and a bat. I would think the kids were there. Do you remember if he was going for custody in the divorce?
From what was on the OCCO site, he was looking for custody of the kids, not sure if it was full custody.
I hope she serves time in prison…will give her a new lookout at the world she built for herself! I wouldn’t doubt that Cindy was an instigator either!

Here is the link the Caylee Daily has to what if could cost in fines. But, I don’t see a link saying she will have to hand over the money out of her account. But, it makes sense to me she would have to do just that.

I don’t think that the snack money will pay any of it! I believe the money she made on pictures of Caylee has to do that! But I am sure the Bozo will be putting in that she doesn’t have to pay! Had she plead guilty instead of not guilty years ago, it would have been over and done.

Remember that money is Casey for her trials, not just for the clown to spend!
Shoot they will say all the money on the pictures are going to Cindy…it is her money. Even if some is going to Baez…they will do anything to not have to pay. After all why should they?? Casey has been railroaded by her friends and their families, FBI, LE, Experts and the state attorney’s office.
I also believe she doesn’t have 5,000+ in her account, and can’t have that much!
Remember Steph, they got 225,000 for pictures that was for Casey!? Also if that is the fact, then looks like Cindy would have to pay it out of that money! Gosh for all the money there is going to the Skank family, ya think they could spend $10.00 and water their front lawn!
Obviously I live in Ohio so I can only attest to Ohio laws.
I had a family member in jail years ago. He had to deal with the same issue of court fines. Funds were depoited in his commissary account by another family member only to have those funds credited to the court fines.
I assumed that may be the case in Florida.
Steph, I don’t think even a hearing will get her off of paying nothing! She is the one who plead Not guilty the first time. They had to have it investigated and the proof was she was guilty! She will have to pay something!
