According to CFNew13, Mark Nejame has given the d-team the information they asked for, last year!! Now the d- team has another motion out there wanting ALL the information on everyone and anyone who searched for Caylee. According to the d-team they have come in contact with a few people TES has not given them any information on.
Mark NeJame said that the d-team is welcome to go to his office and look through the files. NeJame said that he will do everything in his power to protect the people who searched for Caylee!
Of course we know that NeJame said this the last time also. Baez was welcome to go to his office and look through the files. And I guess there is no guessing that Baez has never done this. There is not a rush on the d-team part, like everything else, they like to make a stink about things, then not do their part.

I thought the motion to release the entire file of the volunteers was denied by Judge Strickland a long time ago. How many times can Mr.Biaz return to the same motion–even after it has been denied? This will never end. Since Caylee’s murder, there have been other murders, trials and convictions. Why is this one taking so long? I still don’t understand how the defense team got out of the Feb. 1 deadline to produce their evidence and witnesses. I am beginning to lose confidence in Judge Strickland. Trying to be fair is one thing, but putting up with this ridiculousness is making Judge Strickland look more and more like a Judge Ito everyday. Am I really saying this? I really respect Judge Strickland, but would like to see a more “meat and potatoes” type of judge presiding over this case.

I agree, mikka. What does Conway have to do with this case? If Conway is privy to all the information, then why not Milstead’s lawyers, Holly Gagne’s lawyers, your lawyers, my lawyers. After all, we all have an interest in this case.

Whatever prolongs this case is in the best interest of the defense team’s careers. They aren’t in a rush to prove her innocent because they know she did it, they know she’s going away for life, her freedom is truly lost…but their careers, well…they’ve invested a lot of their own time and money into this, and they need to reap the benefits of the publicity of this case.

Just thinking… hmmm.. maybe Holly is the one who gave prosecution information ..and now she is being protected..no court hearing last Monday? I don’t really know much this week tho.. as I say, just thinking..don’t think too often..

I remember at the original hearing for the volunteer names, the 32 were granted with complete access to all files at NeJame’s office. Judge also said if something comes up or the d’team still wants more info THEN they will revisit it in court. Looks like the d-team is staying right on their request for all names. They’re still on a fishing trip.
I am so sick of them trying to find any tom, dick or harry to pin this on.

One thing I’ve noticed about the defense is that if you don’t do what they want AND in the way they want it, they consider themselves being treated unfairly, and hint that justice cannot be served. I’m sure that to Bozo, the fact that Nejame didn’t hand carry every file to his office and read them to him that it was a miscarriage of justice, a mucking of justice.
This has been played out time and again, especially with the ‘we don’t get a private, unsupervised room in the jail=we can’t perform our duties.” Translation: Give us what we want no matter how outlandish or unheard of, or we’ll scream mistrial, injustice, etc. It’s all a bully tactic, but it’s applied in a weird way. I’m hoping against all odds that Bozo WILL be disbarred by the time this is all over. It’s obvious he’s shady and I don’t think he’s competent to cover his tracks well enough to escape scrutiny.
