We have NO CLUE as to why the Prosecution wants the private hearing with the Judge only, but now the d-team wants in on it and if that happens, we should be finding out what is in this paperwork! I say make it public.
Also in a motion, the d-team wants the HONORABLE court to exclude the Oak Ridge Laboratories and it’s agency’s from the forensic science expert witness deadline. Read it! Or in the the alternative set a later date for this agency! NOW with what he is saying is that, are they saying in a round about way that they can ‘t get their scientists to prove that the findings are junk? And weren’t these dates setup between the prosecution and the d-team? Already can see that the d-team will be stalling and the 2011 trial date won’t be met.
According to CFNew13, Mark Nejame has given the d-team the information they asked for, last year!! Now the d- team has another motion out there wanting ALL the information on everyone and anyone who searched for Caylee. According to the d-team they have come in contact with a few people TES has not given them any information on. Mark NeJame said that the d-team is welcome to go to his office and look through the files. NeJame said that he will do everything in his power to protect the people who searched for Caylee!
In December 2008, there were some jury survey’s answered! Many had no opinion of Baez. A few had some. Here are the comments about Baez: “I think he is a jerk and wants his name known”, “seems to be a detailed Lawyer”, “That he is involved in trying to do his job to represent his client, I guess not much else on him”, “He knows she is not telling the truth + still is defending the fact that she knows nothing. This is why some folk do not trust lawyers. I have no comment”, “Seeking attention from such a high profile case”, “I struggle to understand how he can defend someone that shows to be guilty – I am not sure he is trustworthy from what I have seen on TV”, “I do not know who he is, I have no opinion”, “he is ok but not to confident in his job”, “trying to build a reputation for himself”, “Looking for national recognition for himself”…………..etc.
Now to look at the November 2009 surveys. Seems there are more comments about him: “I feel his attraction to Ms. Anthony is more personal than professional. He doesn’t seem to have much supporting case”, “Lawyer working hard to win”, “loves media attention”, “I don’t know the gentleman and cannot pass judgment. It is usually too biases one way or another”, “Not sure, he is a lawyer and out to do his best for his client. That is his job”…………………etc. Many said no opinion.

Ahg.. sore feet, legs and bottom.. I just got back from snowboarding in the Rockies.
I thought I would throw my own spin on this subject as we are on the topic.. I guess a lot of people can draw several anticipated scenarios..
1- It’s a blockbuster that drags someone else into it.. it may have little evidentiary value, but is discovery that will smear someone.. Perhaps evidence discovered of an affair between Casey and someone or one of Casey’s family and someone of significance..
2- It’s good prosecution evidence and likely does the same damage as above.
3- It may NOT involve anyone else and be non-evidence, but could point to something regarding Casey’s line of work?
4- It’s arguably something exculpatory, but may involve someone that need not be dragged into it. Perhaps the background of a TES searcher.
Anyway, if 1, 2 or 3.. if it was just ‘released’ by the prosecution in the normal fashion, the defence would call it a smear campaign.. They should be careful for what they wish for..
