    The woman accused of shooting six of her colleagues at the University of Alabama on Friday shot dead her teenage brother over twenty years ago, say police.

    Amy Bishop, 41, is suspected of killing three of her fellow biology professors during a faculty meeting on Friday. Those wounded are still recovering in hospital.

    The police chief in Braintree, Massachusetts, has revealed that in 1986 Ms Bishop shot her brother Seth, 18, in the chest. Police investigators ruled that he was killed by an “accidental discharge of a firearm” after Dr Bishop, then 19, was trying to unload the gun. The report into the shooting described Dr Bishop as being in a “highly emotional state” following her brother’s death, which made it impossible to question her.

    Mikka…It is kind of a hard time of the year with it cold outside, but does it seem like the neighbors all know each other? If so this is good…you all will watch out for each other and it helps from keeping people from breaking in. Plus a good alarm system.

    Mikka, you can also put some dowels in your windows., it isn’t the greatest security but that way they just cant bust a lock! If the windows don’t slide, and go up and down, pain them the same color as the window seal and they blend right in!

    Hi Deb…Wow, that is interesting. When first reading I thought, Oh they do that here all the time. Break into the car for the GPS system. But, if there are other things sitting there like the radios and even the luggage they would take. Well a 50/50 chance on the luggage. But, any electronic sitting there is normally gone with the GPS system.

    Deb…I wouldn’t be surprised at all. I mean when Tammii knew about the message Elizabeth sent to Logan and the LE went to see Tammi…She didn’t tell them she was in contact with Elizabeth. They could have gotten to her much faster had they known.

    I don’t want to think of anything bad today. Is that terrible? I am so tired of all the bad things going on–the beautiful children hurt or missing, the economy, the judicial system that failed that poor girl who wanted protection from her boyfriend and let a murderer loose to murder again, etc., etc. It is so depressing.

    Hi everyone. :smile: I’ve been looking and looking for a while for this document. Someone on another blog responded so I thought I’d post it. It’s dated July 29, 2008. I believe it was drawn up in part by Cindy. On page 1 under Purposes, it’s not hard to see where Cindy’s mind was less than two weeks after Caylee was reported ‘missing’. It references payment for Caylee’s burial if she were found deceased. As a second thought, she hasn’t even had the decency to do that.

    It’s not silly, Michelle. I think we all get to this point at different times. I find Chit Chat difficult sometimes. Knowing the horrendous ordeal Caylee went through and focusing on it and then hearing about ALL these other cases is just horrible. It’s just hard to digest.
    Humble, I hear that although you’re sick of moving etc, you pretty well got it all covered and are back home.

    Humble I couldn’t remember what kind of document it was and whether it was affiliated with Kidfinders or Never Lose Hope. I kept hearing that it sunk in for Cindy in August and later and it infuriated me, knowing that she set up these arrangements. My old computer was working horribly when I tried to find anything. The one I borrowed while mine was being fixed took an hour to get a post on and it was miserable.

    Caylee went through an ordeal alright, and it was pretty heart wrenching to hear Ashton put it out, and now the paybacks are heck will happen! Especially since the brat child did it to her own child! I believe that Casey treated Caylee like Cindy had treated Casey, except Cindy knew to kill was to get jailed! :wink:

    I’ve never heard anyone say that Humble, but have always felt that way. I think the Cindy regarded Caylee as a possesion and treated her as such. This coldness was repeated throught the next generation and hopefully, Lee won’t procreate. Although Casey is an adult and KNEW and PLANNED exactly what she was doing, Cindy has a lot to answer for in regards to Casey’s behavior. I often wonder if Cindy didn’t ‘fix’ everything for Casey, would she still have done it.
    Humble I’m glad to be back. It was terribly frustrating. The problem was that I had a bad connection to the internet. When that was repaired, the computer went haywire. I guess it was a combination of both. Grrr.

As for Lee, I think he has alot of George in him and not so much the biotch Cindy! Geo is an arse, but he isn’t stupid, just acts stupid when he is under Cindy’s agenda! I think Lee had the wrath of Cindy, but being a guy he knows better! jmho!

    I agree Humble, the weird thing is that Lee seems to detest his father and admire her mother. I think that although George was a lazy bum, Cindy brainwashed Lee into believing all their problems were caused by George. The truth is Cindy NEEDED these problems to make her the victim and it worked well for her until the murder. Lee may have been an idiot, but the world saw through Cindy Anthonys manipulations and her coddling of Casey.

    Humble, they are all over the place with these lies. I’d like to see them put these tales together into a lucid format in court. It will be laughable.
    I think the ridiculous CMA crap at the memorial was to pacify Casey. They KNEW she wanted a burial and once again took control from her. For whatever reasons, it bothered Casey bad enough to instruct Bozo to make the only public statement on her behalf since she was incarcerated.

    THat was disgusting what Cindy said about them digging Caylee up…Cindy just wanted to keep what she thinks is her property with her…It also makes no sense to build a memorial for Caylee if she thought they would desecrate her grave site…But, you know a memorial would be just the same has the production Cindy put on for the memorial…it would really be all about CIndy.

    I wasn’t able to save anything…It is all gone. But, I do know it started from something not be downloaded correctly which caused issues with other things. Yes I cried and cried…It was bad enough to lose everything…then to load all the things again was a pain in the arse…Which I don’t think I ever finished, lol.

    I lost my whole post. I lost everything on the hard drive too. TG for some pics on FB. He said my harddrive was scratched and vibrations could cause it. I asked him if an 18 pound cat laying on the nearby printer, washing, scratching and moving around could do it. He said , “Yep”. Peaches didn’t get his beatting yet, but he isn’t sleeping on the printer anymore. Brat. LOL
    The computer guy said that placiing foam (like the egg carton foam for beds) would help.

    That isn’t too bad…long ago they would charge a few hundred to do that. But, it really doesn’t cost much for a hard drive and takes no time to put it in. In the desk top I had the bf put it in for me.

    He did a lot of work for hours trying to solve it and finally had to send away for a courier to bring the hard drive, so I thought it was reasonable too. As the computers get cheaper so does the repair I guess.

Not sure exactly what it is the prosecution wants to meet with the judge in private about, but I think they are doing everything they can to dot all the “i’s” and cross all the “t’s”. They know the defense team has absolutely nothing and is hoping for some technicality to get evidence tossed out.

    Scrama…I don’t even know if I can shoot anymore. I probably was about 16 too…then we moved way out to the country with lots of land…we would shoot the disks (can’t think of what you call them now)…had a machine to shoot them in the air. Been out shooting since living here but it has been years and years. Probably the deer lease, lol.
