Smoke & Mirrors [thank you] posted the other day that Todd Macaluso will not be allowed to to practice Law in the state of California. And now with the courts saying he can’t practice in CA, he has decided not to practice in FL either! Not sure it was his decision, or if it was stated he can’t practice at all! According to a statement sent out by Macaluso, it states: “I, like Casey, know how difficult it is to lose a family member. While I regret not being able to proceed in her case as her attorney, I know she is in good hands with her current defense team.” It is not news that he had misused his clients money. According to the State Bar: He misappropriated about $145,000 and misused nearly $61,000 in client money.

Its no wonder that the A-team thinks Casey is innocent along with the d-team! They have been covering up from the beginning, and will until the end! I wouldn’t doubt that the Casey claims this is one of the many things the Zanny “RICH” Nanny had bought Caylee and is in the possession of the Nanny! You remember the Nanny, she is the one who lived in an empty apartment, with bogus sisters and bought everything Caylee needed so Casey didn’t need to bring over anything! She is also the one who pushed Casey down at Blanchard Park and took Caylee away from Casey! Now you remember don’t you!

What really killed Caylee? According to WESH.com they are saying that the duct tape over Caylee’s mouth is what killed her. Jeff Ashton stated in the famous fake crying hearing, that a 3 year old could have removed the duct tape, but she must have been drugged or restrained. I do honestly believe this, I also believe this is NOT the first time Casey had done this to Caylee! I believe that Caylee spent many, many nights in the trunk of the car with duct tape and all drugged up, while Casey was at home! There was NO nanny, that is a fact!
AND still the best is yet to come! Casey will end up in prison and Caylee will have Justice!
