So the Anthony’s house is in foreclosure! Good for Bank of America!
Looks like with their spending money on a cruise and maybe an attorney, a car payment, are they spending above and beyond? Guess the cruise was out of the house payment? I can see them doing this so ZFG gets nothing! I believe that they would just let this go!
The Anthony’s have NOT made a payment since June 2009 at the amount of $785.82 a month. OF course they blame the notoriety that the Casey killing Caylee has caused! And when at fault, they STILL are blaming everyone but themselves and their BRAT kid! All of this is because Casey killed Caylee, and no other reason!
Casey will ALWAYS have a place to live! Today in the jail cell next year in a prison cell!
Wonder what happened to their licensing fee’s that CBS paid to them for pictures?

My cynical mind tells me they are up to something again, and it will be to their advantage. Users and abusers. They always have an angle. Thompson, I went back and read that. But, there is no name attributed to that, so it could be anyone writing that. Not that I don’t believe it, but I would like to see people who say things like that to identify who they are in relation to the Anthony’s. It is just like I don’t believe these people who claim they know sources close to the family or case, telling them things. To me, that is all either hearsay, or just not true.

Her detailed description of Caylee’s final resting place was overheard by a prison employee at the Orange County Jail in Orlando, and spread among other staffers there, the source said.
Meter reader Roy Kronk heard the story from a female friend who works at the jail and decided to search for Caylee’s body, said the source.
In August 2008, he trudged into the woods near the location that had been described to him.
“Kronk was looking for the bricks that Casey said she tripped over,” said the source. “He found some brick pavers, but they weren’t the right ones.”
Kronk called the police with tips about Caylee’s location three times that month, but a deputy sheriff dispatched to the area didn’t do a thorough search.
A tropical storm then drenched the Orlando area and the wooded area became a swamp. But that didn’t deter Kronk.
Two weeks before Thanksgiving 2008, his son Brandon said Kronk told him: “I know where Caylee is, and I’m going to go get her.”
On Dec. 11, 2008, Kronk returned to the site and found Caylee’s remains.
“The only reason Roy Kronk found Caylee is that the body’s location had come to him in a roundabout way from Casey Anthony herself,” said the source.
Prosecutors learned about Casey’s jailhouse confession only recently, and filed a motion on Feb. 3 asking for a private meeting with the judge presiding over pre-trial hearings in the case.
According to the motion, prosecutors want the judge to delay their obligation to reveal the information to Casey’s attorneys as they continue to evaluate the new evidence.
Casey, who has pleaded not guilty, is facing the death penalty. Her admission could provide the key proof that leads to her conviction.

What seems odd to me is the timing of this supposed “admission”. I may need to consult the time line to get some more perspective. And if there an “admission” there’s no indication what the length of time was between “admission” and prosecutor awareness.

I still believe the foreclosure is a purposeful act on the part of the Cindy and George; an act that they believe they will profit from in some way.
As I said before: I think George and Cindy losing their home is another scheme. There are still too many “stories” and too much evidence on that property ~ inside and outside. They probably believe if they are “out of sight” of the house that the murder of Caylee that took place on that property would be “out of mind” as far as continuing the search, digging up cement, etc…

IF THEY CHOSE TO, they could have been making $785 monthly payments…that is pocket change compared to the money they have been ripping off (IN THE NAME OF PRECIOUS CAYLEE) from everyone and everywhere they can ~ and money they have been throwing away on a luxurious lifestyle.

I have wondered since early on if Roy Kronk’s ‘girlfriend’ who worked at the jail had overheard Casey talking about Caylee and confided what she heard in Roy; which lead Roy to search the woods for Caylee’s body.

This would be great cause for Bozo to point the finger at Kronk; to try to deflect the evidence of Kronk finding the body because of Casey’s own admission of guilt and testimony as to where she hid the dead body.

WKMG-Channel 6 noted that it broke the foreclosure story last night at 11. WKMG’s Louis Bolden said neighbors’ reactions ranged from sympathy for the couple to relief that they might leave.
A neighbor told Bolden: “You don’t have money to pay for your home but you have to go on a cruise — that’s weird.”

If I’m thinking right, from Monday on, they can’t dispose of any assets… I’m pretty sure that’s the way it is.. The bank will collect on the difference between what the house sells for, and what they owe… Usually foreclosures NEVER sell for pay-off… Not any that I have seen anyway.. My sister lost her house… She owed 145,000.00 on it.. It sold for 75,000.. She and her ex are responsible for the balance…

Hi all, been busy working alot lately! My question would be…how do two able bodied adults with two gas guzzling SUVs justify not paying their mortgage? I would like to know where they think they can go to live for less than 785 a month…they couldnt rent an apartment for that much. Kudos to Lee for not paying their way, if he doesnt do anything else right. I believe they think someone will step in and pay their way, but their story is getting tired. Anyone else would have had to find a job by now and moved on in their life. What the H do they do all frigg’in day???

Today I had an appointment at the hospital and saw this little girl waiting by the door with her mom. She would not have been much younger than Caylee. She was full of vitality and conversation. She was curious about everything. When people came to walk throught the doors, she ran to her mother who put her long coat around the little girl who was shy of the strangers. How sad is it that Caylee had no member of her family to offer this protection and take her under their wing? How sad is it that rather than running toward her mother, she probably fiercely tried to run away?
Now hearing about the Anthony’s latest crap with their mortgage just wants to make me turn away from this. The Anthonys only concern for justice is that their giant egos think they should acquire everything they desire i in life and that they are deserving of it. If they have to dance on Caylee’s grave to obtain it, they gladly will. While justice slowly turns it’s wheels, a family gets richer and refuses to work,while many honest, hard working Americans lose their homes and jobs.They could care less that the tax payers are footing Casey’s bill only that they keep reaping rewards from their evil ideas.
Meanwhile a baby’s history is being erased by for these degenereates. They felt nothing for Caylee other thant the way they could dress her up like a Barbie doll to promote thier phony family image. Now their doll is gone, thier only concern is for themselves. Although they completely lack class, they think acquiring the ‘best’ in life that they believe they so richly deserve.

Wouldn’t BOA accelerate the payment schedule at this point so they couldn’t just pay the back payments, but rather have to get a new mortgage to pay off the prior mortgage. With home prices dropping the way they have in florida, I’m wondering if they can indeed get a crappy replacement mortgage is their home has retained it’s value enough to be able to cover the existing debt.

The Anthony’s Do not live in that house on Hope Spring. They live in the next neighborhood over on Flatwood Lane. I think the house in rented. So what ever money was not paid on their mortgage for the Hopespring house is now going towards their new house on Flatwood Lane. I can’t believe they are trying to make it look like they are in dire straits. Puhleese!

Did you read earlier the story of how Kronk possibly overheard a confession from WF telling someone the gory details of burying Caylee on Suburban Drive. Supposedly WF drove her car “into the woods” and buried Caylee 80 feet in after “tripping over bricks”?
Those woods look way to thick and dense to actually drive a cxar into.
