David Evans, the attorney for Roy Kronk has sent Leonard Padilla to shut his mouth. Kronk says Padilla is making personal attacks at him.
I the letter sent by Evans, it states that Padilla has appeared on national tv attempting to somehow link Kronk to Casey, her family and the D-team. It states that Padilla has questioned his ethics, his motivation and his honesty. Padilla has also suggested that Kronk be investigated, that he has something to hide, and that he should not be trusted. It also states that Padilla has tried to contact relatives as an attempt to dig up uncomplimentary information.
I am not sure what LP’s intentions are, but why doesn’t he just stop. I like LP, but he needs to move on and get over that he did not find Caylee.
REMEMBER this? Well, today we know what LP’s intentions were! He was determined to help the d-team, the one for the Casey who is treated with white gloves, a liar, etc… TODAY he is helping the d-tema point the finger at Kronk, but helping finding the AX-wife and all her lies too! LP-2 thumbs down!

I think they only have a certain amount of time to get their stuff out.. Once that time is up, the bank will send someone out to drill out and change the locks.. If they’re in there when they go, the police will be called, and they’ll be set out on the street, by physical force if need be, WITHOUT anything but the clothes on their backs.. I think it’s either 30 or 60 days… Not 100% sure… Unless they catch the payments up… If they’ve been in foreclosure before, the bank may not accept any payments though… Sometimes the banks just get tired of dealing with people like that…

Well, the good thing is, the bank may lose money in the initial sale, but whatever the balance is between what they owe, and what they sell it for the Anthony’s will be billed for… I think the bank would be able to attach ownership to anything they have that’s paid off, ie vehicles, etc to get the balance of their money… In the future the bank can garnish wages, take any income tax refunds, etc… Just depending on what the balance is, it may get pretty dirty for them in the future… Bankruptcy is always an option, but then they’d have to disclose ALL of their financial statements… That would probably be very damning for them… *L*

I think George and Cindy losing their home is another scheme. There are still too many “stories” and too much evidence on that property ~ inside and outside. The probably believe if they are “out of sight” of the house the murder on that property would be “out of mind” as far as continuing to search, dig up cement, etc…

Caylee was already gone when the mortgage payments stopped, THIS TIME… But weren’t they in foreclosure status once before, or getting close to getting there around the time that Caylee went missing??

Perhaps this is a way to have the state pay for the trial costs. Either way, it stinks.

I don’t know… You guys are right.. Something does smell fishy with all of this… But I don’t think it has anything to do with Casey’s indigency status… Casey is an adult, and although living with her parents at the time of her arrest, they shouldn’t be considered as sources of income for her… For example my son, age 20 lives with me.. He has no medical insurance at this time, but there is a program at our local hospital that helps with his medical bills… He can’t be put on my application, because he’s a legal adult, and although living in the house with me, he’s legally responsible for his own upkeep.. I think that would be similar to the case with declaring Casey indigent… Not for sure though…
Doesn’t it always seem that way with the A’s? They don’t take responsibility for their actions, blame others, and try to get other people to pay for their obligations. Lie, cheat and steal….seems to be their motto.

I’m also thinking that if George and Cindy are caught transferring funds, closing accounts, etc AFTER they were notified of the foreclosure proceedings, that they will be in DEEP DOO… I’m not 100% sure on that either, but may be able to find out.. A friend of mine works in Real Estate, and does ALOT of foreclosure accounts…

I am just lurking but I do have to say I was almost happy about the news of their house. Some as said they are up to something or will get $$$ from someone. That darling child needs justice and the A’s should also get their kind of justice for being such horrible people. Also seeing the pics of their house, the garage is the cleaner and more organized part of the house.

The only person/people responsible for not paying their mortgage is them. They paid it for the first year and hadn’t worked. One of the problems is probably that they sold most of the pictures in the beginning of the first year. Then their was more when Caylee was found.
They have had cruise money and as you all say a boat…Also why do they need to cars since neither of them work and they go every where together?
If I remember I think the boat was bought thru milstead’s org & is not owned by the anthony’s.
I don’t remember which it was bought through, but I thought it was a gift or that they had gotten the money as a gift to buy the boat for the foundation?
This is whats called hiding assets and its legal.they lose the house but the caylee foundation goes to the bank and buys it giving the anthonys some sort rights to live there.in case of a lawsuit the a’s have no assets to take.Brad Conway will handle all the details.All monies coming into the fraudation will be protected.Its nothing but a dirty legal trick,the a’s can say hey we are broke but the foundation is doing fine oh and by the way any movie or book deals will have to go through the foundation.they can also say that they and the d team has never had any deals but the foundation has.

Yes, they can live under the umbrella of the foundation. They can even pay their mortgage thru there, a foundation has “operating expenses” & rent, electric, phone all legally fall under that. The milstead’s house was also in foreclosure, but at the same time they started a new “foundation” which involved a house to take in & care for (I don’t remember exactly what). but, their you go.

Doesn’t sound the least bit harsh to me ECDeb. I’m thinkin’ the best solution to derail this current scheme of the A’s (they must stay up all night “brainstorming” these plot against the system) is to have that house of horrors burn to the ground with them in it.

We’re always rushed when we get up to Orlando that we haven’t had time to drive by and see where this all happened but I plan to one of these times…
Strickland needs to move things along already, IMHO. But, at least, WF and her scab riddled back are locked up tight while we wait for justice for Caylee.

I went to do some more research on the “House of Panhandling,” but just like KFN the information is no longer searchable under those names. WTH?! Several months ago, we were able to access the URL’s for KFN and the House of Purpose.
The $300,000 amount accounts for assets in a Revocable Trust…. I’m not real clear on how the home foreclosure fits into that picture. I’ll get back to you if I come up with more.

No doubt Cindy took control over this housing situation when they moved to FL in 1989. Before they left OH, George’s Auto Dealership failed and the bank foreclosed on their home.
Poor Cindy who had her RN license had to go to work to save the family from total ruin, then they moved to FL and SHE bought the house @4937 Hopespring DR. Looks like she’s been wearing the pants and calling the shots from that point forward…..

The homeowner’s policy would cover it under liability up to a certain amount…and if they had an umbrella policy it could be covered to a higher limit.

I can understand your point about who would contribute to the foundation due to the “unpopularity” of the Ants, but keep in mind we do not know how everyone feels.
Even some of the Trolls that come on the blogs are not necessarily saying they believe Casey is innocent of murdering Caylee or that her parents did not obstruct justice. What some are trying to do is tell us we do not have a right to talk about them the way we do and they seem to want to take a stance for Casey’s civil rights not being violated. Even LP road in on that horse.
It does not seem to matter to some of those folks that the evidence stacking up against Casey points to her being the only one who could have committed this crime, they are really trying to take the higher ground. Casey really doesn’t matter! JMO

Mikka.. There are several ways the insurance can be set up, if it’s like it is here in KY.. You can get your own insurance, but have to provide proof of it to the mortgage company… But if they intentionally stopped making payments, and didn’t make the insurance payments either, it would be up to the mortgage company to force them to A)Pay the insurance payments, or B) Pick up insurance on the home, then add the additional amount of the insurance payment on to the monthly payment amount. (Which doesn’t seem to have happened from what I can see of the contract). The payment amount doesn’t seem to have changed since 2005, and I didn’t see anywhere on the contract where the insurance was included in the payment amount..

Okay…if they lose the house and try to get it under the foundations name…I believe they will stay have to show records to the bank that shows the foundation can sustain it. I know there are special privileges for non-profits. But, this is normally tax breaks and things with the county/city/state. The bank wouldn’t give them a break…banks close non-profits down all the time.
I also am not sure they have gotten enough donations to sustain the life style they have…I don’t know they will be able to pull it off…I do think they figured it would all work out the way they wanted it to, but that is because their frickin self entitlement they have.
They might have done this so Zenaida couldn’t get any money, but I kind of think it is the way they live and have always lived. JMOP

Just like all of you …this makes me sick. I think what really gets me about this forclosure situation is they again say something as stupid as…”This is new to us” “We had no idea this was coming” PLEASE! Who in the heck goes without paying their mortgage for that long and thinks that nothing is going to happen! Did they forget to check their front door for the certified letter? (Like they did with the notice from the tow yard) Do they not check their messages. I know when I’m behind…Bank of America call’s me like no other. You know it’s the stink that comes out of their mouth that has everyone in “LOVE” with them.
Would it be too much for George to get off his ass and get a “min” paying job to at least make the house note? They are in foreclosure because that is exactly what they planned on. Maybe not necessarily to lose the house…but they have something else up their sleeve. Could be the foundation scam..or they are waiting for a producer to come up with an offer in exchange for a “movie”, “book”, “talk show deal.
