So the big bad cowboy, LP, is thinking he needs more publicity and is thinking about helping the Anthony’s out! I assume he will be flipping the house payment. Seems the payment should be about $7,800.00 +, not to mention late fees and the $980.00 counter payment, and anything else that goes along with the foreclosure of a house. LP needs to STOP and move on.
AND ClickOrlando.com has the the A’s found out on Monday the BofA was going to foreclose their house. I don’ t think so, they knew back in June 2009 when they STOPPED making payments that they would be losing it. Of course it took about 10 months for ALL of this to start happening. EVERYTHING they do and have done, have been brought on by themselves. NO one else. They prove they are just a bunch of low lifers looking for handouts……

They trashed him and banned him from the memorial service. They aren’t going to tell him anything new about Casey…that would be the truth anyway. If he can’t offer real help to those who really needs it or pertinent information about the case, he needs to go away….

The cruise they took they claim was planned in advance at a cost of $300 per person.
Well, I’ve taken a number of cruises and that rack rate cost is only the beginning of the bill. So the trip was not just $1200. I would put it at the minimum of $2000 if not higher.
Then consider “advanced planning” If they couldn’t make their June payment and didn’t see an income stream coming in, they could have still canceled the cruise and still received partial reimbursement. Heck, if they had sprung for trip insurance they may have been able to scam a way to get the money reimbursed and the trip canceled.
Now consider the payment in Oct – already 5 months behind which means BofA was doing heavy duty collection efforts for 3 months (once they hit 60 days and the foreclosure process warnings can begin).
The more I think about it, the more the whole thing stinks.
And at this point, I do believe it would be significantly more than $8700+ to bail them out of this situation. The payment schedule must be accelerated at this point. I will also cost $$’s (or maybe they pay Brad in chili) to have a lawyer help them out of this is they are truly intent on trying to keep their house.
End result – I do believe this was a calculated choice they made.

It only makes sense to me that at this point, they would have to pay not only the balance but a buttload of fees as well. They could have avoided this months ago. It makes no sense considering they had options – a blind man could see they had options.
I’m wondering, if Kronk’s girlfriend did overhear a conversation between casey and an attoney is that considered confidential and cannot be shared?
Do you think that MAYBE Kronk came clean and told prosecution that’s how he knew where the body was?? I’ve always thought he had inside info from somewhere.. I just didn’t get the whole pee story.. MAYBE that’s the evidence that the Prosecution is holding so dear to their heart right now?? JMO, as always…

I just read on another blog that Dominic Casey’s house has been in foreclosure since 2008.. I haven’t verified this yet, but if this is true, WHO IS NEXT?? BOZO?? AL?? So far there’s the Anthony’s, (twice, as far as we know) 1 in Ohio, 1 in Florida, the Milsteads, Conwheels, and now D. Casey… How did these people find each other.. Must have been a HUGE stroke of luck ya think??
