Judge Strickland granted a 30-day holding period for the Prosecution’s new evidence and information that is currently under investigation. Should they require more time a written explanation must be submitted to the court.

Casey Prosecutors Allowed To Keep Evidence Secret

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A judge in the case against Casey Anthony will allow prosecutors to keep possible new evidence a secret from the defense for at least the next 30 days.

Neighbor Kevin Co obviously doesn’t know all the details of the Anthony’s finances, but says he wouldn’t feel sorry for them if it turns out they spent money on a cruise and other things instead of making their $785 per month house payments.
“That’s not the right thing to do if that’s the way they did it,” he said.
One neighbor, who didn’t want to be identified, said if the Anthonys put everyone else’s property values in jeopardy by being irresponsible with their finances it’s not going to endear them to anyone in the neighborhood.

I am eating left overs…fixed beef and chicken enchiladas last night.
STRESSED.. Big time.. Moving day is getting closer and no definite word on the house we were checking on.. Went by there today and the bathtub is on the porch… not a good sign… He was going to do some upgrades, but gets carried away and sometimes it takes months for him to get them done… He’s a billionaire, and keeps changing his mind… It took them TWO years to remodel his house.. they’d decide on something, the carpenters would do it, he’d come home and say, “I don’t like that, it didn’t look the way I thought it would.. Change it” and they’d have to rip out whole walls at a time… But he’s a down to earth billionaire.. A GREAT man.. As common as an old shoe.. You’d never know he had a dime… And is a friend of Bill’s and Bob’s, if you know what I mean…

This is really interesting to see what material and information they have…. and the judge will think about a request for longer time if necessary….. must be good!

I bet it’s regarding an ongoing investigation. I wonder if they’re not close to busting Cindy or someone in the Anthony crime family – I’ve even heard they might be busting Jose. The IDIOTS involved in this case were really taking a lot of risks and being stupid about things. Seriously, what would it take to get you to be involved in lying about a murder case, moving a body, keeping info from the cops?? I could MAYBE see doing that for a family member but these strangers (Dominic, Jose) are just ruining their lives over nothing.
I hope there are some arrests, that’s all I can say.

I think there are a lot of big things happening in the case but none of it is leaking out because the DUfense is as clueless as we are…they’d be on all three networks spouting about it.

Seems the possibilities are endless with all the stupidity and lies that have occurred in this drama. Could be Baez, Cindy and George, D. Kasey, or maybe the SAO has their smoking gun!
I will be amazed if C & G get out of this with no charges filed against them for all the lies and cheating they’ve done.

I heard about the trainer when I came in…I don’t understand why they continued with this whale when there were other problems. But, at the same time I would like to know what do they do once they take a whale into captivity…and people get killed?

On Thursday, the search entered Phase No. 2, and authorities brought in cadaver dogs from across Texas to search for the baby, who was last seen with his mother, Elizabeth Johnson, the day after Christmas.
Gabriel’s father, Logan McQueary, was also in San Antonio on Tuesday to continue his own search for his son. While in town, he met with Travis Andrews Warford, the former son-in-law of the couple — Jack and Tammi Smith — who wanted to adopt Gabriel.
Warford has said the Smiths “stole” his daughter, Hannah, from him by going to court and gaining custody without his knowledge.

If LP wants to help someone why doesn’t he help baby Gabriels dad. I bet he could use a few bucks for hotel, transportation, etc. Instead he’s paying for cars and housing for Misty’s family and putting beefstick money in Misty’s account.

It’s so strange to see the Misty tapes and how that family interacts. Everyone we know is working so hard to make sure our children succeed and then you see them. Has the whole family been in jail at some point? Have any one of them gone to college or even graduated high school? Misty’s parents truly love their kids but it’s like they never had a fighting chance, you know? Were they involved at school and into sports? Why would you allow your 17 year old to shack up with some loser and then marry him yet?
It’s a shame that all of them are well versed in jail/court terminolgy…but they can’t figure 10% for bond. Maybe the jail can open a wing for them and a wing for the scamthony’s. I think the world would be a better place with all of them off the streets.
