BUT this is the best thing that can happen because we know as long as the state has the information, the d-team can’t claim a leak! BECAUSE we know where the leaks happen at!

Casey Anthony’s defense attorney Jose Baez checked himself into a hospital Friday night with a “stomach ache” according to his spokeswoman Marti Mackenzie.
She would not say how long he stayed, but said doctors ran several test as a precaution.
Mackenzie said Baez was back at work Monday and feeling fine.
His client, Casey Anthony, remains in the Orange County jail accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

I fully believe that this is a DELIBERATE act on the Anthonys part to allow the house to go into foreclosure…I think it is part of some kind of plan/scheme they have…probably one learned from the Milsteads. Maybe they are hoping that hundreds of people will feel “great sympathy” for them and start sending checks to them. They are sleezy grifters who will do whatever it takes to keep the money coming in. They haven’t even bothered talking to the bank?? Come on!! Just makes me wonder what kind of crooked scheme they are up to now!! Bet they are already receiving money from people foolish enough to buy this “planned foreclosure!”

I can’t find anything on Dominic Casey’s foreclosure, so either it’s not true, or I’m looking in the wrong place.. He sure has his name involved in ALOT of civil cases though, ranging all the way back to 1983..
I don’t know about the jury not being able to view crime scene.. My experiences with foreclosures is that it sometimes takes two or more years to complete the process.. I’ve been in houses that have been sitting empty for up to 4 years… I don’t know whether there would be access to the property, etc, but if that were the reason, it would benefit the Anthony’s in that regard to do a quick sale/short sale instead of going through the foreclosure process… IMO
I dont know anything about foreclosures but with the market in the mess its in right now I know they have to be up to something nefarious for sure
I don’t know a lot about foreclosures either.. I have mostly worked alot with them after the foreclosure process is complete.. I have also done several lock-outs… Those are heartbreaking sometimes… But the Anthony’s lock-out is one I’d be more than willing to do… *Evil laugh*

So what ever money was not paid on their mortgage for the Hopespring house is now going towards their new house on Flatwood Lane.
