More evidence was turned over to the d-team today from the prosecution. It is about 650 pages with an interview of Tim Miller, Joe Jordan who claims that the area Caylee was found WAS searched by TES. Also enclosed are photo’s enhanced by the FBI of Casey’s car trunk.

Hi Gigs and Humble…I would like to know also. Do you all remember the guy that searched with TES and when Caylee’s remains were found he was on the news. He said he heard remains were found and knew it was Caylee. Even though they searched that area…he knew Casey threw Caylee out there…he said it only made sense.
I remember him Steph, but I don’t remember his name.
Marsha…I don’t think it is Joe Jordan, but at times I think it is. Because he is one of the searches that said they searched there….but he has no doubts it was Casey that threw Caylee out there.

That being in a report long ago about finding a latent print was like dangling a carrot.
We should also have a better look at the stain they said was in the trunk and looked like Caylee was in a fetal position.

New evidence also includes interviews with former Equusearch volunteers like Joe Jordan. Anthony’s defense team said Jordan will testify that Equusearch did search the area and found nothing while Casey Anthony was in jail.
Defense attorney Richard Hornsby said it is clear that investigators are trying to find information to counter the defense team’s claims that the remains were put in the woods after Casey was put in jail.
“No matter how many experts you put on there, when you have multiple witnesses, including law enforcement officers, who say we went there and we didn’t see anything, that raises some reasonable issues a jury could consider,” Hornsby said.

Mandy Albritton, a member of EquuSearch — one of the groups that searched for the missing toddler — said their volunteers did not check the location in early September because it was submerged in water. When they returned in November, the site had been fenced off.
One of EquuSearch’s volunteers, Deborah Smith, searched the area three times and said “she had a bad feeling” because Anthony had said her daughter was nearby.
“It’s really wet and steep and there’s lots of snakes back there,” she said.
“I do believe it’s (Caylee Marie),” Smith said.

Hi Marcia…Good question. I have been searching for the video of a man that did search in the area with TES. He was interviewed on the 11th I believe at the crime scene. It was raining and he had no doubts it was Caylee’s remains. He also had no doubts it was Casey that put Caylee there….Do you happen to know this interview or remember this man’s name?

Steph, I know the video you’re talking about, but I can’t find it either.. It was a video that was done on the day Caylee was found.. It was a news video although I can’t remember which station did the interview. They were standing out in the drizzle, near the scene… This man was later interviewed in his home I’m assuming.. there were seems like computers, etc in the background. I can’t for the life of me remember his name.. Humble may have it.. I believe she’s the one who found it for me before.. It wasn’t Joe Jordan though, I do know that.. GM Justme…that is the video I am talking about. It was either wesh or maybe Kathi’s station. Also in the post above that I copied and pasted the woman said they didn’t search right there. I am sure there are some people that might have searched the area and look at the videos and swear they searched there. But, don’t realize they didn’t go as as in as Caylee was. There is also on video Tim saying they will not be able to continue searching the area because of the water…they don’t want to take the 4 runners and horses in there. If Caylee is there they have a chance of pushing her farther down if they continue.
Thank you for the info that this guy is not Joe. That is good…I am sure the state will have a list of most of the people that searched there. They can call them during the trial about how far and why they couldn’t go in all the way.

So they have a couple people to say Caylee wasn’t there. One being a woman that is a bit off…or off a lot, lol.
Bet the state has way more saying they didn’t search there. Not only that the evidence will point to the fact Caylee wasn’t there. Takes much longer than a month or two for the vegetation to grow threw her skull….or at least you need the environment to be right for this to happen. Which again takes longer.

sorry, charllie, (Hornsby). i do not agree with your statement regarding witnesses, law enforcement officers, and others will override the experts. the jury, in my opinion, will weigh all evidence, and use their common sense in deciding a verdict. witnesses lie, their memory is not infallable, whereas forensic evidence is the real thing.
