sorry, charllie, (Hornsby). i do not agree with your statement regarding witnesses, law enforcement officers, and others will override the experts. the jury, in my opinion, will weigh all evidence, and use their common sense in deciding a verdict. witnesses lie, their memory is not infallable, whereas forensic evidence is the real thing.

So at this moment the defense has 2 people that say the exact area where Caylee was found they searched…is this right?
There are many more than 2 or so that searched the area that will say they couldn’t search there because of the water. Also like I said earlier…There is an interview with Tim saying they couldn’t continue to search the area because of the water.
