  4. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 14:51

    Hi Mikka & Muesli!

Sargeant Mikka – what do ya know about our doc dump? Go get ‘em! :cheerful:

  5. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 14:53

Hi Suzie. I just checked the news outlets, and nothing, nada, nichts. Guess they will get them and release tomorrow. Of course, I’ll be out all day tomorrow on the golf course, and won’t be able to share them with you all.

  6. mikka on 3 March 2010 at 14:59

suzie,i guess we get it friday!

  7. mikka on 3 March 2010 at 14:59

muesli,go to bills blog he answer one of your questions!

  8. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 15:00

Anthonys are awfully quiet since they were “surprised” by their foreclosure notice. What do they think we are all as stupid as they are. Wonder how many notices from BOA they threw into the trash can. Guess NBC will have them on so they can blame all of us and LE and the media for their foreclosure. Of course, a wimpy anchor will whisper polite things to them. Bet BOA is not worrying about being polite. Business is business. Commitments are commitments. Maybe they are finally going down “into that ring of fire”. Doubt it, though. They always have an angle. As I have speculated before, this is all in preparation to file for bankruptcy. Just my opinion–no facts–just an Anthony-like gut feeling. If they can all have gut feelings about everything, then, I guess, so can we.

  9. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 15:00

Muesli so you think it will be tomorrow? I sure hope so, I want the dirt on WF and Co. The trunk liner outline, photos compliments of Ricardo M, and hopefully Dom Casey spilling the beans.

Do a rain dance so no golf tomorrow!

  10. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 15:02

So Mikka – you know it will be Friday? I hope, I hope…

  11. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 15:02

OMG, I AM A STAR. Thanks for the heads up mikka. Wow, I am so honored to have him answer my question. Humble, I am also honored when you answer my questions. See everyone, its all about me, me, meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

  12. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 15:03

Suzie, I’m dancing as fast as I can.

  13. mikka on 3 March 2010 at 15:04

muesli,i am proud of you, your question was really good!

  14. mikka on 3 March 2010 at 15:06

    muesli here

MUESLI inquired whether witnesses (for example, the Anthony family members) could sit inside the courtroom prior to their testimony to listen to the testimony of others, or would they be required to wait outside until they are called to testify.

ANSWER: Witnesses who will testify must wait outside the courtroom once the Rule of Sequestration is invoked. What is that? Among other things, all defense and state witnesses are excluded from the courtroom before and, generally, after their testimony is given (sometimes witnesses are recalled to the witness stand). Routinely, either the state or the defense will ask the presiding judge to invoke the Rule. The judge does not, of his own accord, do this. There have been the occasional oops, where neither side remembered to ask that the Rule be invoked. However, this lapse is typically noticed when one side or the other turns around to see witnesses sitting in the courtroom observing proceedings.

  16. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 15:13

Muesli, you are a star! And what a good question – way to go!

Ohhhh, Chelsea King. Just like Morgan Harrington. Who are these evil creatures who stalk them???? Seems they are every where – watching, waiting, pouncing and killing.

These poor girls were just so naive, innocent and trusting. Thinking “it will never happen to me”.

My heart breaks for those parents whose children are extinguished by these low lifes. So sad….

  17. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 15:18

So, I guess from the answer Mr. Shaeffer gave to my question, this means that we won’t be viewing Cindy and George during the trial. They will have to wait in another room with all the other witnesses. Can you imagine George and Tony Lazzaro in the same room together, not to mention Jesse and Amy, and all the others. George hates Tony. Don’t know why. It was Casey’s decision to sleep with this creepy looking guy.

  18. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 15:31

Muesli, I agree Tony is very creepy looking. But WF was crazy about him: enough to work for free in charge of the shot girls at Fusion, stealing from Amy to feed and cook for him, Bella Vita tat, and enough to take the life of precious Caylee.

Seems like I’m really ranting here tonight. Sorry. I’ll be back after dinner, maybe that will help!

  19. nannab on 3 March 2010 at 15:38

    competition :ninja:

  20. stephanie on 3 March 2010 at 15:50

Hello Everyone…or anyone that might be here, lol

  21. Suzie Jane on 3 March 2010 at 15:51

Nannab, are you at work? shhhhhhh :ninja:

  22. maze on 3 March 2010 at 15:53

Im sure geo and cindy will ask that they be given special treatment and moved to a private room..so as not to have to look at “those people” who killed caylle

  23. maze on 3 March 2010 at 15:54

along with endless supply of water bottles and gum

  24. maze on 3 March 2010 at 16:12

im sure they will have a plant in the courtroom..I hope they take away everyones cellphones!!

  25. stephanie on 3 March 2010 at 16:25

You know all they have to do is watch court tv to see what is being said

  26. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 16:28

Steph, I never even thought of that. That must be illegal so you’re absolutely right, the Anthonys will do it.

  27. nannab on 3 March 2010 at 16:28

yes, at work.. SJ.. Maybe it won’t be on court TV.. for that reason..

  28. stephanie on 3 March 2010 at 16:30

They already said they will air it…they have had many cases like this and they still air them.

  29. stephanie on 3 March 2010 at 16:31

East…I totally think they will watch to see what is being said

  30. nannab on 3 March 2010 at 16:35

I don’t think Cindy will make it thru the 1st day or 2.. watching it.. if it ever does happen..

  31. stephanie on 3 March 2010 at 16:41

Do you think she will rush the court house with her bat after a day or two…I so could see that, lol

  32. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 16:57

I don’t know Steph but maybe some will fly out from under her skirt. Someone needs to take a bat to Cindy.

  33. eyespy on 3 March 2010 at 17:02

    Meow!!!

    How is everyone?

  34. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 17:05

Actually, that would be another good question for Bill Shaeffer. Are the witnesses allowed to watch the trial on TRU tv, or will they be sequestered physically by the court, meaning that they are not allowed access to tv during the trial. Don’t know how they can do that. When people go home, they can watch their tv’s, even if they swear that they won’t. Wouldn’t trust the Anthonys to abide by any order of the court.

  35. Muesli on 3 March 2010 at 17:06

eyespy, where’ve you been. Haven’t see you in ages. Seems like we are all fine, except getting antsy waiting for some new information.

  36. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 17:09

How are you doing Eyes? It’s nice to see you.

  37. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 17:11

Muesli, here the witnesses are required to remain outside the courtroom for the duration of the trial until after they take the stand. Then they can remain in the courtroom. They might call Cindy first so she can’t ‘match’ everyone’s story (when they blab against court rules)

  38. eyespy on 3 March 2010 at 17:13

    Hi Deb,Mue

Guess i fell into that burning ring of fire for awhile, the one some of you are familiar with…….i have lurked a bit, but really didnt feel up to commenting.I am slighlty antisocial i guess, tee hee.Glad to see you both.

  39. eyespy on 3 March 2010 at 17:21

Does anyone know, did the defense come up with their info back in febuary…..that actually proved Caylee was moved while Casey was in jail? I heard Malcuso is out of the picture.

  40. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 17:23

I too, have crawled out of that burning ring, Eyes. It’s a loooooong trip. LOL

  41. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 17:24

I”m not sure when Malcuso came up with that but I think it was earlier than February. He is out of the picture. We should be getting some docs soon too.

  42. eyespy on 3 March 2010 at 17:26

    Deb

  44. eastcoastdeb on 3 March 2010 at 17:30

I’m not sure, Eyes. I haven’t kept up with things as well as some of the others. I think Steph could probably answer that.
