Conway filed a motion to keep the suicide note George wrote private. Conway wants Judge Strickland to stop the state from releasing the note as part of the investigative documents that will be released in a few weeks! Conway requested a hearing later this week!
Yesterday in court, Baez whined about not seeing “my girl” when the news that the remains were found of a child. I am still wondering how Casey knew that the remains found were Caylee!!! Here is what the jail says: Casey needed to be cleared by the clinic before he could see her.
The attorney for the jail, Robert Guthrie, said it’s routine for inmates receiving bad news to be moved to the clinic where they have access to counselors.
The camera that recorded her reaction is fixed on the common area. “We object to the characterization of a conspiracy,” he said. Florida’s public-records laws require prosecutors to release investigative documents once they turn over the materials to the defense team.
There are some exemptions, such as autopsy pictures, and judges can order restrictions on other items.
Strickland allowed Baez to see the video and decide within 15 days whether he will ask the judge again to bar the state from releasing it to the public.
REMEMBER all this fun stuff? Well the DP off the table didn’t last long and the Conwheels did get the Suicide note private. I assume that suicide note had some good info in it about Casey and the murder! And still the “notorious” jail video of the murderer breaking down still remains in hiding until the trial!

Good morning all. Patiently waiting for doc release, even through they are probably just more of what we already know. Anthonys, defense, everyone is way too quiet these days. What’s up? Has to be something. They never seem to disappoint us when we think there could not possibly be any more strange turns in this case. If it weren’t for George and Cindy, I can imagine that we all would not still be so adamantly following this case. It would have eventually relegated to just another murder of a child in Florida.

many times during my day, I come by but no one is here.. I sometimes leave a message… even in OT.. but most times, no one comments back even though I see someone here so I take it there are still a few onlookers.. I won’t say lurkers as I’ve never liked the word.. the word lurk reminds me of a sneaky person which I am not.. nor do I see anyone else being sneaky.. lol..
anywhooo.. just letting you know I do still try to keep up by “reading” & keeping up with everything here… but it still gets tiring hearing the same thing day in day out without anything new going on.. basically, its repeated over & over… comments each of us has said for the last year or more.. nothing different, nothing new.. I want so much for something to happen like the rest of us.. but it does get rather tiring hearing the same comments.. just commented by someone else in a different way, is all.
Remember that article I wrote.. well, that was written over a year ago & yet, I still stick by it as true.. its just common sense that these ppl.. those defending killer mom are liars & fraudulent thugs & non professionals bringing other liars in to prove her innocents but we all know the truth that she did kill her daughter because its all there in the evidence… especailly the 31 days, the car, most of all what is said in the docs. we also know they are trying to build a case against kronk, & we also know that there are some testifying that they didn’t see the remains there when searching when we know for a fact it was, not just because of the said “plantlife” growing in poor Caylee’s remains but because it was flooded at the time. These liars are so beyond the truth & it will be proven in court how crooked they really are. I hope to see that day when they carry the whole bunch of them off to jail,& this includes G&C & Lee, including Bozo & Conwheels! they’re all guilty of cover-ups & lies & should have been jailed a year ago! anyone else would have been for doing less!

I just left to read around. Left a comment over at B. Shaeffer’s place about my opinion as to the Anthonys not paying their mortgage since last June. I still think (just think–my opinion–no facts) they are getting ready to file for bankruptcy. That is the experience I have seen around here when people stop their mortgage payments.

makes sense, Mues.. I thought that too because I too have seen it here.. BUT… with bankruptcy, isn’t all cash or monies frozen, keeping them from spending anything & it would stay on their record for seven years? Also, I believe you still have to have so much in cash value to even go bankrupt.
why would anyone even want to do this without a perfectly good reason? & wouldn’t they have already filed for bankruptcy by now??? this so confuses me as to what their real motive is unless they don’t want to pay out for Casey’s defense! they had to be counseled on doing this because I still think they’re too dumb to come up with such a scam!

A friend of mine works at the county bankruptcy office and people would come in and try to file for bankruptcy on their homes and not anything else. She said the rule is your file on your house, you file on everything. People were really trying to keep everything but their houses, especially since houses were worth alot at one point and they were refinancing.
I’ve been meaning to comment for so long, but just found the time. Can’t wait for the new info. I think miss Casey overdrugged the child, paniced, called SOMEONE, and tried to make it look like a kidnapping! I guess as a mom, just couldn’t even imagine intentionally.
