So the Judge has changed the trial date from 02 May 2011, to 09 May 2011. This comes after the D-team has asked to get taxpayers money for their defense!
Also in this file it says the Judge will decide the time and the location of the trial! They need to leave the trial right there in Orlando. Casey can get a fair trial, of course though with her attorney being Baez that could cause a problem.
Also changed in the file is the Defense shall list all witness, provide report prepared by expert witness and file any motions related to the forensics/science evidence no later 31 Oct 2010…it is now 31 November 2010.

And if you missed it, James L McIntyre has sent some emails saying there is a Nanny Zanny aka Gloria and that Caylee is alive! But it seems really weird that Casey never mentioned the name Gloria and Daisy! Yep JLM has come up with the best of it!! Makes you laugh that he is trying to make these claims and not one person at the SawGrass apartments would have known that Gloria aka “Zanny” Fernandez Gonzalez had lived in the apartments? AND in the just of all this fun stuff, the defense doesn’t want the jury to see the photo’s of Casey’s partying! He CLAIMS that it would “inflame the jury” against her. Gosh we don’t want the jury to see the real Casey! We want them to think that she is “Mother of the year”!

Her defense team wants pictures, interviews and phone calls thrown out.
Numerous pictures have surfaced showing Anthony partying with her friends.
The defense is arguing that these pictures create a huge bias against Anthony. The team also says only one set of pictures fall in the timeframe of when her daughter was missing.
Her lawyers say that any pictures taken at clubs, bars or parties before Caylee’s disappearance are irrelevant.
In a new motion the defense writes “the media has used multiple photos in order to vilify her as a ‘party girl’ who must be responsible for her daughter’s death.”
There’s also a list of statements submitted by the defense that they want no mention of at Anthony’s trial.
Some of those statements include the infamous 911 call when Cindy Anthony said “it smelled like a dead body in the car.”
Or when George Anthony said to a tow truck worker “the daughter is telling us crap, a bunch of lies.”
It also includes statements Roy Kronk made to former deputy Richard Cain.
Her team said it’s unfair to the case, and a jury should never hear about it.
The defense wants it all tossed out on the basis that its hearsay evidence.

Casey should of been given a public defender to begin with, but Bozo jumped on it, after she called him, from a flyer she found in jail.

The attorney on Mike’s show said it will happen, but again they will not be paid more than a normal public defender. He also said if the judge normally allows only 2 attorneys…then that is all he will allow for this. Same thing with the experts…they will have to deal with what the judge normally allows for a public defender. Nothing close to what they are making

Taxpayer Gil Fensler of Apopka says he realizes it’s necessary even if he ends up paying for the defense to try to cast blame on innocent people.
