They are talking about the cost of Casey’s case
They said Strickland will go ahead and pay the defense…But, he will only pay the same amount had she had a public defender.

Criminal defense attorney Richard Hornbsy said he has successfully applied to have clients declared indigent but said the process is strict.
“The taxpayers are going to be on the hook for Miss Anthony’s due process cost, I have no doubt about that,” Hornsby said.
The attorney said the Judicial Administrative Commission will have strict guidelines over what costs are picked up and what fees are paid.
“There will be transparency with what she’s paying, what she’s doing,” Hornsby said.
In order to be successfully declared indigent, Hornsby said Anthony’s defense team will have to make full disclosure about how she managed to pay $111,000 in legal fees.

Lets say they just did one interview with pics a week…Even though there was more than that. We will say for 3 months. So that would be 12 interviews at 5K an interview equals 60K. There is also 92K still left out of the 200K unaccounted for…plus the 20K they received for Dateline. So that is 172K…That is a lot of money and yet they couldn’t pay for the last nine months on their home??
I don’t know where I got 92K left…It would be 88K + 60K + 20K = 168K

Do you think Morgan could have anticipated the Anthonys ditching their assets and been able to preempt something for future lawsuits? There has to be some way around these thieves. The Grunds, Amy and ZG all have such good reasons for suits

Thanks Mikka. I wish someone would compell the Anthonys to account for their funds. How are they paying Team Caylee Yuku crap with that James Mac Intyre idiot saying Caylee’s alive? People may as well get a band togehter and a karaoke machine and go down to the remains site and have a blast.
I think it’s so odd that all Anthony affiliates seem to be going into foreclosure at the same time and just prior to the defense filing for indigency. Its’ like they all feared losing a piece of the pie. The Anthonys have had a lawyer for a while. I think this was all planned to get out of accountability. Isn’t that what they do?
It could be…But, I would think Brad wasn’t making too much money with spending all of his time with the Anthonys. I also think they thought the money was going to keep rolling in and they were totally wrong.

Steph you could very well be right. I just keep thinking of this family’s behavior. It doesn’t fit. If they knew they were going bankrupt, it would have shown. They didnt’ taylor down their lifestyle nor did they look upset. I think they stashed money or have a plan to funnel it back to them.

I mean when they went on the cruise they were behind, right? I can’t remember what month the cruise was, but before March they were behind 9 months.
