I bet the fight was created because Cindy would not watch Caylee for whatever reason so that Casey could go out. Now this is what I think had happen: Casey wanted to party but not bring Caylee into it, she gave the chloraform to Caylee, left her in the car, with it being summertime Caylee probably had suffered heat stroke and died.
