Well, well with all the excitement of the money needed by the d-team and the emails from the notorious wrong information provider JLM, I missed the 911 call!
Baez wants the 911 call that Crazy Cindy made the night she finally found Casey hanging out at Tony Lazzaro’s house! Baez says the time the 911 call was made that there wasn’t an emergency and it should be thrown out!
Remember the call: “There’s something wrong. I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car” so Cindy blurted out! Later claiming she said it so the police would get there faster! Yea, I am thinking she knows there WAS a dead body in that car at some point, for goodness sakes she started cleaning it out and washing evidence!
If there was NO EMERGENCY, then why did Cindy call 911 the first few times before she got the BIG lie out of the brats mouth? Cindy knew something was wrong, she also knew there had been a body in that car, and she also knew whose body it was!
I am sorry, but when any child is missing it constitutes an EMERGENCY! Baez can say what he wants, but the more they say the more it is all coming to a head for Casey! If Casey is so INNOCENT then why have anything thrown out! Use the evidence for their advantage!

Good morning everyone. I’ve just been reading around and not commenting. This money situation is, in my humble opinion, a planned scheme which has been in place for a long time. I believe the foreclosure is also included in the scheme of things. Oh, what a cynic I am.
Do I remember correctly that Cindy would swear under oath to either the FBI or was it LE? Also, I happened upon Joy Wray’s letter to Judge Strickland. In it she states where she searched 90% of the time on Suburban, and then that she told George that she saw someone throwing away the Mini Mouse dress and the beads. What a super wierdo she is. Of course, all these incidents were miles away from each other. How convenient for her to be at the right place at the right time. Just based on this foolishness, I can’t understand what part she would play in this case. Talk about scrapping the bottom of the jelly jar.

Humble, I also wondered about the rest of the money. Someone said that it would be in an escrow account for later fees. That doesn’t make sense to me if she is saying she doesn’t have any money. As for the empty line on the application for indigent status, there is nothing put in for any debts. Well, I think she owes the taxpayers of Florida a lot of money. Does anyone know if the money she gets for her goodies can be used as her income to go towards lawyers fees?

It stays with you your whole life, and certainly doesn’t smell like anything else on earth. It’s unique to human beings. He said when they had to go into a house with a decomposing body, he and one of his partners would light up cigars to help cope with the stench.

What did you think that smell was and, why on earth did you think it was “okay” to clean it up? Even if it was “somebody else” who was dead, why on earth would you tamper with the evidence? If this were my police force, not charging someone who should be charged, I would be asking why. I would ask the mayor and I would ask the police chief. The local media needs to be asking this question and put pressure on elected officials.

Wolfman, if they arrest any of the Anthonys now, then they would have the right to take the “5th”, and we would never get anything out of them. As long as they are not charged in this case, they can be called as witnesses, and placed under oath. The charges can come after the trial.

When you look at other cases, this case is taking an inordinate amount of time, probably because the state has to wade through so many lies. I am still hoping one of those giant pythons will eat the whole Anthony family. What a bunch of weasels. But I know a family that is equally dysfunctional, and for the same reason, they let their daughter do whatever she pleased, which led to big mistakes, that everyone else is now paying for. Now, it’s too late. “Stuff just happens” in their world view. In my world view “stuff happens because of poor choices and lack of parental control”. It is like watching a train wreck in slow motion. Everyone else can see cause-and-effect except the players involved.

I believe her disability is covered by her employer. It may have started out as short-term disability (i.e., sick leave) then turned into long-term disability.
Cindy may have mentioned something about a Leave of Absence, but we know we can not count on her to get the terminology straight…. all she knew was she didn’t have to go back to work for 2yrs…. her pay may be 66 2/3 of her regular income. JMO

Normally, most employers would not use Leave of Absense for this type of situation until or unless all paid personal time (including sick leave) has been exhausted.

Police Chief and we all know what happened next. Chandras family found her remains EXACTLY where I told them, they would be found. I am also well known in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. Robert William Willie Pickton will murder no more! If you would listen to me and follow my instructions to the letter you could find the still missing girl in 72 Hours at the most.
