Well, reading the documents today make me laugh! One I found funny was that Nate the friend of Tony’s said that Tony stated Casey’s car broke down again! They want it removed because it is hearsay! I guess the state can ask Tony if he made that statement! Also in it from Simon Birch, where George said that Casey won’t let them see their granddaughter! Well, that has been said before by the Anthony’s! And another one, Brian Burner said that someone broke into the A’s shed and stole the gas cans! That is not hearsay, that is proven fact. The motion to exclude the party pictures makes me laugh! Casey partied before Caylee went missing and partied hardy after she was missing. In it states that Casey partying has MADE her responsible for the murder of Caylee! I am not sure that her partying has made her look like the murderer of Caylee, as much as her irresponsibility to report her missing and her lies! And on to excluding the party pictures. This one is interesting to read! States that after her arrest and the indictment in October, pictures surfaced of Casey partying in the bar. The pictures INCLUDE the ones taken when Casey was out searching the bar and swinging on poles and STILL looking for the ZFG. Read the file: Here
Next they want to remove Casey’s so called friends pinions. WHO better have opinions of Casey then her friends! They knew her best! Cindy and George didn’t know Casey! I have a question humble…if by some miracle Baez gets Cindy’s 911 call thrown out, then how would the defense establish that Caylee was ever reported missing? That was their contention….that Caylee was “missing” and the Nanny kidnapped her. If you can’t show she was ever reported missing….then the Anthonys must have known she wasn’t missing or wasn’t coming back.
I am not sure that it will be thrown out! Usually the 911 to report is not left out, but doesn’t mean they won’t cut that part out! Might I add, the decomp in the trunk is a true statement!

The State Attorney’s Office released DNA tests results and measurements from chromatographs this morning among a voluminous package of discovery evidence in the Casey Anthony case.
A chromatograph is a device that separates mixtures of substances, such as gases, into identifiable components.
Prosecutors delivered 10 discs of files as part of a public records disclosure, but many of the files released appear to be unreadable.
There is no context to the charts and graphs that are among the files.
The release adds to the thousands of pages of documents already released in the case against Anthony, who is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony, in 2008.
Anthony has entered a plea of not guilty and is being held in the Orange County Jail without bond.

A set of new evidence was released in the case against Casey Anthony Wednesday morning.
The evidence includes a large amount of DNA data.
Anthony, 23, is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee’s remains were found in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home in east Orange County. Authorities said the toddler had duct tape over her mouth.
Anthony maintains a nanny by the name of Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee from a park in East Orlando.
The young mother is also involved in a check fraud case in which she is accused of stealing checks from her friend, Amy Huzienga, and going on shopping sprees at Target. She recently pleaded guilty to those charges.

Prosecutors released 10 CD’s full of evidence in the case against Casey Anthony Wednesday, although much of it seems to be impossible to read.
The CD’s contain hundreds of DNA test results without any explanatioh of where they came from or what they show.
