So as we all were ready to read the documents released by the state, we were all let down! The media could NOT open the files and the ones they could, didn’t have any information or comparison too!
It has been said that there is nothing new in the documents, but was the same stuff different day! I get tired of reading the same stuff! 
Hopefully the next dump will be much better and more productive or maybe even happen!
I am very curious about the 30 days the defense/Casey had to appeal the felon sentences. Also did she pay that bill off, or are they asking for money now, making it look like they have none and also not to pay the court fee/investigation fees from the 25 January 2010 hearing? Remember Casey had to $5,000+ in court fees and investigation fees to the state?
Sit tight, a indigency hearing is set for 18 March 2010 @ 11 a.m. to see if the Casey is fit for money from the state! I hope the judge asks for more information, there is about $112,500 not accounted for! Oh, and lets make sure we add in the snack fund!

that court hearing on Jan 25th when the court fees came up to pay, that was the first time I heard baez say something about casey being indigent! they know what they’re doing. they don’t want to pay any one.

Deb, I think that or Lee told Cindy the truth, about what happened and that is why cindy has had to cover tracks ever since cause Cindy knows now that casey killed caylee after their fight and she feels guilty and that is also why Lee has been a no show since the jail visits cause he found out the truth and he is the only one in the family that will not cover (as much) as cindy and george IMO of course!
Truth, I think Lee was the last to know. I believe that Cindy knew well before they retreived the car and went into immediate cover up. The fight of June 15 is a sore spot for Cindy and she consistently denies it. I think she doesn’t want to feel that she was in any way responsible for the murder. The irony is that the way she raised Casey makes her very responsible morally in my opinion. I think Lee has smartened up and will spill the beans (at least I hope he does)

my caylee is missing

She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?
