Baez plans on responding, late to the prosecution motion seeking to find out where Baez is getting his $$$$ from that is paying all these high price defense experts. The prosecution wants to know if any deals exist, and they want Casey to sign a waiver saying she aware of all of them. I honestly think it is reasonable! And I think if Baez refuses to do so, then I figure he is up to something, and hiding it. Why else would he fail to provide anything? TODAY we know he got money from Casey and now she is claiming indigents.
Casey claims prosecutors are “angry because she has refused to take a plea agreement for a crime she DID NOT commit”. Also Casey claims: that she has no agreements to sell her story or “that of my daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.” Yea, that is why all the evidence points to Casey, and the $200,000+ was because what was sold? And what is her deal with the plea deal, has she been offered one or more and not taken any of them……we know she ignored the one that was out there way back when. She would be better off with a plea deal! Affidavit
And last but not least….since there is her own handwriting on the affidavit, I copied and pasted……..with the journal just to see if it looks like the handwriting match……
