I watched this video report about the missing girl in Colorado and something does not seem right with the mother, she shows no emotion and speaks of Kayleah in past tense…very strange!
I would be so stressed if my daughter ever became a missing person..even as old as she is.. I would lose it.. why would a 12 year old have someone pick her up on a busy street to go to a birthday party? She isn’t even old enough to have friends who drive… and a parent should know better

Mom starts off telling her to come back home in the beginning of the video, then talks about her in the past tense at the end of the video. Mom’s message, body language, voice and demeanor just does not add up to a distraught innocent Mother who has just possibly lost a child ~ IN MY OPINION.

Happy Easter to all of you. Our Easter bunny came and delivered his goodies to all the guys in the house. The breakfast ham is baked and smells delicious. The eggs colored beautifully. I am surrounded by pretty Easter things, flowers, decorations and, of course, lots of chocolate and other good things. I love holidays. Dinner tonight is racks of lamb and prime roast of beef. Later, many friends over for Italian pastries (bought not made this year), and drinks. I hope you all enjoy this blessed day as much as we are. A true day of peace and goodwill. By the way, you are all invited for the pastries and drinks. Going to take the dog out now, and watch all the children in the neighborhood hunting Easter eggs. Down here, they have to put their candy into plastic egg containers, because of all the critters that roam though out the bushes. What a pity for all the beautiful babies who were deprived of these wonderful childhood memories by the cruel acts of selfish, cowardly adults. My thoughts and prayers go out to each and every one of them. There are just too, too many. It has to stop. One strike and you are out. Even an attempt at hurting a baby/child, and you are out of our society for life. There can be no other way. I have no patience for those who speak of rehabilitation. That is pie in the sky wishful thinking. If it was in their heart to do it once, it is always lurking there in some hidden place. This is where I think the Old Testament should come into play, i.e., and eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. Oh, dear, guess I’m ranting. Well, that is exactly how I feel about it. Guess it’s time to set the table and try to get my mind off of these things. Well, maybe one more coffee/cig, and I’ll get things going around here. Now, the dog is wanting to go out. First things first.

Police say the 15-year-old girl went to a party with some men at Rowan Towers on March 28 and the younger girl tagged along because she was worried about her stepsister’s safety. They say the 15-year-old sold sex to men and boys there, then took money to let them touch the younger girl. They say the touching turned to forcible sex as at least seven men raped the 7-year-old.
Additional arrests are expected, police said.
Before Saturday’s arrest announcement, the 15-year-old had been charged with promoting prostitution, aggravated sexual assault and other crimes. Police have not released her name, and she remained in juvenile detention Saturday night.

I am always hoping Judge Strickland will be more stern about the order of his courtroom. Last time it appeared chaotic, with Mr. Biaz jumping up and down without being officially recognized by the court (Judge Strickland). I wish Judge Strickland would reprimand Mr. Biaz, and remind him that he is not allowed to just interrupt at will.
I am looking forward to seeing who is in court today, and which one gets the best seat so that the camera is always focused on them. Last time, it was strange. Joy Wray was in the back row, isle seat in the beginning, then she disappeared. We know the two guys sitting in front of her. This should be interesting

Good morning everyone… Forgot to say this last night… Thanks for all the prayers and support for me and my family… Our friends funeral was yesterday, my uncles is this afternoon… Boy, what an Easter… Worst one in years.. Two deaths plus brother in law wasn’t there to torment the nephew by hiding eggs in his pants pockets… It just wasn’t the same… Death sure takes a toll on holidays, but I know as time goes on, it will get better… It’s only been a little over seven months since bub in laws passing.. Time will heal, but the memories will not fade…

Thank you glen… I appreciate everyones words of comfort… My uncle was up in years… Had lost 3/4 of one lung due to coal dust embedded in the lower lobe… He was sickly from then on… We didn’t expect him to live as long as he did… It still hurts though.. He was one of my favorite uncles… Was always smiling and joking around… Even at his sickest he had a smile on his face.. He’s resting now, and not suffering… He’s at peace..

Thank you glen… I appreciate everyones words of comfort… My uncle was up in years… Had lost 3/4 of one lung due to coal dust embedded in the lower lobe… He was sickly from then on… We didn’t expect him to live as long as he did… It still hurts though.. He was one of my favorite uncles… Was always smiling and joking around… Even at his sickest he had a smile on his face.. He’s resting now, and not suffering… He’s at peace..
