I also wonder if it isn’t true about Lee and George…is she with the defense maybe using this? In the old interviews from long ago…who ever brought up the thing about George and Lee…They said Lee made sexual advances…that George abused her, but not sexually. IN the letters she says Lee sexually abused her and she believes George did when she was young. I don’t know whether to believe it or not. But, I can see CIndy saying that. But, it also seems like a set up in a way for the punishment phase…

Lurking as usual…I juat have to say this is beyond beliefe.
I have a feeling that Baez ok’d the realease of the ramblings…to try another approach to her not being “guilty”…besides the obviouse, sociopathic ramblemings (mentaly unstable)…but taking the childs life to save her from George’s sexual abuse.
I know it’s a reach…but for the life of me I can not see why he would release this sickining rantings of this sick biotch…again jmo

Actually – I have to keep reminding myself that none of these details are validated – they’re all reveled with the Casey slant.
Much of it seems like intentional leakage or test runs for new story-lines.

Is chloroform even stored in a nursing home? If so, I wouldn’t imagine that it would be available to Cindy to just take off the shelf and bring home.
I don’t believe that she is telling the truth in this part of her statements. Another one of her embellishments. But, it makes you wonder if she is thinking about pinning some responsibility on Cindy.
i can see cindy saying that and this being true steph . she’s not really blaming george of doing it for sure but she is lee . what year was it that she told this to jesse about lee ? i know it was well before she killed caylee . i’m not saying this gave her a right to murder , but i can see it as this is the only way to show her voice of truth when it comes to the family and the dirty secrets … i hope that makes sense

Either way – I would imagine if it were available for a nurse it would be a tracked drug similar to a narcotic with limited availability and a paper trail that could show a loss. Within a medical examiners office you would find greater availability but not in other areas of health care.
Maybe Lee was touched too? Maybe the sheet runs deeper with this clan than we imagined.

I think Casey has ALWAYS made up her life story! She didn’t graduate, she didn’t work, she claims she miscarried, she makes alot of claims and has no proof. I think Casey has some brain issues, but they are ALL brought on by herself…no one else!

Casey never states that she was actually AWAKE for any of this supposed abuse by Lee. she said she woke up with her bra undone or pushed up. and anything about George she said she thought she dreamt it.
She said he would sit in her room on the floor staring at her sometimes. still strange. but she never claims she was awake for any of this abuse.

Watches…She was a nurse or case manager, but I don’t think it was a nursing home. But, her dad’s nursing home was very involved…because that was the last time we know for sure Caylee was seen, maybe that is where the mix up came from

Adams also told investigators that, on the day Caylee was found and after the jail chaplain already told Casey that Caylee’s remains had been found, Casey told Adams that Caylee was found in a baby blanket in a black trash bag. However, the chaplain didn’t know that at the time.

You all know I believe CIndy has always said cruel things to Casey..to keep her in her place. I also believe as Casey got older the remarks were more cruel…she saw Casey as her competition, imo. i wonder if maybe it started getting really bad as she hit adolescents and that is why she seems to kind of be stuck there??

I agree, Chlry, in the home she was raised in added with abuse, I think she would not emotionally mature, especially if it was denied or not dealt with.
I can see them using it as a defense (since they have nothing) but can’t see it working. The amount of girls that have been abused is staggering, and very few of them kill their kids. It’s an excuse for turning out screwed up but not for murder.

People in genuine trouble lose their homes, go bankrupt, and have debts.Bipolar and sick individuals raise their kids regardless of abuse of any kind. I’ve been working for Healthcare for 24 years and I’ve seen it in a medical examiners office and in a lab. I’ve never seen it in a care setting – outpatient, inpatient, clinic or a long term care facility.
