I know they are hiding something also.. I just can’t bring my self to say yes, no or maybe yet.. LOL they were all so sweet to Princes WF when she was first arrested..it’s like they didn’t want to upset her to have her threaten revealing something.. Why won’t they visit her now? Wonder what they are all afraid of.. I think we will one day find out.. lol

I’m still half-way through the casey letters. Slow reader huh? So much totally useless information to sieve through. I think if nothing they proved what a optomist/psycopath Casey really is. She talks like she is away at summer camp…
You know how when ppl have a child abducted there’s crying/begging/praying. We’ve not seen on episode of this behavior from Casey. I would believe the abuse excuse, but this we do definaely know, that this girl is probably the most prolific patholigical lier that I’ve ever seen, ever!

Anything exciting happen today?
In order to make some kind of sense out of Caylee’s tragic death and her “egg donor’s” bizarre behavior, it helps to be able to identify some sort of psychological disorder. We’ve tossed around terms like sociopath, psychopath, pathological liar, narcissism, multiple personality and bi-polar disorders, etc.
So after labeling her “undiagnosed” mental condition, we dig a little deeper for the reason – why does she act this way? What caused her strange behavior? Why doesn’t she respond like most normal people would respond to the loss of her child?
With all due respect to all of the Psychologist and Psychiatrist who have appeared on the Nancy Grace and JVM shows, none of these individuals have done any one-on-one evaluations on Casey. To make generalizations based on the tidbits of information released in discovery and video clips of her behavior and statements, IMO does a disservice to the viewing audience.
On the other hand Judge Strickland ordered a psych evaluation with Baker Act criteria prior to releasing her from the OC Jail to Home Confinement. Although the results where sealed by the court, I do not recall any special provisions being made to accommodate her as if she were a threat to herself or others. So, if there is some sort of mental disorder possibly originating from some childhood trauma, that information has not been made available to us.
Having said all of that, Casey’s claim that she was sexually molested by her brother Lee from the age of 12 – 15 y/o and her suspicion that possibly George may have abused her at much younger age.
Okay, let’s take it from the top. Three years of Lee sneaking into her bedroom to molest her and it was always in her SLEEP? Not once did she wake up and catch him in the act? Did any of her friends since childhood describe her acting out or being withdrawn? Did any of the childhood friends notice any other strange behaviors prior to Casey turning 20 y/o? What is the name and addy. of the doctor she claims to have gone to see? And when exactly did she do that?
Could Casey be like the little boy who cried wolf? An allegation of sexual abuse is difficult to prove and it is equally difficult to disprove. There in lye the problem. Even if this is the one time Casey is telling the truth, because she has such a long standing track record of being a manipulator and pathological liar, I chose not to believe her allegation of sexual abuse by Lee and/or George. JMHO
Even though they probably won’t admit it…the Duh team will probably use Casey’s behavior, the allegations against her parents and statements from friends…especially the one that said Casey felt like she needed to be committed, but Cindy talked her out of it, to paint a picture of a emotionally troubled young woman who was broken by her dysfunctional and abusive family and the pressures of being a single parent… They want to paint her as a victim that totally snapped when Caylee died “accidentally”… Of course, it’s all bunk…but they only have to convince one juror of this nonsense.

You make a good point about the Duhfense having to “convice one juror of this nonsense.” But wouldn’t that argument of painting Casey as some type of ‘victim’ be offered up in the penalty phase? As in, after she is convicted of the 1st Degree Murder Charge+++?
Hi folks. Can’t stay long as still very sick but I follow and have a question. First isn’t it ellegal for Baez to smuggle letters in to and out from Casey using his clients privelege? Second, if he did that then anybody Casey communicated with could have moved the body for her when she was in jail based in what she said with the letters to her Mum and brother that did not go through the consorship of the jail officials?
yeah smoke…it would…it certainly was in the Susan Smith trial. I do think that during the trial, they will basically paint a picture of Casey not being responsible….pointing fingers at everybody else….no different than her life was before jail.

Hope you feel better soon. Baez smuggling letters in and out of the OC Jail to Casey and her family is against OC Jail policy. I’ve been waiting for someone in a decision-making position at the OC Correctional Center to address this matter, but it does not seem to be happening.
This letter smuggling by Baez has been going on since July 2008. Even LE stated in the River Cruz (aka: Krystal Holloway) interview they were aware of it.

As to your other point about anyone being able to move the body while Casey was in jail, I believe the scientific information from the Botonist will show Caylee was at the Suburban DR location prior to 16 July 2008 (the day Casey was arrested on Child Neglect Charges and Lies to LE).
smoke and mirrors – defense keeps getting up in court and saying the body was put there after Casey was in jail and since they can prove she was not in with anyone since the jail tapes everything. Doesn’t this make the entire defense theory nonsense?
Yes, I did read the botanist report but found it a bit ambiguous unless August was the time Tim Miller was there.

That does make the defense theory nonsense which is probably why they did not compy with the 1 Feb 2010 deadline to present the proof to the court as required.
It also makes me wonder if that is the reason Baez revisited the motion to gain access to all of the 4,000+ TES volunteer searchers records… looking for more potential suspects to add along with Roy Kronk’s name. Glad Judge Strickland DENIED the motion.

Thanks Smoke. Bozo does not play by the rules as shown by the contraband mail. Anyone who can get a list of 4000 people can find at least one willing to lie for whatever reason. And I was very skeptical of his reasons for wanting Jesse’s actualy DNA. Who knows where it may have accidentally turned up.

I know what you are saying about some of the reports. To have a lot of that technical information show up in discovery w/out experts to interpret it for us can leave us a bit unclear about what it all means, but it will be explained and make more sense at trial.
T.S. Faye dumped a lot a water on Central FL during the first three days Tim Miller arrived on the scene. Even though they returned in early Sept and again in early Nov 2008, the water levels in the “exact spot” for Caylee’s remains in the wooded area of Suburban DR was still under water.

Being skeptical about the defense having access to Jesse’s DNA is wise. Goodness sakes, when I think about all the personal info. the defense allowed to come out in the discovery docs about Jesse, I wanted to hit him up and propose… no need to do a background check!

Hi all, I to think that Caylees body was only put there by the one that killed her, and I also hate saying her mother. A loving mother would never kill there child so I’ll just say the mad one that just gave birth to her!! Also Casey may be nuts but I just don’t see her not knowing wrong from right!! She may have dirt on that family if you want to call them that, but people can go through bad thing in their life but they are not all killers!! I know I myself have had alot of bad in my life, but this just made me love my kids more and want the best for them!! If you ask me also I think with Cindy out front hammering sign in the front yard telling others go look for Caylee? If she did not know she was already dead who would care about anyone being on or in your yard? I would be out looking talking with anyone and everyone you would not find me home!! So whats with that if you ask me they already knew!!
Smoke&mirrors, I hadn’t made up my mind about Casey’s allegations of molestation against George & Lee but I have now. I choose not to believe her allegations either!!!
Good evening friends…I voted “maybe” on the molestation of Casey by Lee and/or George. The whole family is really whacked and THEY ALL LIE CONSTANTLY ~ to each other and to others. So, saying that; I believe it is highly possible; but, I also believe Casey has told numerous lies to manipulate every situation in her fairy tale world…just like Cindy has…and this very well could be another one of her long list of lies.
I may formulate a stronger Yes or No opinion in the future…

GM Everyone…I also put maybe. I am not sure she isn’t telling the truth about Lee. Long ago one of the things they said about this type of dysfunctional family…they are taught to only trust those in the family. To add to that I can’t stop thinking about how disconnected Lee was to Casey. It could have been that she was spoiled. But, I don’t believe it was because she was spoiled. When your baby sister becomes pregnant…no matter how spoiled you may think she is…you are still concerned for her. I think in certain ways she was probably spoiled. But, I also believe Cindy was abusive in mental ways to Casey. I also now keep thinking about what Casey said Cindy’s response was when she told her….It sounds just like a Cindy thing to say. You add to that she said something about Lee long ago to Jesse and then to TL.
I also think Lee was abused, but in a different way because he is a male…I believe she manipulated him. Look how he jumps when Cindy says jump.
I just don’t know, but I do think there is as much of a chance this happened with Lee as not.

Jail spokesman Allen Moore said Jose Baez is conducting an attorney-client visit with Casey Anthony in the Female Detention Center in an attorney interview room.
There is no television in the room and Anthony never asked jail staff to watch the televised broadcast.
Moore said, “Baez does have the ability to bring in a laptop and air card under policy. We do not report on activities between an attorney and his or her client.” Baez brought his laptop into the jail, Sentinel reporter Henry Pierson Curtis said.
Use of a laptop to view media websites is not prohibited by policy.
Jail officials periodically check on the meetings, “but will not reveal any activity occurring in the attorney interview room unless it violates jail policy,” Moore said.
