Lynda, you are so right. it’s justice for that innocent baby. The meaning for this site is getting lost. EVERYONE is acting as badly as the defense IMHO, or perhaps behaving just as the defense had hoped. It’s depressing.
GM! Yes it is out of control, and that is my bad. Many are very frustrated with the lasted motion filed. It is nonsense that it has come to this, and I will get the board back on que! I am, thought, very upset that someone would come into this case thinking that they will make it big and boom, now the Judge will leave, and who knows who is being worked on next.
We have all known that Baez has had it in for Strickland and now there is fuel adding to the fire! Now it starts all over again, motions, hearings, etc.

Wow, I just popped in over at MD’s site and 99% of the comments to him are “don’t do this. keep silent. get a lawyer, etc. This is even from his more ardent followers. He says he’s just going to talk about the motion, and he is talking with legal counsel now. One of the bloggers said well the lawyer will tell you to shut up and don’t talk. They are feeling sorry for Judge S and telling MD that these are dangerous people he’s messing with (the defense)
After reading last night that MD has been in contact with that lady in CA. that works for the defence and now reading that he went to New 13 BEFORE the motion was even filed telling them about the Judge this is all starting to make some very disturbing since!

I couldn’t get his blog talk. Everytime I hit the link, my computer gave the bad sound and a red (X) came up. After 3 times I quit. Didn’t want him to be the reason for my computer to crash. Just hopped over to his blog and they are super feeding his ego as usual. Someone did tell him he bet Judge Strickland was mortified at his fiasco.
If Judge S comes out with a statement contradicting anything MD has claimed, I believe this will get ugly for MD. The defense will just claim ignorance, and all of the fall out will be on MD> So many ways this can go, not sure if Judge S will just step aside or if he will have a higher court review the nonsense. I think the comment about going to lunch with all of the players in this case, which was supposedly tongue in cheek…not sure how that happens….will cut into MD credibility. The sticking point for me is the phone call. If Judge S called MD several months after their little chat, knew he was in the hospital etc, I have to put part of the blame on the Judge. I find that almost impossible to believe. JMHO.

Just to clarify…MD is ALWAYS sick…so why would the judge feel inclined to call him over this particular ailment, if you have to assume he was following his blog all those 5 months in order to even be on the judges radar at all? A quandry, which isnt over yet…I think MD will have plenty of breathing space at future hearings…KB and BS and all will run in the other direction when they see him.
If Judge Strickland stays, I’ll bet MD will be barred from his courtroom. And if any other judge takes over, it will be “Katty Bar The Door” when they see MD coming.

Humble, Am I reading right when CF13 says they were interviewing MD just hours BEFORE the motion was filed? How do you get interviewd about something you don’t have knowledge of?
Yah, I just mentioned that (channel 13 interview before motion filed) on Dave’s blog and how he also requested people harrass the PI. Snoopy asked someone why he needed an attorney, he hadn’t done anything wrong. I merely pointed out those two things, and Dave nor anybody responded to my comments which is odd because they usually chop the fingers off of anybody that says negative to MD.
Just hours before the motion was filed, the blogger told News 13 about his relationship with Strickland.
He knew it was coming out,and him running to the media trying to cover his butt, won’t make matters any easier for him. He needs to lawyer up! He will be a famous blogger, taken to court by a Judge!
This was posted on the WFTV blog. I would think Jose and Mason would not have the nerve to put this motion out. Except Mason is retiring and Baez is going on to talk shows ha ha ha So I gueses they don’t care.

So the judge has the high award and is a true fair Judge! Gosh, i could tell all of this from watching him and giving the Casey nothing for being a convicted felon. I hope that this all blows over and the Judge doesn’t step down. But it is said he may have to!

Dear upset reader – Yes, I now understand exactly how it all came down, but I am not at liberty to discuss it right now. Let me say I did not know anything about this motion at the time of my interview and I will swear that on a stack of Bibles. Hey, I admire your digging into it. Mikka, there will be a special judge alright! I am sure will be hand picked. Remember what that one attorney said on the news site? They are going to look back and wish they didn’t do this! He is probably right!
Mikka, there are many that are watching alot of things. I am sure that the BNN radio show will be brought up! they are all over the place! Might I add that anything he posts, I am sure is being watch! He said things in the motion that I am sure people are checking on or have already checked out. his credibility will be really the factors here. I don’t think there is any credibility there!
Mikka, he would not be arrested. He would be served at the front do by no other than maybe a PI! At least we know he will open the door and talk to them!

Super Dave is buddy buddy with Melissa Earnest (who also tried to friend Misty Croslin on facebook/myspace btw )and he encourages Joy Wray to no end. Why do I think pictures of him & River will show up somewhere together . What the hell is wrong with these people? Is just a desire to be “famous” or something worse?
My problem with his behavior is that he put out the personal info (which might not be illegal) but he encouraged everyone to call and harrass him. That’s where I would be scared.

Misty’s call was rehearsed. FIRST Misty did not call 911 until Ron made her. TWO – Misty did not scream my baby was stolen – missing-gone-abducted-lost. THREE- Misty wants us to know she was sleeping, the door was propped open, child missing, our daughter, and Misty had only known HaLeigh 3 months. Call was a rehearsed persuasive set up call. The purpose of Misty’s call should have been a MISSING 5 yr old child. Not an alibi of “I was sleeping.” I loveD that little girl. Listen to ALL the people’s words in the beginning of a crime. Listen to the choices of words. Example: Cindy said: “George and I do not believe Caylee is in the woods.” After KC made a statement. “Caylee loved the park.” 5 months later Caylee was found in the woods.

What if I said why a PI investigator had visited me, and i was tricked….
But I didn’t say a word to you guys about one visiting me or that one was phoning me next day until AFTER the defense filed a motion which is how you first found out one had visited me and phoned me…
And separately do we buy that there was no prior phone call before the guy showed up at his door? So, even though he lists his phone number on his blog the PI instead just showed up at his door but never called him before hand?
I think when the Ninth Circuit Court opens in the morning and the weekly (best of the best) reporters get on their beat, the spit is going to hit the fan, and I hope that MD has prozaced up big time. He’s going it need it. Go Kathy Belich, you go girl. Leave no prisoners.
Humble, I have to asked you a personal question. You say you have been packing to move. How do you do it? I am moving in a month, and I haven’t even started. The only thing I have done is get out the packing tape and dumped the boxes in the second bedroom. I can’t get motivated.

After reading last night that MD has been in contact with that lady in CA. that works for the defence and now reading that he went to New 13 BEFORE the motion was even filed telling them about the Judge this is all starting to make some very disturbing since!

If Judge S comes out with a statement contradicting anything MD has claimed, I believe this will get ugly for MD. The defense will just claim ignorance, and all of the fall out will be on MD> So many ways this can go, not sure if Judge S will just step aside or if he will have a higher court review the nonsense. I think the comment about going to lunch with all of the players in this case, which was supposedly tongue in cheek…not sure how that happens….will cut into MD credibility. The sticking point for me is the phone call. If Judge S called MD several months after their little chat, knew he was in the hospital etc, I have to put part of the blame on the Judge. I find that almost impossible to believe. JMHO.

Humble, I think he is saying that if someone is posting on MD using JS name , real or otherwise, there will be an investigation. We know that not be the case, Mr. Brooks spoke before knowing the actual facts.
The Judge never posted there. He isn’t dumb, and I bet that he never read there either. I think this is all a bunch of lies for one person to think he is the top blog. Well he sure will be the top blog, when the investigators get a hold of him!

Misty’s call was rehearsed. FIRST Misty did not call 911 until Ron made her. TWO – Misty did not scream my baby was stolen – missing-gone-abducted-lost. THREE- Misty wants us to know she was sleeping, the door was propped open, child missing, our daughter, and Misty had only known HaLeigh 3 months. Call was a rehearsed persuasive set up call. The purpose of Misty’s call should have been a MISSING 5 yr old child. Not an alibi of “I was sleeping.” I loveD that little girl. Listen to ALL the people’s words in the beginning of a crime. Listen to the choices of words. Example: Cindy said: “George and I do not believe Caylee is in the woods.” After KC made a statement. “Caylee loved the park.” 5 months later Caylee was found in the woods.

Hi Chris, here is what I think, I think MD should have never talked to anyone. He talked to the PI at his house. he didn’t’ have to do that!
Quarter, well, I don’t know! there will be an investigation into all of this, and from what I heard today, it was said that he had called the judge, not the other way around. so the conflict is all over it!
But if he does, I am sure the next one won’t play all these games with the d-team!

I vaguely remember MD stating on his blog (don’t know where)that after he talked to Stricky, he went outside to talk to the waiting media, or somemthing to that effect. If that’s true, then someone should have something on record.
I have been reading around cyber-blot-space and I get the impression Bill Schaeffer thinks the whole incident is fishy, i.e. MD knew what was going down.

And separately do we buy that there was no prior phone call before the guy showed up at his door? So, even though he lists his phone number on his blog the PI instead just showed up at his door but never called him before hand?
They are talking about the 911 call and how pushy Ron was with Misty and a caller is saying how weird the call was. Basically that is about it.

You know, if Strickland has to step down, I certainly hope there is reprocussions (MS?) toward Marmalade Dave because it if wasn’t for his ego, this would never have come to light. It won’t be fair if Dave goes unscathed.

This hole mess is just about made me sick, So with the Casey case let me see if I have this right? D-team wants a very fair judge off the case right? Because of a want to be blogger that knows it all? and still Casey can’t get a fair trail right? The d-team know this because they most be on the blogs so much because why? Maybe they are looking for the nanny? that most be it? Because they don’t have time to waste they most free Casey right? I almost forgot they also want to move the trail because of us bloggers right? So does that mean wherever they move it to no one in or around that town blogs right? Hello??? If that the case, when everyone wakes up, I’d like to have you all over for coffee ok? Do get back with me so I know how big of a pot to make!!!LOL Like I’ve said before it does not matter what judge they have the facts will speak for little Caylee!! Also when Casey says to her pen-pal that she is a mother does she not know after she killed her child, then she is not a mother anymore!! Don’t think she gets it just a game to her.
