I am looking for any news on the Haleigh case, nothing seems to be coming out of LE’s mouth!

I can’t find anything new in the media about either Caylee or Hayleigh. Something is up.
I am nervous at the outcome of this motion mess, and its influence in this case. If Judge Strickland steps down, you will hear me screaming from Florida to humble on the west coast. I also know that my rants will exceed anything printed here before, which will probably get me banned. Humble, please put me in moderation before I commit blog suicide.
Humble, I think that getting no info on the Haleigh case boils down to most of the players being in jail and no mouthy attorneys.
I know regarding Haleigh. I checked JAX and the BOC and Hinky Meter and not a peep. You know, I live in Nashville, TN and Antioch is real close to me. Well, I was in Antioch on Saturday and when I got home, I thought, I should have looked Cousin Joe (He lives in Antioch). Maybe I could have gotten the inside scoop from him. (Just Kidding about the interview) but I was in Antioch.
Why not, jnetk? Seems to be the thing to do these days, taking/giving interviews for/to the players in these cases. Good way to get your name up in lights.

GM Muesli! Well, the outcome of this mess that was brought to everyone’s attention of Friday, could be greater than one knows. There will for sure be an investigation, and I hope the one throwing Judges under the bus is pretty confident he didn’t make up half the crap!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Eyewitness News has discovered there could be a problem with the motion Casey Anthony’s defense team filed to remove Judge Strickland from her case.
If you look closely at the bottom of the motion, Anthony’s newest lawyer, J. Cheney Mason, notarized it himself. But an inspection of the notary seal shows Mason’s certification as a notary expired in November 2009.

WFTV talked to legal analyst Bill Sheaffer Sunday. He said the fact that it’s expired could be seen as a defect and an opening for a judge to deny the motion.
However, the defense would be free to re-file the motion with new notarization.

Had a scare yesterday. Couldn’t find the dog for 5 minutes. Thought someone left a door open. He was sleeping beside a bed in a room he never goes in to. My first thought after finding him was, how on earth could you not go hysterically screaming around to anyone that your baby is missing for 31 days. That, alone, will convict Casey. All the rest is a circus (not including all the circumstantial evidence, i.e., decomp smell in car, etc.).

I wouldn’t put it past the duhfence to try to investigate the jury. Seems to me they wear teflon suits. All the chit they’ve pulled so far. It’s amazing. The prosecutors have been so professional. As I said yestarday, if Judge Stan steps down, I hope the new judge is a real tough one with children or grandchildren Caylee’s age. Lets pray for Justice for Caylee and Haleigh the Lords eye is on all of the players in these doings.

Did she also wash the sheet? They just mention a blanket. Did they have a reserve blanket while the other blanket was in the washer/dryer? If not, that would mean at least 2 hrs. without blanket on her. I doubt that with the way they lived, that they would have extra blankets hanging around in their “linen closet”.

With all the other information/misinformation in the Hayleigh case, I wonder if that is even a moot point about the blanket washing. These cases are way over my head in the details. It is almost impossible to keep up, and remember everything we have read/heard/seen.
ALL I know is Misty said they all slept in one room…….for how long and often I dont know…….which beds is also another one that Misty can not pin down…. sounds like the kids slept in Misty and Ron’s bed then they moved them to the small bed below their bed……room was kinda large with a big master bath….but it is still a trailor.

WHEN someone is charged with a crime THEN the prosecution will allow the public to view the discovery…….then we will see the evidence collected. However, with that said, it appears all the LE did was do a sweep for blood splatter and left….finger printed the door….collecting no dna…..IMO……..
We still do NOT know where HaLeigh blanket was located and what tests they ran on that………..

Been checking around the blogs. Not much is happening. Just an interesting tidbit over at Bill Schaeffer’s. Seems that 13 News received a copy of the motion to recuse Judge Strickland before it was filed with the court. Evidently, it is an unsigned copy. The signed copy is the one which was submitted at 5 p.m. on Friday. So, it seems the defense leaked it out before officially filing it, if this is true. Will have to wait and see if this is really the case. They have a link to the unsigned copy. Humble, can I post it here? There is also no notary (albeit expired) stamp on it.

Oh, wouldn’t that be nice if it was a woman (although I still have hopes that Judge Strickland will stay). Can you see Ms. Lyon’s reaction. We all know how she feels about women prosecutors. Also, from the looks of Judge O’Kane, she probably would have a hard time containing herself with sleezy Mr. Biaz, and Mr. Good Ole Buddy old school Cheney.

There are always appeals after murder trial,especailly dp ones thats why it takes so long to kill them they just sit on death row for a good 20 years exhausting every appeal…this is what frustrates me so…the victim did not get an appeal!!!
