We dug it up today ourselves and ran a snake down. We found the clog and busted it out. The unsurance sent ppl to clean up the mess and they charged 5,000 for 7 hours of work….. Now it’s happened again….. =(
WFTV checked, and the State Attorney’s Office gave another 160 pages of discovery to the defense. All WFTV knows is that it was based on documents they wanted after deposing an FBI agent.

I feel bad for Judge Strickland. I imagine he must feel at the very least a little humiliated by that group of clowns on the defense team. I do think he did the right thing though-which is sort of ironic because I always felt he was very fair to the defense-even when they deserved a good smackdown. I am thinking of the indegentcy hearing and CM telling the judge “trust me”( ha I just had a flashback to Jungle Book-the snake singing “trust in me” while plotting to eat poor little Mawgli) Anyway, Judge strickland did the right thing and probably added a few extra years to his life by getting out of this circus now.
I hope this trial gets started soon-if this goes on much longer the case will have lasted longer than poor Caylee’s life.
