the clowns filed 4 new motions!
Casey’s defense has also filed four new motions arguing against the death penalty. Two motions argue Florida’s death penalty is unconstitutional, because higher courts are unable to adequately reconsider a case and because women accused of crimes like this face different expectations from jurors.
Another motion argues prosecutors shouldn’t be allowed to seek the death penalty, because they originally submitted paperwork saying they would not.
The last motion argues for the defense to keep any evidence for the penalty phase out of the trial itself.

You know Baez is a dumb arse…If he didn’t want the dp on the table, he should have asked for a speedy trial. But, he wanted a long drawn out trial for all the publicity. Baez’s swollen head thought he would get her off with no body…I didn’t see that happening before Caylee was found and no way now….he and the rest of the dumb arses on the defense know it too.

The most effective appeal Casey will have is ineffective assistance. The NEXT lawyer will have a field day with BOZO and his publicity seeking team. Bozo does NOT have her best interest at heart. He only cares for his public image-which is pitiful, and he is too wrapped up in himself to realize it.

Judge Perry is certainly not new to leadership roles. His lengthy resume is a testament to his involvement in legal and community organizations and to his involvement at the State level in the various committees, including the Trial Court Budget Commission.
Judge Perry has served as a Judge in the Ninth Judicial Circuit since 1989. He served as Chief Judge from July 1, 1995 – June 30, 1999 and was elected Chief Judge again for the term July 1, 2001 – June 30, 2003. Judge Perry received his Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, a Master’s Degree in Education from Tuskegee University and a Bachelor of Science in History also from Tuskegee University.

I dare Cindy or George to chew their cuds in front of Judge Perry. Boy, poor Cindy. We know how she felt about Hispanics (Kio Marie), can you imagine her reaction tonight on seeing Judge Perry. Remember her reaction when Ms. Lyon made her first appearance? Cindy just looked on with a horrified look on her face, and shaking her head back and forth. MD, were your born to be an a$$hole, or did you work that your whole life……etc..
Does this mean that every motion Stricky heard has to be reheard? Is the point simply to put off the death penalty as long as possible. Because if they thought Casey was going to be acquitted they would not be delaying the trial while she rots in jail.

It happened 2 weeks ago. The septic tank blew up and flooded the entire basement with sheet & poo… The insurnace ppl came and cleaned it all up. Then again today it happened… the basement full of poop… OMG… Then I ran inside and all this happened…. What a wild day!!!!!!!!

We have a 1500 gal tank which is the biggest. This is the 3rd thme the basement has been flooded. I called the guy and he basically doesnt care. It;s a tital disaster. We dug it up today ourselves and ran a snake down. We found the clog and busted it out. The unsurance sent ppl to clean up the mess and they charged 5,000 for 7 hours of work….. Now it’s happened again….. =(

WFTV checked, and the State Attorney’s Office gave another 160 pages of discovery to the defense. All WFTV knows is that it was based on documents they wanted after deposing an FBI agent.
At this time, there are no new hearings scheduled in Casey’s case

I feel bad for Judge Strickland. I imagine he must feel at the very least a little humiliated by that group of clowns on the defense team. I do think he did the right thing though-which is sort of ironic because I always felt he was very fair to the defense-even when they deserved a good smackdown. I am thinking of the indegentcy hearing and CM telling the judge “trust me”( ha I just had a flashback to Jungle Book-the snake singing “trust in me” while plotting to eat poor little Mawgli) Anyway, Judge strickland did the right thing and probably added a few extra years to his life by getting out of this circus now.
I hope this trial gets started soon-if this goes on much longer the case will have lasted longer than poor Caylee’s life.
