After reading the news sites, I have come to the conclusion that Brad Conway and his clients, were involved with helping the defense team, along with the informant, of removing Judge Strickland. Brad Conway had told Baez that there are 2 things this Judge asks for: The trains leaves at 8:30 [in other words be on time] and be prepared[this means come with everything you need]. According to Conway he has said: “Judge Perry is a good judge; he knows the law. Stan Strickland is just as good and knowledgeable. He’s also extremely patient. He lets you say what you have to say, then he rules.”
Baez, who still doesn’t have the credentials to run this death penalty case will have to get it together for this Judge. As stated in the last post, Judge Perry is a no-nonsense, hard core judge!
It is only one day into this, where Judge Perry has taken over. I wonder how long it will be before we hear the “No video taping at the Jail”, and the “TES searchers” motions. I am sure the defense team has them hot off the printer, ready to be filed again!
I do wish this Judge good luck as he will need it.

We can expect that defense attorney Jose Baez and his team will try to discredit the letters and jailhouse talk as not reliable information (i.e. obtained from snitches who simply wanted a better deal in their own cases). Good morning all. Just here quickly. It’s a golf day. Felt good to get all my ranting done yesterday. I let out a lot of pent up anger, which I have been withholding since last August. Thank you Humble for allowing me to vent, and get it out of my system. I am looking forward to seeing Judge Perry on the bench. I watched him during the Grand Jury hearing with Mr. Lamar, and I was very impressed with the way he handles things. Few words, immediate action and response. humble, Conway has given me the CREEPS since he lied on National TV to L King when he said there was no duct tape on Caylee’s face! imo, Conway had a real opportunity to be a “lawyer to his client’s” during the depos with J Morgan but Conway couldn’t even control them! Allowing them to make fools of themselves & showing just WHO they are, spiteful, self absorbed, lying parent’s to a murdering daughter, jmo, is what we all watched instead of “Grieving grandparents seeking JUSTICE for Caylee.” The disservice the ANT’s have contributed to this trial is just one more thing KC can blame them for!

Just wish things would have remained as they were, but justice will overcome the clown antics of Bozo & his troop… It seems that every obstacle that can be thrown in the path of justice being served has been, but in the end I believe we will see true justice served & Caylee will finally rest in peace!

Unfortunately Judge Stan Strickland had to through himself on his sword by recusing himself from this case. In a highly policital office, the issues that can cause career suicide are not about the facts so much as they are about the “perception.” Sad, but true.

I haven’t had lunch with Strickland…didn’t even hand him my business card. But, I believe that today he feels like a ton of weight is off his shoulders. He doesn’t have to deal with the drama, stupidity, that the DUHfense spews out on nearly a daily basis. He can get om with his retirement and enjoy life. I didn’t see any demonstration of unconditional love for Caylee in any of Casey’s letters. In fact, Caylee wasn’t mentioned much at all. Surely since Bozo already agreed to the release of said letters, he won’t have much leverage to have them thrown out at trial.

Isn’t film expensive? Why do they want to waste it on that POS. I just heard him on 104.1, they asked him if he plans to stay away from the court hearings, and he said absolutely not! He feels he owes it to his public. They had to ask him THREE times before he answered. He just kept rambling and they kept interrupting him to ask the question. And, he calls himself part of the case. He told the little story about the attorneys’ wife, too. It was not clear to me if he called the radiostation, or if they called him, I tuned in late, but after he hung up, one of the guys says he sounded like a nut.

Seeing the informant in the court room with the A’s and then who is their attorney? i believe the little chatting in the court room and who knows, gosh he gives everyone his card…makes me believe this. Talking to a PI about the Judge seems to be a little much as to where I would believe that he didn’t know more was up.
