    Good morning friends ~ One of the many things that bothers me about Sindy is that she is a trained medical professional and couldn’t see signs of trauma (discoloration, bruises, sores,etc) around Caylees mouth, eyes and face in general? It just doesn’t make sense! I don’t care where this case is tried and who the jury is, when the facts come out – Casey will be found guilty and G & S will or should be prosecuted as accessories to this horrible crime. Of course this is JMO

    Although the attorney representing Texas EquuSearch said none of the 4,000 volunteers searched the exact spot where Caylee’s remains were found, Anthony’s defense team wanted to see for themselves. Shortly after Local 6 arrived at Nejame’s office, Anthony’s attorneys stormed off.

    Baez and Mason would not explain why they were finally viewing the records, and it’s not known if the attorneys would be returning to Nejame’s office.

    Nejame refused to comment.

    Sorry, missed a lot of conversation (had breakfast) You are right Mikka, Sindy sees what she wants to see – lots of parents do that i.e. the Croslin clan comes to mind.

    I never said my kids were perfect and if they screwed up (and they did) I was first to punish. I believe that is what makes children grow up to be responsible adults and parents themselves….and thats’ where the Anthonys failed miserable as I see it!

    Btw, all the crap the defense is doings will be seen be the jury as just a circus and I don’t think Judge Perry will allow such nonsense in his court!

    Duh-fense knows they have a no nonsense judge now. No need asking for access to all search records when you haven’t went to inspect the ones you already have permission to view. The charades end with Perry on the case.

    wonder why they “stormed off” from nejame’s! they prolly wanted him to make copies for them. but even if they found something else that they wanted a copy of, it has to be revisited in court. that is per the court order! I’m SURE they are going to resubmit that motion for all records of TES again! it doesn’t sound like they were there that long.

    Let’s just assume that the hair was from some piece of clothing from a thrift shop…………duck tape, from A’s home, can be laid on that piece of clothing…….hair got on it and violah!……….the thrift store manager, male, who’s hair is on the duct tape was caught partying for 31 days at Fusion bar and sleeping with half the town …………….so he is a suspect………….and the jury could buy that…….except that the store manager claims that Zanny was his only girl friend and she gave him a script too to make sure that for 31 days that all clothing is bought by C A.
    Sounds as plausible as any thing else duf-fense has come up with

    i find something good,the docs with the hair is OLD docs,fbi died future test on it,and it says this from a blogger

    This “mystery” hair is not a “mystery”! It is logged in aas Q107…On page 10284 released October 2009 from the FBI who tested it it clears states it is a RABBIT HAIR. End of mystery. So if bozo wants to say a rabbit killed ♥CAYLEE♥ and put her in 3 bags from the anthony’s and a winnie the pooh blanket from the anthony’s he will look like the big azz that he is. He is stupid but not that stupid!

    You all are very good investigators! Mikka you are right, Bozo will have to take a back seat (really far back) but I think the others’ will grate on the last nerves of Judge Perry and the Jury if they are nothing but professional like the prosecutors are. I don’t think much drama will be allowed and Baden needs to tone herself down bigtime (like a makeover)!

I think that to could be reason to say she did not get fair anything even before trail. I’ve always wonder about him up doing all the talking? Now I love judge S. to but think judge Perry see this and make him sit down!! But then I ask what will Bozo do I think he can’t do anything but talk.     I truly think they went to nejames to SHOW that they are trying to do something. but i have a feeling that baez is gonna say we could not go thru everything there, too much stuff, whine,whine,whine & refile that motion to get all of the searchers info!

    i find it very odd (& refreshing) that baez had no comment, no tv appearance about stricky leaving & perry coming on. especially after the way that he did it filing the motion at 10 minutes before 5:00 on a friday. I don’t think they really expected all of this to happen. now they are jumping to get ready for court on friday.

    I also think perry is gonna straighten out who is head chair & direct proceedings thru that person. i think mason has to be head. His rules, only ONE lawyer questions & cross examines!

    NeJame said it best when he said Baez not bothering to go through those files is either due to sloppiness or laziness. Baez wants everybody else to do all his work for him. He whined nonstop about not getting all the tips from the OCSD, then once they put several manhours into putting them on a CD, Baez never bothers to pick them up. Baez is a piece of work. Judge Perry will set him straight though.

    Well, now they spend a few minutes in a law office and they think that will justify copying all records. It won’t work that way.. they can read the documents, take notes and formally request certain records in a motion. I can’t wait for court! Maybe they are looking for someone named “RABBIT, Jack D.”???
