For part of the grand jury hearing, the external audio system of the courtroom was left on, feeding into media trucks outside. Chief Judge Belvin Perry Jr. warned members of the news media that they could be charged with criminal contempt if they made public what was said, since grand jury proceedings are secret. Perry said he didn’t know what may have been heard.
Okay I tried to read the story, but got sick to my stomach. He needs to go back to his sauce (either making it or getting sauced) He meddled, he was seeking attention and still is! I do like Judge Strickland and it was so unfair that this happened BUT this creep Dave might have done the case a favor in a weird sort of way. Judge Perry will be fair, but he will play hardball – he is not going to let anyone manipulate him! And Dave…if I were in your shoes, I’d change my name and move.
Actually, Judge Strickland did the right thing to recuse himself. If you go to Bill Schaefers blog, he totally explains it. He said Casey could appeal on the grounds later on, that she did not receive a fair trial, due to Judge Strickland being bias towards a blogger. So it does make sense.
Bet Jose is gonna be in the hospital any day now, with stomach issues. I can almost guarantee, Judge Belvin is not the judge they had hoped for~
So all and all, this whole fiasco they caused, regarding MD’s comments, have turned out to be a blessing in disguise, for the prosecution! Not that they needed it, but this will seal the deal.
Yes, Lisa you are quite right. Judge Strickland most certainly did the right thing, but I think it backfired on the clowns. I think they thought that from that point forward JS would be putty in their hands. SS, want to read about last August 10, 2009? All, I said, all. Unfortunately, I have been royally pissed off. Humble, when I found your site in the fall of 08, I thought this would be an interesting exercise into the minds of people who murder and those who cover up for them. We read the released documents, commented on them. Sometimes, we got it right, other times, we were confused. We were able to express our opinions here, even if they went against the flow. One day, August 10, 2010, I expressed my skeptism about the Anthony’s rebaptism, i.e., who mikes up for that, unless you are planning to use it for another tv cameo?. I will continue my quest regarding the murder of this child. I will be in Orlando next Friday. If I cannot get into the courtroom, I will be outside. I will be watching. I will be watching.
Carol, isn’t is funny how much vodka we have wasted to save “our guys”. You gotta love them. They are so funny when they hurt. Can you imagine them having babies? Incredibly, my nephew, who is 40 yr. old, just showed me his birth certificate. He weighed 9 lbs 14 1/2 oz. I so much more respect my sister, may God rest her soul. I wish it could have been me, and not you, you wonderful person.
Anyway, so you all know, I will, most definitely, be at the courthouse next week. I will not have a notebook in hand. I will be a spectator, whether inside or outside. I will not be passing business cards around. I will not be making faces at people. You will probably not be aware of me. I am just a normal looking person. I do not underdress or overdress to gain attention. I will only report on what I see. I will not express opinions of the people I see, only on their actions and words. I will, most definitely, not make any physical or verbal contact with anyone involved in this case. I would also hope that all of you who have the luxury, as I do, of having free time, visit your local courtrooms to see what is happening in our legal system. It is scary.
Well, I have to add to my post above. The only business card I would pass, would be my dentist’s. Boy, someone really needs some work. Yuk. Imagine kissing that rotten mouth. Of course, there is always mommy. Bad me, bad me. Sometimes it is a nice feeling to let it all hang out.

Ronnie, not true. These poor innocents are from around the entire globe, not just Florida. Some get media coverage, the majority do not. This is not something new. There is something seriously wrong with MD. He is so rude to people on his blog, and then posts their contact information, and goes on an all out war against them, if he doesn’t like what is being said. And this I just gathered from reading what he is ranting about today!

Personally, I think Chief Judge Perry was outraged when he saw the shameful way the Defense treated Judge Strickland, that he decided to step in. They never dreamed that the “Chief Judge” would replace Judge Strickland! W0w! Talk about Karma! I think it’s a hoot that for the first time in 8 months, they have finally gone to Nejame’s office to ck. out TES files.haha I also wonder why Baez is going to be out for 11 days? Something is up. Things are going to start hitting the fan! Blinkoncrime has some interesting info. on this.
