    from blink on crime

Late this afternoon, blinkoncrime.com was able to confirm Jose Baez WILL be in attendance this Friday for the management hearing, but will be unavailable for 11 days in June.

Apparently someone has given him the heads up that saying you don’t keep track of your billable hours and then billing clients when your not actually is available is a no no.

    Mikka,

Earlier today you asked about Casey’s jail visitor log. The Caylee Daily did a post today highlighting Casey’s visitors for this month. Maybe you’ve already seen it, no?

    Have a good night all.

  10. Colhere on 26 April 2010 at 20:36

TES are ready to take the defence to court to set a deadline for examination of records. I can’t wait to hear that one. Hopefully the D will be responsible for their own time in this case.

And for those who are into solving cold mysteries.. my sister actually watched (and took photos) of this being pulled from the lake. It’s likely a 64 New Yorker or 300.

All the talk is about the hair now. I’m not worried about this at all. She will get DP based one these evidence!

    s&m thanks!

  14. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 05:29

Goodmorning everyone, concerning the mysterious hair. I think the media is giving this way too much credence. That hair could’ve come from anywhere. At any given time, if you checked your personal things, a stray hair from anywhere could attach itself to your person gauranteed. It doesn’t cancell out the 31 days, and all the other incriminating evidence. This to me is grasping at straws. The contamination of the duct tape by FBI, sorry but a drop of sweat could have fallen from the agents brow when she was examining yhe evidence. I’m sure it was as hot a hades in that swampy area. JMHO

  15. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 05:30

    Hi Mikka,

  16. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 05:34

lynda :ermm: i agree with you, nancy g and her experts say about the hair ,this is bad for the prosecution, ahahhhahah

hahhahahahaa i dont agree, caylee was in the trunk of the car, thats count!

  17. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 05:35

colhere, thanks thats grazy, after all this time!

  18. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 05:45

Exactly Mikka, Caylee was in the trunk. There’s no disputing that. The defence will have to explain that to the jury.

  19. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 05:50

lynda,dr.lilian glas have a new blog, river is whinning ,bloggers say may its her hair!its getting way to far,and all about this hair, any way this hair is caucasien, means no hispanic-no zanny nanny!it shows only how good the investigators searched the woods for evidence!

  20. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 05:57

lynda when i sitt in the jury, and NEVER hear from this case,
    31 days
let the cops on a wild goose ride
    coffinflies
    gravewax
    smell of decomp
    thats doing for me! guilty!!!

  21. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 06:04

Mikka, I’m sure the defence will spin this like a spider spins a web, but imo tIhe evidence you mentioned is just too damaging. If not the dp, lwop. I wonder what will happen on Friday. I hope Judge Perry lays down the law and gets things rolling.

  22. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 06:09

lynda,i am glad perry know this case from the beginning,i bet he watched stricky to,and he know cma is a liar and did all, does nobody find caylee!and i am positiv perry will stepp his foot down,he know how sneaky the clownteam are!

  23. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 06:11

and how hornsby say, perry will hear motions, and make a decision right there, not like stricky ,he say much time he must think about this!

  24. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 06:13

  28. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 06:20

Mikka, I can’t wait until Friday to see what Judge Perry will do. I’m sure we’ll find out what will transpire in the meeting.

  31. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 06:32

  34. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 07:10

Bye Mikka, have a great day

  35. hvf on 27 April 2010 at 07:11

    GM everyone
Defense just grasping at straws ……….that’s all. They know there is too much evidence. Wish this case was in session right now so we can get down to the nitty gritty.

  36. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 07:41

Hi Hvf, I agree, they are grasping at straws. The evidence imo is overwhelming. They had much less evidence against s peterson, and look where he is now.

  37. Debwv on 27 April 2010 at 09:16

Elizabeth Johnson back in court today.

  40. Marsha on 27 April 2010 at 09:39

What next? She doesn’t like the jail food so they need to let her out three times a day to eat? I hope Perry puts a match to the motion and tell them they have to stop with the stupid motions and get on with this trial.

  41. quarterhorse_trainer on 27 April 2010 at 10:11

    goodmorning Girlz
What are all the sick kids doing today?

  42. ~LisaG~ on 27 April 2010 at 10:59

You know something, its obvious, from all the stupid stuff the defense does, like saying stuff was sent to the media in error, is being done on purpose. This way when Casey is convicted and sentenced to death, she will be able to file appeal after appeal, due to the fact of how incompetent they’ve been through out this entire ordeal. They make me sick. Do they even realize this case is about a beautiful, innocent baby girl, named Caylee, who was slaughtered by that useless piece of garbage

  43. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 11:09

Amen LisaG, they’re all sickening. Just once I’d like to see one of Caylee’s blood relatives stand up for her publicly. Thank God Caylee has all of us, mere strangers, who care more about her Justice than any of her so called family. Justice for Caylee!!!

  44. ~LisaG~ on 27 April 2010 at 11:18

You got that right Lynda! They really all make me sick. And the way NG was going on about that unidentified hair, was just her running her mouth. She doesn’t care about missing or mudered children, just her ratings.

That hair could of just blown in with the wind. The prosecution has so much, the 31 days, decomposition smell in trunk, Casey’s wild fake job goose chase, and just her total lack of concern, because she knew Caylee wasn’t missing, she was already dead, and tossed away like trash.

  45. ~LisaG~ on 27 April 2010 at 11:27

I’ve been thinking about something. Remember when Lee Giggles, proclaimed at the memorial for Casey, CMA, I will always keep my promise to you. That promise sounds like it meant he would never tell he knew Casey killed Caylee. The way he went on that day, like he was professing his love, for his lover, and not his innocent, precious niece. And I said the memorial for Casey, because it was never about Caylee. And George, asking people to write Casey. I don’t know why I’m brining this up now, I guess it’s because it really has always been in the back of my head.

  46. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 11:48

LisaG, Lee definatly is a creeper. He made my skin crawl watching the memorial. There’s some reason why he has immunity. I’m sure we’ll find out when the prosecution rips him apart on the stand. Judge Perry was there when george testified about the smell of decomp. How can he get on the stand and lie. I think they’re all going down, one way or the other. Where’s the rest of the family. Will noone but strangers sit on the victims side when this goes to trail. How horribly sad. How shameful.

  47. ~LisaG~ on 27 April 2010 at 12:12

You know what has always bothered me Lynda, well amongst just about everything the Scamthony’s have done. Why didn’t George call the police, as soon as he smelled human decompostion? How did he know it wasn’t Casey that may have been dead in the car? They steam cleaned the trunk, and made sure they removed as much evidence as possible. It makes me think they knew it had been Caylee in the trunk, and they began the cover up for Casey. They knew she did something to Caylee.

You check out a kennel before you leave your dogs, yet they never checked up the the nanny, or wondered where Caylee was, if she was eating, being treated well, where was she sleeping? They never did a welfare check on her, even though she lived with them. They know Casey murdered her, thats why they never visit her, in jail. How they can sit behind her in court, still baffles me. They constantly show support for her, even though she totally ignores them all the time. It makes me wonder, didn’t they love Caylee, or is it, out of site out of mind in their heads??

  48. lynda on 27 April 2010 at 12:20

I am baffeled by their behavior too. I can understand loving your child and not wanting to beleive that they would do something that horribe to their baby, but with all the evidenece pointing in cma’s direction how could you stand behind her. It’s sickening, and to tamper with obvious evidence is criminal. They are all psychos

  49. ~LisaG~ on 27 April 2010 at 12:30

Most likely, after the trial is over, they will be arrested for tampering with evidence. The prosecution needs them now. Imagine they were arrested now, could you imagine what kind of show they would put on?

How could they arrest us, the grieving grand parents? What have we done? Just because we’ve told so many mistruths, that we can’t keep up with them, and hid evidence, and I, Sindy accidentally gave LE our dogs toothbrush, instead of Caylee’s, and we gave them Casey’s hairbrush instead of Caylee’s, is not a reason, in our gut to be arresting us! And we only cleaned out the car, to help out Casey, who was such a messy Bessy.

  50. carlavan on 27 April 2010 at 12:50

Lisa you make a very valid point ~ we do check out our kennel before we leave our pets, get reference before we go to a new vet. But for them, their beloved grandchild, they don’t know squat about the nanny? Smells real fishy even if you didn’t know the volumes of stuff we already know. It just goes on and on and on. At some point circumstancial eveidence of that magnitude ought to get a new name!

  51. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 13:45

MAZE when you lurk, our bret get operation!

    http://www.seattlepi.com/tvguide/419112_tvgif27.html

  52. Marsha on 27 April 2010 at 13:52

They obviously knew Casey wasn’t working, and even if she did work I doubt she could afford a nanny. She’d be lucky to afford a high school kid to care for Caylee for a couple hours now and then. Sitters aren’t cheap. Soooo, I’ve always thought they were negligent in not knowing, for the sake of Caylee, where she was, and who she was with. Not only for those 30? 31? days, but all the times that WF told them…”with the nanny”. They are all just a HUGE WASTE of human flesh.

  53. maze on 27 April 2010 at 14:26

Mikka.. thanks for that..I do not think he will make it..god willing though..it is confirmed he is in a phx hospital Im pretty sure I know which one

  54. mikka on 27 April 2010 at 14:38

my gut tell me ,bret dont make it too!

  55. maze on 27 April 2010 at 14:49

we will just have to say our prayers

  56. maze on 27 April 2010 at 14:52

    Bret Michaels’ condition has improved.

Michaels, 47, is still in an intensive care unit in an Arizona hospital recovering from a brain hemorrhage, and doctors are still searching for the source of the bleeding, but Bret’s publicist has confirmed to both Radar Online and UsMagazine that the rocker’s condition has changed from critical to “stable.”

  57. Debwv on 27 April 2010 at 14:57

I hope he pulls from this, being a diabetic doesn’t help either. My mom was a diabetic and she slipped into a coma a few times. But was lucky to come out of it. Everytime she slipped,I would tell the docs all the meds she on,and I’m thankful I knew what she was on,this helps the docs. Wishing BM a speedy recovery!!!
