Good morning friends! Could do without the smiley face of Georgie so early in the morning though, this family makes me want to puke!! I just don’t get them? Your daughter suggests to the world the disfunction of the family including you very well may have molested her, and brother Lee did for many years; yet you show up at every court hearing smiling like fools? Casey was 19 y/o at the time and told Jesse that incident with Lee happened “recently.” Well, if Casey told Robyn she finally put her foot down by telling Lee to stay out of her bedroom or she would “kill” him…. she was 15 y/o at the time. hmmmmm!

Maybe somebody put the word out that Chief Judge Perry has a soft spot when it comes to children. Notice how he let Atty Lyon off the hook about the May 2nd date because of her daughter’s graduation…. Oh how sweet!
Smoke & Mirrors: You are a very good detective!! I know nobody knows the truth from what Casey says or G & Cindy for that matter. But if you were even accused of such acts it would be very hard IMO, to show up in court and look like they do! I am still convinced this family is dysfunction in the truest sense and that is why Caylee is in Heaven.

The only thing I believe that Casey has said, is NOBODY LISTENS TO HER! They misconstrue what she says…. blah, blah, blah!
Yeah, right. She figured out a long time ago how to use words and phrases on Cindy to lead her to believe things that Casey really did not say. Cindy with her desire to believe Casey could do no wrong mentality was a good candidate for Casey to pratice her word and mind games on.
So, when Casey speaks I listen then I go do a fact check on her sorry arse!

You can’t believe a word that Casey says. Her and the truth are strangers, indeed! It does amaze me how she does the half-truths – where some things she says are true, but they identify with other people. How does she do that? She must have had lots of practice and her mind really works in mysterious ways. I think her and her family are crazy as he!! if you ask me!
i must laugh,bozo say when teh protestors was on the anthony home,she will come to trial too and of this he want the change of venue HAHAHAH,the protestors will follow him,no matter where the trial is,and i hope we see cma with bullet proof west!

I agree that it was a compassionate move on Chief Judge Perry’s part to excuse Atty Lyon based on her daughter’s graduation. That’s one of those life memories that is definately an event that most parents would not want to miss.
Even though most of the attys who have gone on record to describe Judge Perry as essentially hard but fair (my words), I think it was good that we got to see him show some compassion for Lyon’s schedule conflict associated with her daughter’s graduation. Now, I believe that if she tries to use her teaching schedule as an excuse going forward, it will not fly!
ha ha Mikka – Casey would not survive in the out side world, or on the inside either! In prison, they do not look at these child murderers very well, they beat her arse. Outside, someone will beat her arse and maybe put duct tape over her mouth and nose!

I could be wrong about this but I believe Baez will continue to involve bloggers into this case. His answer to the question about sequestering the jury was IMO totally unacceptable! The fact that he argued against a Gag Order also speaks volumes. And then there is that on-going thing about members on the Duhfense Team having all of those photo ops! Have they ever seen a camera they did not like… Okay, well maybe the exception being if it comes along with Kathi Belich!
I believe Team Anthony is counting on public outcry over this case to fuel their argument for Casey can’t get a fair trial in Orlando; in the entire state of FL; in the entire USA or in the WORLD! Not that this strategy is going to work, but I do believe it is counter-productive for Baez to not want to tone the visibility of this case down as we move closer to trial. JMO

I am not a criminal so it is a little hard to understand, BUT I see Casey sitting there in the courtroom either stoneface one time or cutesy pie laughing and all the next (not that I think she is quilty, we all know she is innocent until proven quilty) and I just wonder what goes through the mind of someone who is guilty, as lawyers are fighting a money is being spent and parents are losing their homes? Friendships have been broken, grandparents devasted. Knowing yep I did it and maybe I’ll get away with it. OMG they have to be crazy.

Now maybe it’s just me, but there is something about that little word “all” in the last paragraph of this motion that makes the title very deceptive. JMO
smoke – that is part of casey’s problem, identity crisis. cindy trained her by showering her with attention (over Lee) & believing her lies or at least making them o.k. (acceptable). casey continued to seek attention from men in one way or another. when caylee came along she then had to share attention & praise with “that little girl”, she just couldn’t have that.
It is very obvious to me also that baez does not want the jury sequestered so he can keep claiming media influence, bloggers chat, etc.. He keeps complaining about all the talk of this case in the media & on blogs so WHY would you NOT want the jury sequestered? but then I think the kind of juror he wants seated will not be agreeable to being sequestered. he prolly wants young single men! lol
perry is all over this & he knows exactly what he’s doing. he will not have this case messed up by any future problems with the jury regarding media, blogs, threats or any other influences trying to contact them.

It seems to me the state is about to burst the bubble for the defense. They thought they could blow the blood money they recieved, transfer it, donate it to kid finders, do all the crap they have done, then STILL demand the state of Fl pay? I think not. The State thinks not. I will be waiting to hear Judge Perry say “NOT” !!

Hello Everyone…I still don’t believe Cindy gave Casey a bunch of attention over Lee…i believe Lee was Cindy’s confidant. When you look at Casey’s lies…they match (not meaning the same lies but behavior) as Cindy’s. I also still believe Casey wasn’t Cindy’s princess, but who Cindy used to beat up mentally/emotional to make herself feel better. But, I do believe Casey learned long ago she could lie…even if her mom knew the truth it wouldn’t matter…All that mattered to CIndy was the family image. JMHO

If she wasn’t indigent when she first hired Baez, how is she indigent now? Her work status hasn’t changed. What did Baez spend all that money on? Why should the taxpayers have to shell out to pay for her defense? That’s what public defenders are for.

But, a bit later in the little news line across the bottom of the screen. It said 2 arrested in NY for terrorist attack. Of course it didn’t say if it was for this bomb…Do you happen to know if they arrested anyone?
