    Good morning all. Having some puter problems, just about ready to scream at Safari. It is either not loading or loading so slowly that I just give us. I’ll keep trying. Does anyone know if today’s pre-trial is being televised? I can’t seem to get into any info this morning. Hope this post works.

    Thanks, mikka. I will try to find out if it will be televised. On another subject, I am still wondering about the foreclosure issue with the Anthonys. They did pay their 2009 property taxes on 11/27/09, but have not paid their mortgage payments since June of 2009. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Does anyone have an answer/theory regarding this? I don’t understand much about the mortgage issue, as we are some of the lucky ones who do not have one. I don’t know the facts surrounding this non-payment of mortgage, but I have a sneaky suspicion it has to do with the civil case, i.e., preparing for filing for bankruptcy to protect themselves. I could be way off base on this, but it is just my skeptical nature.

    :lol: Mikka, you are too funny! When M&M put out that Witness List with 64 names for the most part from the Prosecution’s Witness List for the Criminal Case, I was :shocked: ! And then they amended it to be even broader. Looked like they were going to take over the 1st Degree Murder Case instead of having a Civil Trial. I wonder if Chief Judge Perry is doing some behind the scene coahing. hmmm!

    $15,000+ Mikka. Atty. Mitnik got approval from Judge Rodriguez to seek punitive damages, which means if a jury decides ZG’s mental stress and overall disruption to her life was proven, they could award her a lot more $$$$! Whoa!

    I’m not only having trouble with my Safari’s poor attitude this morning, but when I get into the Judicial calendar, I can’t seem to find Rodreguiz. Do you know what his division is. I went through them all, and can’t find his name on the docket. I forgot what division number he had.

    I would agree that on some level they knew… it doesn’t even matter to me anymore when they knew, but the simple fact that Cindy is a RN and George a former LE having experienced the smell of decomp speaks volumes.

    And don’t get me started on George driving the car home from Johnson’s Wrecker towyard with windows down in the rain… park car in garage (closed garage door) to let the car air out?! WTH

    Then he and Cindy start removing and cleaning stuff from the car and cleaning the car. After doing so, they go to work like it’s a normal day! :w00t: Who the he!! does that?

    s&m my hubby was in iraq ,he saw and smell dead bodies,when he was coming home from there ,i ask him how is this smell,

    During a pre-trial hearing Tuesday afternoon, a judge delayed the start date for the civil trial Casey Anthony is facing.

    The trial had been scheduled for June 14, but because of things not being completed, rulings still awaiting decisions and more information to review, both parties said they would not be ready for the June date.

    Instead, the judge said that the trial wouldn’t start until the first quarter of next year, but a date has not been set.

    ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — In the civil case against Casey Anthony, the woman suing Casey for defamation will probably get her day in court before Casey’s murder trial. A judge said Tuesday that Casey’s civil suit will likely be heard early next year, months before her murder trial.

    WFTV’s legal expert said it could taint the jury pool, but the civil trial is not about whether Casey murdered Caylee, so legally there’s no reason to hold it up.

    Zenaida Gonzalez’s lawyers say, if the civil case makes Casey look bad right before her murder trial, that’s her problem. The evidence in the two cases overlaps, so the defamation trial could cause problems for Casey Anthony during her murder trial.

    “That’s not our problem; that’s her problem. Our client was an innocent bystander; she got drug into this. She had nothing to do with it. I don’t care what problems it creates for Casey Anthony,” attorney Keith Mitnik said.

    But Casey’s civil case can go first, as the judge said Tuesday, because both trials are not about whether she killed her daughter Caylee, which was the case with the OJ Simpson trials and why his civil trial went after his murder trial.

    “It’s about whether she falsely accused a now-witness in the case of taking her child,” WFTV legal expert Bill Sheaffer said.

    Sheaffer said, if the judge hearing Casey’s murder case still has any question about going out of town to look for a jury, this might be the answer.

    “The media it is going to attract will taint whatever potential impartial juror that’s left in Orange County,” Sheaffer said.

    Zenaida’s lawyers are largely focusing on evidence uncovered in the murder case: Casey’s statements to her parents in jail and her mother’s public comments about Caylee’s alleged nanny Zenaida Gonzalez, evidence that Casey’s father modeled his description of the nanny after his alleged mistress, and Casey’s letter to her jail pen pal that just surfaced saying Zenaida didn’t do it.

    “They could be bombshells in our case,” Mitnik said.

    Casey doesn’t have to go to her civil trial, but, either way, Sheaffer says, she’ll face criticism. If she does attend it’ll be for her clothes and her every move or for having a guilty conscience if she doesn’t attend.

    Not a health issue they know of Mikka…Unless it was an allergic reaction to some meds. They haven’t been told exactly why yet.

    Bret Michaels is “walking. He’s not walking very well. He’s talking very well, and he’s very mentally aware,” his doctor, Joseph M. Zabramski said in a press conference this afternoon, adding, “He’ll fortunately make a 100 percent recovery.”

    He “remains in critical condition,” said Zabramski, but has been discharged from discharged from Barrow Neurological Institute in Arizona to receive physical therapy at an undisclosed location. “We’re watching him very closely. We are very concerned that there could be a deterioration in his status at this point. We continue to watch him closely.”

    Zabramski noted that Michaels was lucky to have gotten treatment quickly after his hemorrhage. But the blood from that blood clot is starting to dissolve,” said Zabramski, which can be “very irritating” and “causes chemical meningitis that can be severely painful.”

    The rocker is battling back pain now. “Up to this point he’s been feeling better and then all of this starts.” The doctor said Michaels can’t be treated with medications normally used, such as steroids, because he’s diabetic. But, he said, “He is improving and I expect he will continue to gradually improve.”

    It is Mikka…One of my oldest daughter’s best friends passed away on new yrs day…he had been having headaches. New yrs eve my daughter offered him some Aleve and less then 24 hours he had passed away from those headaches which turned out to be an aneurysm :sad:

    Corey Haim died from natural causes and a drug test “revealed no significant contributing factors” in his death, the Los Angeles County Coroner announced Tuesday.

    The coroner attributed the cause of death to three things: damage to the air sacs in his lungs, pneumonia and a hardening of his heart muscle with plaque build-up within the blood vessels.

    The former teen heartthrob, 38, who collapsed in front of his mother at her L.A. apartment on March 10, had suffered from flu-like symptoms in the days before his death, the coroner said. He had been caring for his mother, Judy, who’s battling breast cancer.

    On the day he died, police mentioned an overdose as a possible cause of death, but the coroner now confirms that drugs weren’t a factor.

    my son and his friend went off a montain about 30 ft down.. they landed on a tree.my son was ok his friend hit his head..my son walked his friend and his cat for 3 miles till they could get cell service..anyway they took him to hosp.month later he complained he had bad headach…went to hosp his brain was bleeding they operated..he s ok and only 22 yrs old..you never know whe its going to be your time..I suffered unbeliveable heaadache for years..dr always said it was stress…I use to say one day they will find that tumor!!

    maze ,by me too,i have migrane ,it startet when i was 8 yeras old,my whole life,i told my doc,i think i have brain tumor,he checked, find nothing!but now she give me in america another medication and now i have it may all 2 months migrane!
