Just when the defense thought they had a reason for “change of venue” the Judge Perry says that the jurors will be brought in. Looks like the people of Florida outside of Orange County could be on the set of the notorious trial of the century, as the defense calls it.
Baez, full of himself, claims that Miami-Dade county is the only county that doesn’t recognize him. WHAT? Is this case about himself? I guess so! Who cares if people recognize him?
The Judge said he will be entering a GAG order for the attorney’s when the jury is selected and they jury will be kept in an undisclosed location.
The party pictures are NOT out of the hearing yet. The Judge said he will give both sides until March 2011 to decide which photos they will use. Of course the d-team claims the photos do nothing to prove she was a good mother. And we know the photo show just what a real terrible mother Casey really was.
The Judge did not rule on throwing out the 911 call where Casey “CLAIMS” to have been using OTHER resources to look for Caylee. Funny, that 911 calls shows just how GUILTLY Casey really is.
The Judge has denied taking the death penalty off the table. Wonder what the defense was thinking? That they would complain about the judge, get him removed, and the death penalty would come off the table? I think so! I also believe that the Judge has “NO” sympathy for the notorious murderer Casey!
According to Baez, the blogs say that Casey is a whore. I’ll admit it, I have said she is. I wonder if Baez knows we call him Bozo, too! The problem I see here, is the TRUTH hurts. Casey is a whore, gosh for all we know she is a prostitute also. Remember, she hasn’t had a job in years, but always seemed to have money.
The d-team claims the death penalty is sexist. According to Lyon, she claims that sex is driving the death penalty decision. Boy, that Lyon thinks she is smarter than your average juror. Too bad so sad, the death penalty is out there because the evidence PROVES that Casey is GUILTY!
Of course the “mother of the year” was in tears. She can cry at the drop of a dime, and on cue. Casey needs to face the truth. As it has been said, Casey and the truth are enemies.

Hi everyone, as always here to have a yell out and its always late and no one here. But I just had to say this before off to bed, someone said on 1 post back about how they can’t or won’t say this poor babys name?
But why is that? The way I see it, if you can’t say Caylee name then there is something bad wrong there. Did they always say that little girl like maybe as Casey says her mom always said Caylee was a mistake!! But then Cindy would say a good one, so would Cindy maybe say right in front of Caylee that the little girl was a mistake!? I do think with this sick family this may have happened, I really can see this being said alot to try and get Casey to do as Cindy tells her to and what she tells her to do!! Like I have always said

Also was thinking that Caylee will never run and play with other kids ( don’t think she ever had any little play mates) never go to her frist day of school, never ride a bike ( with training wheels off) never have any dreams of what she would like to do or become, never dance around the room on daddy big feet, never make a wish on a shoting star, never have a sleep over and laugh all night with her girls, never have her frist puppy to love and talk with, ( as my daughter did) never have the frist boy friend or the frist kiss from one, no school dance, no best gf to tell every little thing to, never learning to drive the car, never just hanging out with your mommy and going places together just because you love each other, never saying I love you mommy and the list could keep going on from here!! It makes me just cry to know that the one person in all the world that killed her, should have been the one that would have given her own life for Caylee. Good morning all. Mikka, thanks for the pictures. Other than a very few, I have never seen these pictures. Perhaps this is how the Anthonys are going to pay their mortgage. Also, that house looks like a copy of Toys R Us. For people who had money problems, they sure just spent and spent. No baby needs that amount of clothes, costumes, toys, accessories, garden toys, etc.. May 20 is the hearing on the house foreclosure. Bet they will use monies from these new pictures to pay up, and settle with the bank.

Hi all, its absolutely amazing to me that all the photos are in the house, dressed up. Did Caylee ever get to go out and get dirty…play with other children? Go anywhere? No disneyland pics, no universal studio pics, no 6 flags, sea world, carnivals, circus, one set of beach pics and they live in fla!!! I had pics of my kids at all of the above, plus every landmark in the city of chicago. You would think they were under house arrest…

So they can give them to a child that maybe haveing a bad time in their life, thats just some little things they do to help others!! They are such a close family they close their eyes to what ever Casey did to Caylee and right there living in the same house and all, but they do nothing to stop her!! Ya know, I don’t care that Casey liked to party, at that age, we all liked to hang out and have fun, but some of us here were young mothers, and knew the children came first, no matter what. Casey only cared about Casey, and thats how it is, and that is how it will always be.
What bothers everyone about those particular photos, that the defense does not seem to get, is that these particular photos’ from the hot body contest (Casey is so full of herself, she is far from having a hot body), were taken while CAYLEE was “supposedly” missing.There she is, all happy and smiles, showing those big piano teeth and that horribly un-natural, long mule face, (sorry to the mules of the world).There she is, feeling up other girls, dancing, showing off her droopy boobs in a massive push up bra. She’s got $indy’s sock look boobs. This is what angers us. And then to add insult to injury, she gets a bella vita, beautiful life tattoo. Of course we all know, including the defense, poor Caylee was already gone, slaughtered by that good for nothing trampy loser. That is what makes her a bad mother, ignoring her responsibility of protecting and taking care of Caylee. Then again, it was Casey, that Caylee needed to be protected from. The photo’s of her scanking it up, before Caylee was born, just show a typical cheap girl, at that age, who is a dime a dozen. So this must be what Casey was talking about, using other resources, yes of course she was there looking for Caylee. You know how some 2 1/2 year olds, just love to party and stay out all night. She never even told any of her friends Caylee was missing, again, not missing, murdered by her, that’s why she couldn’t say anything. And another thing, I don’t blame Georgie and $indy for Casey murdering Caylee. What I do blame them for, is how they allowed 31 days, even one day to pass by, without knowing where Caylee was, or talking to her on the phone. Sure, Sindy says she spoke to Caylee everyday, but not Caylee. Supposedly, the nanny had her at the beach, Disney, everywhere just spending thousands of dollars on a baby, that wasn’t hers. Oh wait, she was rich, that’s why Casey did not have to pay her. Well guess what Casey, saying you had a nanny did not make you look important or that you had money. You had a babysitter, and a non-existant one at that. A nanny lives in the home of the child or children she takes care of. Just more of Casey’s bs and lies. The only thing of value, that you had in your life, was beautiful Caylee, and you killed her. Sindy and George would of been in a frenzy if one of their dogs had gone missing. OMG, walking the streets, driving around, putting up flyers. The works. But Caylee, NOTHING. Well that’s not true, plenty of lies.
Now if this scenario would happen, and Casey finally confesses to killing Caylee, the defense better not DARE to say, she did it to protect Caylee from being molested. A real mother would get her baby out of that house. She would move out, get her own place, get her GED, go to school and work part time, earn a degree or a skill, to give her and her daughter a nice life. There are programs out there that would of helped her with childcare. OH NO, not Casey, heaven forbid she take care of herself, let alone innocent Caylee. She was 22, worked once for about 5 months developing photo’s of people on rides at Universal. She couldn’t even do that right, she left to have Caylee, and never even bothered telling them. Very Very irresponsible.
Casey is a stupid person. She had it so good, living off of her parents, not paying rent, utilities, car insurance, Caylee’s needs, nothing. No, she felt because $indy, would not let her get an abortion, that that was going to be her free ride forever. Can’t ya just see it, her stamping her feet like a big ugly overgrown toddler, yelling, but you promised to take care of me, forever if I had this baby. This is all your fault!!!

Oh pardon me, rotting pizza, or maybe someone put a body in the car at the tow yard. Yes, that happens all the time. How can they both live with themselves, knowing they smelled Caylee? What about when George went to get the car, him and the tow yard employee were almost knocked over by the smell. Why didn’t George call the police? Casey hadn’t been found yet, how did he know it wasn’t her in the trunk? Because deep in his heart, he knew Caylee deceased, during those 31 days. It certainly appears the only time George and Sindy were honest and telling the truth, was when they made George come in, and give a statement, and when Sindy told the 911 operator, there’s something wrong, it smells like a dead body has been in the damn car. After that, it was all downhill with lies, deception, blood money, cameo’s and not once did any of them go on TV, crying and begging for Caylee’s safe return. They can’t say they didn’t have any air time, because they’ve been on TV all the time, and dined on crab puffs. Will the truth come out during trial, that Dominick Casey had been on the phone with Sindy, when he was searching that particular area? He can be heard saying he couldn’t find her, or something to that effect. How the heck did he know where to look? Why would Sindy tell Tim Miller to only look for a LIVE Caylee?? She knew she was gone, but giving people false hope she was still out there alive, brought in so so much money. Not to mention the thousands of Tee Shirts they still needed to sell.

Good afternoon every one, I always thought J.P. Chatt was Caylee’s father. I remember seeing a picture way back when with him and Caylee side by side. There’s no doubt in my mind, and Lisa, i too agree that the photo’s before the crime should not be an issue. Young people like to party and socialize, even single parents. The one’s that are in the timeframe of the crime are very relevant though. It shows total disregard for her missing child. It’s extremly disturbing. I think that the defence has not gotten the point about the photos. The prosecution is only interested in the timeframe photos, not the prior ones. They are just trying to make the public think that LE and the prosecutors are out to get cma. They are just plain dumb. JMHO
