    Thanks Smoke! notice whose NAME is NOT on that list to be deposed. Also funny, they are going to depose 3-5 people on some days. Lucky it isn’t the A’s. We know they take all day for an hour deposition.

    Lisa, the judge has them moving. The state was always on top of things, now the defense has to get their act together! Too funny how many people they want to depose in 1 day! :lol:

    As for the Ron…I thought so too! I hope he rots with the rest of the nuts!

    Your right humble, the state has always been prepared. The defense has been using so many stall tactics and filing meaningless motions. They have been hoping for something to turn up to prove WF is innocent.

    As for poor Haleigh, and Tommy saying he was afraid of cousin Joe, baloney. Tommy is 6ft, 185 lbs, and Joe is what, 5’7 and 120 lbs soaking wet.

    OH OH< now Chelsea Croslin had some letter Misty sent her, and she is trying to sell it, or get a car for it.

    These freakin people! All of them only care about themselves and what's in it for them. Shame shame on all of them!

    Sorry suzie! Only for the state but not for the defense! Know what it would be like for the attorney’s in FL if they had no clue what the state has! just think the defense would have to be really looking into getting their jobs done! :lol:

    Well now that doesn’t seem fair. Prosecution must give it up but not defense? Huh. And defense has the nerve to stall and whine and carry on.

    And speaking of JP Chatt – WF gave HIS phone number instead of one of her fictional friends (forget which one.).

    Now – why did WF have JPs number if “he didn’t like her”. Oooh, we’ve probably “talked” more than once :lol:

    Suzie, I think Casey had had it at one point, but she was the type of person who wanted to think people liked her, whether they did or not!
