The defense received a copy of this document provided by the state. As stated, they want more information. I am not exactly sure what they want, but maybe the state just needs to hand them their notes and total closing statement so the defense knows exactly what they need to try and focus their lies towards. This is just a thought but maybe they will wait for the house to be sold on the court house steps.
That’s how most foreclosed homes in most states are sold.
Then with the new money they just made on the pictures they will bid on the house or have someone else do it and it’s a real sure deal they will get it way cheaper. That way they come out a lot better.

PLUS they better have someone who is a no name and not in the docs or anything to bid on it. The banks do run high! I really do hope they lose it, they deserve to!
Maybe they need to pay their attorney some money. Poor guy, has only received $3000 so he says. I think he needs a chunk of the cash they are rolling in.
