The attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to depose Casey’s jail buddy. A motion filed today [motion] says they want to depose Cookie aka Robyn Adams who had passed notes back and forth with Casey.
They will examine the oral communication she had with Casey and all written communication.
Also enclosed is a request for a jury trial which should last about 5 days!

I was thinking of her tattoo, and I wondered if she told the artist why she would be getting it, or what it meant. That might be interesting…..or not….who knows??

JUST ONE OF MANY POSSIBILITIES: It is possible that many more unreleased pictures were give to CBS last fall with a written licensing agreement that they would be used at a later date and that the Anthony’s would receive X amount of compensation each time X number of pictures were released. Can we say tax evasion and an easier way to “hide” the blood money; and, have blood money coming in over a designated period of time???
Then, the Anthony and CBS Scumbags could “honestly” say:
“…But there is no new licensing agreement, and some of those photos aired last fall on the CBS news magazine, a spokeswoman for “48 Hours Mystery” said today.”
Note the word SOME as in “…some of those photos aired last fall…
THE OLD AGREEMENT could include past, present and future photo releases…and let them all “smugly” insist that there are NO NEW LICENSE AGREEMENTS” as they continue with the flow of blood money. Can we say M.I.S.T.R.U.T.H.S?
Good morning all. Blessedknox, I never thought of it that way. Good thinking. Of course it could have all been included in one licensing agreement, as you say. But, don’t worry, someone will weed out the details, if not now, somewhere down the line. Always an angle with these people. I have never come across so many scam artists until I started following this case. Speaking of which, anyone heard anything about the Milsteads. Awfully quiet on that front. Did they ever lose their home to foreclosure? Doesn’t anyone involved in this case work for a living. I wonder why we bothered to work, when it seems there is a way to get around it. Oh, well, I feel better about all that we have, knowing we earned each and every penny of it. Wonder how they all really feel inside.
Does anyone know when we will see the docs which were filed by prosecutors yesterday? I have looked, and can’t find them.

I am still curious about these pictures!!! So says CBS, they got them what, 2 years ago, and now decided to post them?! Yea, I call c-BS, bs. It is just too funny, the A’s are losing their house, and so call have no money and pictures appear, yea I say BS.
Humble, I agree with you, B.S.. Maybe they told CBS that they wouldn’t cooperate for future appearances if they didn’t receive more money. Who knows? All I know is that I am so totally disgusted with the idea that Caylee is paying for the defense of her murderer. Think about it. Doesn’t that thought just make you sick. Everyone, and I mean everyone who makes just one penny thru the death of this child is criminal, IMHO. I’m not including the media. For, without them, we would know nothing of the crimes committed in this case. It is their job to report.

Muesli, I totally agree. Caylee is paying for her murderer to try and get off! It is sad and like usually Casey USED Caylee as always! Caylee deserved a family, not some lowlifes that use/used her as a pawn. She had NO chance at a normal life, and now look! And I totally agree, many are using her to make a buck, even people who never knew her, but choose to TRY and make their way into the trial! have fun!
