As of right now, there is no sign of these documents on the web. According to Orlando Sentinel, Baez wants to again challenge TES in court on 1 June, but Mark NeJame said that they were not aware of the 1 June hearing and would like it rescheduled. I think enough is enough with TES. The way the Baez is acting and his stupidity, no one will be wanting to help out TES on any searches. I do remember the Judge Perry writing that all motions decisions stand. I wish the Judge would tell them to lets move on.
According to Hornsby on WESH, the state does not have to provide anymore information as to why they are seeking the death penalty in this case. Well, good for the Hornsby! Also, the state has said that they do not have the information the d-team is asking for and that the d-team is not entitled to forensic evidence from out-of-state experts.

Hello,if anyone here. I just have to say something about the copyright of Caylee name. I think Humble posted a link about the laws and how much it cost!! We all know it did not cost much and the Ant. made that money back in no time. Makes me so mad and sad then I get
thinking about it. Here’s what I think happened. When C&G went in the very begaining to visit Casey in jail, they already knew Caylee was dead by Caseys hands!! The time I’m talking about is when they had on the fly home Caylee shirts on and dumb Casey says were did you get those I like them!! If you ask me about those shirts they meant fly home to heaven. The kid finders are teaching them very well because G. talks about a club they have joined in helping to find missing kids!! Dumb Casey says thats a good idea!! 
Casey says thats what they should all do. They then got so mad about that man forget his name that was going to sell Caylee dolls? They can’t have anyone else use her name and make money off her because thats their money!! I would like to know the date that the Ant. ran out and Copyright Caylee’s name? They should have copyrighted the kid or the little girl or that baby or child or maybe even snotnose kid as Casey put it! They at times, if you ask me can’t or won’t say her name old G. even says thats my granddaughter!! So whats up with that? Think they are just dumb 
family out for all the blood money they can get!!
Yeah that was the visit where insane Casey started giggling while Cindy was crying and said something like “Gee you’re crying already? Yuk yuk yuk”
You are so right it was that visit. Now I’ve been reading so much do think I may get some sleep to night. So off to bed hope to see everyone tomor!! Oh, by the way, I just checked the Judicial Calendar. The hearing on June 1, is set for 2 p.m., with 2 hrs. There was no mention of TES, so Mr. NeJame gets another hearing date. The subjects are on sealing visitation logs, and reconsider prior rulings by disqualified judge, only.
Hi Muesli, thanks for posting the calendar time, I sure hope the Judge keeps things the way Stricky left it, with the visits not private, etc.. The d-team is just a bunch of graspers, losing the battle for air!
Wonder why they are so worried about who is visiting Casey….
Humble, I think that because we know who everyone who visits is, and what their function is, that it will give away some of their strategy. For instance, a psychiatrist, or maybe George & Cindy, or, who knows with her, maybe a tattoo artist.

Funny, Geo and Cindy won’t visit her, they know they will make the news with their visit video, they are scared to heck that Casey will say something. Too bad they can’t figure out, she has said enough already to get her thrown in jail…
Muesli, maybe your next trip to Orlando you can swing in to the jail and say hi to her for us. Tell her we love to see her get the needle!

Just had to comment on that jail video Halfspot and Brad referred to earlier.
The visit just begins and Cindy is hysterical. WF says “What’s she crying about already?” with an evil smirk on her ugly face.
George hands Cindy the phone and after a brief “How are you doing?”, Cindy says “Not good, Casey. Not good.”
Then the drama – WF says “Well, I lasted a minute”. and proceeds to poke her eyes out and fake cry. Oh boo hoo.
Geez, I dislike these people.
On Tuesday, June 1, at 2 p.m., I will be 5 hours ahead of you all. That will be dinner time. I shall excuse myself (feigning illness), order something in the room, and watch the hearing online with you all.
Or – her next tattoo could just be an addition to the lovely (not) one she already has by adding “Bella Vita Behind Bars Forever”.
