Hi Molly…It was Black, but a different one.

    Thank you Humble…Good Job, lol

  2. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:16

You know I shouldn’t be in shock, but I still am amazed when I think of the events of the day when they picked up the car at the tow yard. There is no way I will ever believe they didn’t know who had been in that trunk. I do believe maybe Cindy still had a glimmer of hope she was wrong until she found Casey and no Caylee. But, she would NEVER EVER have started the damage control she did if she didn’t believe it was Caylee in that trunk and Casey was responsible, imo. This still amazes me the lengths she went to…This is far far from a normal person.

  3. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:18

I am glad she talked to the co-workers about not seeing Caylee for thirty days and the smell…they all knew she needed to call the police and told. I am also glad she told Amy about it…The jury will see exactly what Cindy was doing from the very beginning.

  4. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:18

Hi Steph….everything they say and do, they know, but choose to lie about it!

I was looking up Brenda Black on Carlson Dr, but find nothing on her.

  5. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:20

Thanks smoke for that info! looks like the lee & the malory are livin’ together.
This is the first time i’ve seen brenda black on the foundation papers, usually it’s just malory’s mother.

hi steph!! Black was not that guys real name though. wasn’t it Gil something?

  6. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:20

    What is Carlson Dr?

  7. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:22

Hi Molly! First time I have seen her name!

Steph the street the Brenda lives on….

  8. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:22

steph – carlson drive is brenda black’s address on that doc.

  9. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:24

I noticed too that cindy changed the mailing address to a p.o. box #

  10. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:25

Molly, more money being spent. Maybe they needed a po box for non profit criminal fraudations…

  11. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:28

    hi steph and humble

i want to know why cindy called casey from the towyard to tell her they knew she was in town b/c they had her car and they knew she wasn’t in jacksonville … she talks to her more then that time again , then 4 hours later texts her ” call me asap , major problem ” . wth is wrong w/ that picture , why not , where in the hell is caylee and get your ass home now ..asap .

  12. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:29

hi molly , didn’t see you before i posted

  13. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:32

Hi Chlry, good question, I wonder why Cindy didn’t go immediately looking for Casey! Why clean the car, and go to work?

  14. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:33

Thank you Humble and Molly…I should have known that I looked at her address, lol.

  15. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:34

Geesh, as usual I’m way behind. LOL

  16. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:35

Hi Chlry…Because she knew it was Caylee that had been dead in that trunk. I can see Cindy now all pi**ed off cleaning the car out think and talking to herself…HOW IN THE H AM I GOING TO GET HER OUT OF THIS ONE…WHAT WILL PEOPLE THINK OF ME ME ME!!!

  17. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:35

Sorry East…my bad. I thought you were lurking, lol. HI!!!!

  18. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:36

What shocked me about this case was finding out that it takes ten minutes for a victim to die from ducttape aspyxiation.

  19. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:36

i don’t know why humble , still to this day i just can’t figure it out . i think she either had lee or george stay behind and clean the car , b/c she didn’t have much time before she went back to work . she knew the baby was dead , she never went into toni’s yelling out caylee’s name even , just told toni he better be rich b/c she was going to take all his money . not at all what a concerned grandma should act like

  20. ~LisaG~ on 28 May 2010 at 18:36

You know chiry, I believe Sindy knew all along Caylee was gone. You bring up a very valid point as to why didn’t Sindy call her from the tow yard. Why didn’t they call the police when they picked up that car with the smell of human decomposition Caylee ??

Because they knew all along she wasn’t missing! It brought more money into the fraudation having people think Caylee was alive.

Humble, did you get out of the ticket??

  21. ~LisaG~ on 28 May 2010 at 18:37

Imagine all the evidence they cleaned up and washed away! They make me sick to my stomach. George and Sindy knew exactly what they were doing, by tampering with all that evidence.

  22. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:37

ooooooo humble that’s interesting. BOA has filed suit!

  23. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:37

yep steph , she was thinking about herself as usual

hi ecd , oh gosh that hurts just thinking of what caylee went through

  24. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:38

Steph I think Cindy knew the minute that car and dead squirrel smell, and 12 day old pizza was in that car, it was Caylee!

Hi ECDeb, that is very interesting. 10 minutes is a long time.

  25. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:38

Chlry, I can’t figure much out about this case, but I think the Anthony HAD to know and were likely angry about the CAR. Cindy smelling death and going directly to work and then ‘becoming’ hysterical at ten o’clock that night doesn’t sit well with me. There’s something we don’t know.

  26. ~LisaG~ on 28 May 2010 at 18:39

I had to use a small piece of duct tape today, and it actually made me choke up.

Thinking about what that beautiful baby Caylee went through.

  27. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:39

Well, George KNEW it was decomp smell. He told LE and FBI in the interview!

  28. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:40

Hi ya Lisa? What? you tried duct tape?

  29. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:40

hi lisa , she does call her from inside the tow yard office in smokes timeline , like a biatch she calls to let her know they have the car , then she calls a couple more times . she was just letting casey know , you’re in deep sh*t but i’ll fix things as usual , i just don’t understand those scummy people

  30. ~LisaG~ on 28 May 2010 at 18:40

ECD, I totally agree! I only hope it will come out when they are being cross examined during the trial.

I just hope they have a large enough bus, cause Casey and her clown car posse dufense team will be throwing so many under it! :silly:

  31. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:40

If Cindy went back to work at 2:30 and she said she arrived home at 5:30 or 6:00, she couldn’t vaccuum, steam, and tidy up the car. She had to pick up Amy then.
Humble, that’s how long it took an adult woman to die. I don’t know if it changes much for a child but it certainly explains the need for the dp.

  32. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:41

Lisa, I hope they all get caught up in their lies. They have to -there have been so many.

  33. stephanie on 28 May 2010 at 18:41

You all are fast…I hate to go just as you all get here, but they need my laptop. Hope you all are here tomorrow night…I will see you then

  34. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:42

Cindy went into denial mode with the car until she got a “story” from casey. then she had someone to blame other than casey.

  35. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:43

i’m in moderation for some reason , i didn’t swear i think lol

i agree ecd , there is something we don’t know of

lisa in smokes timeline cindy does call her from the tow yard

  36. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:43

I agree Steph, “how am I going to get her out of this one” And Casey on the other hand was feeling, I’m not responsible for anything because I’ve never been held accountable. The blame belongs to someone else.

  37. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:43

    OK See you tomorrow Steph.

  38. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:44

ECDeb, it sure does give reason for the dp. I hope the d-team loses that whiny motion.

  39. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:44

oh i did swear , sorry humble

nite steph , nice to see you

  40. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:44

    Sorry Chlry…your out!

  41. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:45

brb…going to look for the nurse of decomp video….

  42. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:46

You could be right Molly but I think Cindy knew. How could she not break down knowing that Casey was okay, Caylee hadn’t been seen, and the smell of death was in the car. IF she didn’t know, she’s colder than even Casey.

  43. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:46

    g’nite steph.

I saw a notice the other day for a moment of silence on Sunday at 3:00p.m. to honor & remember all who have served our country.

  44. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:47

Humble, I hope they lose most of their motions. They’re playing games.

  45. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:47

molly i don’t know why but i have a hard time believing she was in denial , the way cindy acted and the things she did were just too off . it didn’t even seem like she was upset after making that last 911 call . when le arrived she seemed just hyped , not crying or screaming where is caylee .

  46. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:48

I agree east – I think cindy KNEW but she pushed it back & went to work & then did her clean up & went after casey.

  47. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:50

Chlry, even after smelling the decomp, she was calling LE about stolen money and a stolen car. Where did Caylee fit into this equasion? She even bickered about the cost of the car. Why not let her working daughter pay for her own car.

  48. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:50

She is a nurse impersonator of decomp-o-sition:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wRNmm7fN1xU&feature=player_embedded#!

  49. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:51

lets not forget george put his nose down on that stain , plus there was flies and maggots on the garbage bag that the tow guy took out , if the stain and the flies weren’t a red flag then i don’t know what was

  50. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:52

    humble – i’m in moderation!?

  51. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:52

    Molly, thanks!

ECDeb, they are playing…and with the wrong judge now!

Chlry, what really shocks me, is that the d-team and Casey think she is going to get off. She won’t go anywhere. It has been 2 years and no one else has been arrested. If there was someone else, the d-team and the A-team would have been looking. They haven’t looked!

  52. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:53

I honestly believe, Cindy’s ‘hysteria’ was bull. If she were shocked as she pretended why then? She smells decomp in a car that could only belong to her granddaughter but goes to work. She hears her granddaughter’s been kidnapped (and likely alive according to her) and NOW she’s hysterical?

  53. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:53

Sorry Molly, your out. Guess that maintenance the other night did something to it!

  54. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:53

oh ty humble , i haven’t seen that vid in a while

ecd , that shows just what kind a horrible relationship cindy and casey had , still fighting and using caylee as a pawn

  55. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:54

I hope the flies and maggots flew up and crawled up George’s nose. His brain works like there’s fly larvae in it.

  56. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 18:54

I find it interesting that so far none of the docs state in conversations with casey & cindy in front of amy there was no question about the smell of the car.

  57. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:54

Humble, do you think the defense really think they can win or is it just bravado?

  58. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:55

ECDeb, she is a piece of work! It is all bs that Cindy says and does. Look at the I was thinking about suicide…or what ever she said…she just needed attention that time too! She is an attention seeker. And Casey, she LOVES the camera’s on her in the courtroom…hope in the end, the camera’s get her face when she gets the DP!

  59. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:56

I”ve seen it before Humble but it’s always good for a laugh. How did she keep a straight face. She even stuttered trying to say decomposition. Why didn’t someone ask her to define it. LOLOLOL

  60. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:56

ECDeb…well his nose is big enough! And yes, I think they really believe they can get her off. They all live in lala land.

Molly, I didn’t even think of that! Wonder why she didn’t ask?

  61. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 18:56

oh man , i think cindy was on grugs during that i’m a nurse of decomp , she is out of her noggin

molly i know , plus in all the le interviews they never come out and ask casey what that smell and stain is , or maybe there are parts left out we never got to see and hear

  62. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:57

Maybe Bozo can introduce her on the stand as Cindy Anthony -occupation -NOD

  63. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 18:58

ECDeb, that is one of the best lies she has said…she cant even pronounce decomposition with out a studder! She needs to get over herself.

  64. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:58

She was Chlry. I could tell. Her head was leaning and she couldn’t spit her words out well. Of course it’s nothing compared to that other one. OMG she was floating.

  65. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 18:59

I wonder what Casey’s pics would look like at the execution Humble. Smoke coming from her head. She always figured she was hot.

  66. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:00

My question, if it was dead pizza in the trunk of that car, why did Cindy say: I found my daughters car today, it smells like theres been a dead body in the damn car?

She should have said: I found my daughters car today, it smells like theres been a dead pizza in the damn car?

  67. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:00

    east – NOD!

The only one to mention the smell was lee telling when he & case were sitting in the garage that night & it stunk. Lee too never mentioned cindy asking casey about the smell at the house before LE got there.

my point is, cindy did’nt have to ask nor probably did she even want to.

  68. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:00

where is that vid where george is doing all the talking and she is falling asleep , nodding off . how about the one w. greta where she starts out with of course herself not getting more then 45 mins of sleep the last 2 days and for greats not to ask questions she can’t answer … the nerve of that woman

  69. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:01

ECDeb, she is hot alright, hotter after wards. You can bet, the day the needle happens to Casey, Cindy will be on tv saying, no one looked for the kidnapper, blah, blah, blah! I won’t watch the liars on anything but the trial. They lie too much for me!

  70. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:01

That’s true Molly, they never mention it. Hopefully they’re saving the best for last. HAs anyone wondered why Tracey Maclaughlin isn’t on the witness lists?

  71. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:02

humble don’t ya know she only said tht to get le there faster! not!

  72. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:03

true molly , and yes lee and her talk in the garage , and why and who would want to be in there w/ that smell , strange .

humble  , cindy wasn’t thinking fast enough when she made that call , it will bite her and casey in the a$$ at trial

  73. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:03

Humble, Cindy would also be saying how BEAUTIFUL she was. I bet Cindy would go out and buy the nicest tent she can find for Casey to wear for the big day.

  74. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:03

Molly, I think Cindy already knew!

Chlry, I will search for that video later….and post it when found!

  75. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:04

deb – yes, I’m wondering why tracy is not on the list!!!

  76. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:05

That’s a really good point Molly. It’s sort of like what Chlry says. She already knew, she didn’t need to grieve. It was done and over with.
When they got home, they should have been terrified wondering who and what happened in that trunk. They were so calm, I guess they assumed Casey killed someone.

  77. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:05

Molly, yea she makes no sense…and what good would faster do? It was already 31 days! the nut head!

Chlry, yes it will! Especially since the car STILL smells like it!

ECDeb… I would love to go down for that! Not sure I could watch it, but support Caylee would be great!

  78. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:07

tracy is prolly hearsay on what casey said to her, but can’t she testify as to her attitude & state of mind. not to mention that she didn’t talk about caylee.

  79. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:08

I wonder when Cindy called Amy, if she thought Amy was going to say, she hadn’t seen Casey in days, or weeks? Bet honestly, she thought Caylee was alive and kidnapped, Casey was dead?!

  80. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:08

what is the chance the jury would be brought to that car ? is it possible , b/c like you say it still smells . you know they will have to show what the trunk looked like at trial and show where caylee was laying in there ,how will cindy handle that one … i can’t stand her !

  81. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:08

    brb, on the phone

  82. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:09

I think that if Cindy had knowledge, it gave her ample reason to stall having LE come. Once the ‘nanny’word came up, she had her alibi. Everything she says is opposite the truth. If she says there was no fight, we know there was. Whatever she said or did, made her feel culpable. Maybe Casey threatened to harm Caylee and Cindy called her bluff. It still bothers me that Cindy said Casey was a sociopath yet did nothing for 30 days and then everyone sings her praises. Puke.

  83. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:10

but they knew casey was alive and well b/c she talked w/ her almost everyday .. so they knew it wasn’t casey in that trunk . didn’t she talk to her the day before they got the car i think

  84. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:11

Don’t they have the car sealed in somewhere Chlry. Maybe I’m guessing here. I know that some stuff from the trunk was sealed in plastic and then in a metal can so the odor would be on it I think.

  85. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:12

Chlry since they were a nurse and former cop (such as they are), they’d both have to know that odor wasn’t from a fresh (I can’t think of a better term) corpse.

  86. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:12

I think cindy directed some of her anguish when on the last 911 call. yes she knew caylee was dead but now she had somewhere to redirect her pain…..to a “missing” caylee. remember she called george home & when he goth there her first words to him were “we’ve lost her”. that’s also telling, not “she’s missing” or she’s been kidnapped, she’s saying she’s already “gone”.

  87. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:12

Did they take the jury to Scott Peterson’s boat?

  88. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:14

    I found it Humble!

    21 November 2008 Cindy’s best interview…. She says NOTHING!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JAW35NVmKNk

This interview was conducted the day after the BIG PRESSER was canceled and Atty. Mark NeJame quit. The presser was going to be a Cindy production showing us proof that Caylee was alive!

  89. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:14

i think so ecd , it would be great if the jury was brought to see the car though . i always found that odd as well w/ her knowing and saying that casey was an unfit mother and a sociopath , but yet does nothing when she takes off for 31 days . sometimes i wonder if they knew she was dead way before july 15th , we will never know the truth

  90. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:15

I agree Molly. On the few videos that show Cindy’s emotions, I think it’s regret we hear. She know she could have done something. Even if Casey still had killed Caylee but Cindy called 24 hours later, I could sympathize with her. My cat was missing and I had the SPCA, three or four vet clinics on notice. I put him on the radio and his pic on posters all around the block. It’s the guy on my avatar and he’s fine. BUT, most of us have already stated how much effort we’d put into our pets.

  91. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:16

LMAO Smoke, That’s the one. She’s stoned out of her tree. LOLOL I think that was when George learned how to speak.

  92. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:17

i agree molly , that was very telling

ty smoke , going to watch now

  93. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:17

I’m so glad you said that Smoke. Many have said it was because she finally faced that Caylee was dead. BS. She lost the limelight and some money. That’s what’s important to her.

  94. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:18

lmao , that the one smoke , she doesn’t say a word ! look how thin she was back then

  95. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:20

look at george’s face  he flutters his lashes and has that monkey mouth he makes .

  96. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:21

    Yes eastcoastdeb,

Cindy looked like she had been run over by a MAC truck! She didn’t get the opportunity to show us NLB (No Life Bloggers) aka: FLAB’s (Fat Lazy A$$ Bloggers) the pic of the child in the FL Mall. Nor did she get to put Domi-Dick Casey on display with his video tape of “see no Caylee out at Suburban DR in the woods.” Oh well….

  97. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:22

You know what would be even better Chlry is for the state to recreate what the car looked like. The trash in the trunk laying next to this mother’s baby should have a good impact on the jury. Showing that Casey didn’t bother to get rid of evidence because she was such a spoiled brat that her mother always COVERED for her. Show the jury just how bad that car looked and how much effort went into cleaning, hiding and covering it up. It’s more suspicous that only one print is on the car. Only a parent hiding something has to be that meticulous

  98. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:23

Thanks Smoke! Still on the darn phone!

  99. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:23

Is that the same thing she was teasing the press about Smoke? I think it is. She was already for the big time.

  100. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:25

Smoke, do you think the ‘gas can incident’ is a red herring?

  101. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:26

LOL It does look like a monkey’s mouth Chlry.

  102. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:26

yes i totally agree w/ you ecd , that would make a huge impact to the jury , she didn’t give a crap about that baby one bit and treated her like garbage . oh and from what you asked before , i am not sure if they used the boat in the peterson trial , but that boat was nothing like her trunk . they found a little blood on the boat , or was that his truck , but there was residue of cement found

I think when Cindy realized from her conversation with Amy on the way to Tony L’s that Amy knew about the smell in Casey’s car she had to figure out a way to implicate her.

It’s also interesting to note Casey texted Amy to let her know her camera may be at the Ant’s home. This message may have gotten to Amy after Cindy called. Wonder if Casey was trying to get Amy to go to ‘La Casa de Anthony’ as a set up? Of course Amy did not let on that she was either waiting for Cindy to pick her up or that she was already in Cindy’s SUV. hmmm!

  104. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:30

did the gas can incident even happen , i mean i don’t even know if i believe george saw her at the house anymore when she said here is your effin gas cans

  105. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:32

I remember that interview with cindy all groggy. they shouldn’t have even had her on it!

  106. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:32

good point about the camera smoke , i didn’t realize it was that close to the time she was w/ cindy .

  107. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:32

Smoke I didn’t realize that. Casey was up to something, that’s for sure. What do you think of Casey shopping after Cindy sent the ‘call me asap’ message. That’s bizzare.

  108. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:33

Casey had to have a reason for calling Amy after Cindy sending the urgent messages.

  109. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:34

Cindy seems grugged in that video!

  110. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:34

    eastcoastdeb,

I think the gas can is the BOMBSHELL

I believe there was decomp on the gas cans! It only took the now former Deputy Richard Cain 17 mins to respond to George’s incident report. Cain dusted the gas cans for finger prints and found NONE! I believe George hosed them down in the backyard which is why the Cadaver Dog hit in two areas (nr. the pool & nr. the shed).

  111. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:34

Yeah, it starts with F and ends with N . Idiot. LOLOLOL

  112. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:35

    or juiced?

  113. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:35

I think it’s BIG too Smoke. There was also a hit near some do-hickey on the hose too where the dogs hit

  114. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:35

I don’t remember the text about a camera.
but casey had already got a call from cindy right after they picked up the car, so she knew it was gonna hit the fan.

  115. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:36

Smoke, what is the purpose. I get it! To prove to an officer that nothing was amiss with the gas cans?

  116. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:36

she was grugged big time humble

wow smoke , that makes sense , it would soak the ground w/ decomp i guess

  117. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:38

I didn’t think George had the cans when he reported the incident. I never knew that.

  118. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:38

    exactly molly

wait , ecd a dog hit by the hose ? i thought the dog hit by the playhouse

  119. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:38

    Humble, YW!

    eastcoastdeb,

Have you heard the phrase, when the going gets tough the tough goes shopping?! Casey was feeling pretty confident that Cindy would not be able to find her, so she just went about doing what she had been doing to Cindy for weeks…. IGNORE, IGNORE, IGNORE!

  120. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:39

How odd is that, no prints on the gas cans! casey admitted (well, got caught with them) to taking the cans, so why oh why would she wipe her prints off of them!

  121. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:41

I guess that shows something Chlry. She doesn’t need to be drugged when she finds out her granddaughter was kidnapped and has the mindset to do laundry etc, but if she loses a televison appearance and financial gain, that’s just horrible. Drugs are needed then.

  122. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:41

I agree, casey never thought cindy would find her at tony’s.

  123. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:42

Smoke, do you think only George knew, or both of them?

  124. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:42

    good point east !

  125. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:43

Chrly, Cindy in that video. i was watching while talking on the phone. She can’t even sit up straight!

  126. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:43

Molly, That darned resume of Amy’s nailed Casey that night. I believe Cindy went there to regain control. If she knew about it, she needed to make sure that Casey didnt’ make another huge mistake like leaving the car with evidence around.

  127. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:44

true ecd , what an awful witch she is

i’m confused now , is cain the one that showed when george reported the shed being broken into?

  128. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:44

Talking about shopping, I don’t think Casey realized that they had camera’s all over Target! She totally was caught on camera.

  129. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:45

Isn’t Cain the one who was called to the many reports that Kronk found something?

  130. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:45

i know humble , she looks so awful , she can’t sit up or keep her eyes open , plus she is at least 20 pounds down . did george even realize his wife was about to fall to the floor , geez

  131. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:46

yes same guy humble , and he was fired i think

  132. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:47

Yeah but what’s that name of the thing on the tap for the hose, Chlry. Maybe they didn’t get a hit but a suspected hit? I can’t remember the name of the hose thing.

  133. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:47

    Molly,

I think Geoge cleaned the gas cans to get the decomp off. This is just a working theory. I could be wrong.

But remember how George had 2 versions of the gas can story? At first he said he took the gas cans out of the trunk. Later George said he was standing at the left rear tail light of Casey’s car while she took the cans out of the trunk.

I believe George smelled the decomp and knew he could not afford to put himself in the position of admitting to actually going inside the trunk.

This is just a working theory. I could be wrong!

  134. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:48

Chlry, yea Cindy was something in that video! Thanks, too many names in this case!

  135. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:49

    Humble,

Yes, that would be the same former Deputy Richard Cain.

  136. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:49

or camera’s at blockbuster either. that was june 16th! she was happy as a clam with her boyfriend . . .

they can NEVER explain away her actions for that month. NEVER

  137. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:50

but you could be very right smoke , good theory

    ecd hose bib ???

  138. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:51

George has many stories out there. I will be interested in which ones he will use in the trial! He got up and had breakfast with Caylee and they left, of he got up and had breakfast with Caylee and he carried her to the car, put her in her seat kissed her goodbye and waved!

  139. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:51

Chlry, you are right! Cain was investigated and terminated from his position at the OCSO. Just saw your comment. You all are on a roll. Having a difficult time keeping up!

  140. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:51

Geesh, I had five kids, and I can’t remember the word BIG That’s it Chlry. LOL

  141. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:52

smoke – george never said he smelled anything from the car on that gas can incident day. i really find that baffling.

  142. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:52

    BIB

  143. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:52

    Thanks Smoke!

Molly, yea, she was happy as ever going to get the video’s! Poor Tony sleeping with a murderer!

  144. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:53

You could be right too, Smoke. He also said it was a twenty gallon jug at one time too. Geesh.

  145. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:53

    Humble,

And how about the story when George says he and Cindy gave Caylee her breakfast at about 7:30 a.m. Oh my gosh! He should have checked with Cindy first. Cindy claims she had left for work by 7:30 a.m.

  146. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:54

The not reporting Caylee missing for 31 days is another one that will sink her, and not to mention, she didn’t even report it, the ole granny did!

  147. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:54

humble – also story – he never say caylee until they were leaving that day at 12:50 p.m.. no breakfast with her that day. that was story #1

    deb – spigot?

  148. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:54

i can’t keep up either smoke lol , what is the date that cain goes to the a’s and takes the prints off the cans , do you know ?

  149. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:54

Molly, what I find baffling also, is that Casey stole gas before, she stole thousands of dollars, she stole from her grandmother and grandfather and credit cards. Why worry about a paltry 50 dollars worth of cans and gas. It doesn’t compute for me.

  150. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:55

Oh that is right Molly…so many lies, I can’t keep up with them. It was right before his cooking show!

  151. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:55

I can’t think of ONE thing that G or C ever challenged Casey on or made her accountable, so why the gas theft. It has to be part of the cover up.

  152. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 19:56

Molly ~ you are correct. Geoge did not say that to the public/media but what we do not know is what he may have said to the Grand Jury. “Ole George knows a lot about a lot of things.”

  153. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 19:56

smoke – that last one was in their sworn depos with the 7:30 am discrepancy. lol

  154. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 19:56

that is the big problem and why we can’t really figure out what and when took place in this case , they have all lied sooooooo much it makes it hard to put the puzzle pieces together , grrrrrrr

  155. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:56

ECDeb, I think when the gas cans and the Caylee missing, was just enough to push the A’ss over the limit. But in turn they started lying for her because they got over it all!

  156. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:57

I want to see the grand jury transcripts! At least Georges!

  157. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:58

Smoke, I think when George added breakfast (at Cindy’s request) everyone knew about the lies on top of lies. The better question is why? What can they accomplish, hide or coverup by adding that Caylee and George were both there in the morning. I wonder if it’s because Casey’s car wasn’t in the yard and they want to make sure everyone thinks Caylee was alive at that time.

  158. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 19:59

No kidding Chlry! So many lies we can’t keep things straight! The only ones who have not lies and everyone and anyone whose name is not Cindy, George Lee or Casey Anthony!

  159. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 19:59

To quote George. ” ya know, I’m not a stupid guy” LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

  160. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:00

Yeah Humble, and they got over it fast too, didn’t they?

  161. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:00

I want to know where Caylee was the night Casey went home, and told Cindy Caylee was at the Nanny’s sleeping and she wasn’t going to go over there and wake her up! I believe in the trunk of that car in the drive way!

  162. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:01

THey did! They grieved for about a half hour for Caylee and are grieving for Casey! Out of sight out of mind is BIG for the A’s!

  163. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:02

exactly humble , it drives me crazy .

ecd i forgot he even said that , lol

  164. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:02

ECDeb, Georges quote makes me laugh!

  165. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:02

Molly, there was so much information in the Prosecution Depos of Cindy, George & Lee that I really did not read evey word of them when they were released initially. And to be completely honest, I had all I could take of their LIES at that point in time.

However, recently I went back and found some very interesting stuff! Yeah, they still tried to be evasive and clever with how they phrased things, as well as worked in a few whoopers IMO, but there were a few more nuggets of information in there.

  166. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:03

what date is that again humble ?

  167. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:03

That’s it Humble. Out of sight out of mind.

  168. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:03

Me too Chrly! You can tell there is no common sense in that house. Casey didn’t work, George knew it, Cindy was to stupid to hear the truth.
    Casey lies, Casey dies!

  169. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:03

    deb

deb-tht’s exactly why they’re lying about that morning. i don’t believe george ever saw caylee the morning of june 16th. and now they have sooooo many conflicting stories to TRY to claim she was there & alive. why did george or cindy feel they had to change the “original” a.m. story? that tells us something right there.

  170. maze on 28 May 2010 at 22:04

evening who ever is still here..I just watched that video where cindy did not say a thing…even at that time they would say “that little girl..” what did they forget she had a name!!!

copied from the comments on yt

    To The Anthony Family:
    Shakity shake goes her shackles,
She says w tears as she cackles
“Hey look, I’m finally crying….it aint fair”,
“I didnt do it” w her ice cold stare,
    Begging pleading “I wouldnt dare”
On the way to the NASTY CHAIR!
Buzz buzz goes ice cold B1tch
Bouncing around like shes gotta twitch
Watch her fry for somethin she did
    HOORAY we will scream
    For she killed her kid!

  171. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:04

I think it’s June ? Is it the night she was with Ricardo and when he woke up,Caylee was gone?

  172. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:04

What date? I can’t remember let me search the site!

  173. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:05

Yeah, Molly. They must have found out someone saw that Casey’s car wasn’t there. They don’t want to admit to a fight or that Casey had opportunity then to kill Caylee. It also distances Cindy from the event.

  174. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:08

    eastcoastdeb,

Although I do not believe Cindy or George say Caylee at 7:30 a.m. on 16 June 2008, I do believe Casey and Caylee were in the Ant home. Casey was on her phone and on the internet – IM w/Alex. (see timeline)

  175. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:08

I always wished I had the time and patience to find what was released in docs or to the media just prior to a new lie or a rearranged lie. They did it with the dates Caylee was last seen, they did it with the decomp smell and the breakfast and lots more. I think evil Cindy is thinking all the time and trying to fix her old lies. I also think Cindy does it to protect herself from any emotional blame for the murder’ It will bite them hard.

  176. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:08

smoke – lol! i actually took notes when i read those depos to compare the stories. what i found shocking was at the very end of each depo (G,C&L) they all claim they don’t think that was caylee found in the woods. now you know they all had a conversation about that one!

  177. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:09

Smoke, couldn’t Casey have just returned home early in the morning?

  178. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:10

i agree with you molly , she wasn’t home that nite after the fight , nor was she in the morning , and cindy’s little lie about how she could hear them through the door doesn’t jive , hear them what … sleeping , snoring , please

  179. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:11

Smoke I don’t know how you sift throught that stuff. I find when Cindy’s in doubt about getting caught, she becomes vague or says, “you’ll have to ask George’ or ‘you’ll have to ask Casey’. She rarely gives anyone a platform so when she does, I think she’s stumped.

  180. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:11

Oh yeah, Molly. Their freudian slip.

  181. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:11

    chlry –

  182. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:12

I wish I could have heard my kids sleeping. Do you know how many times I woke up three small kids checking.

  183. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:13

    deb –

  184. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:14

I don’t see how Cindy and George can possibly fit all their interview lies into a working truth for the trial.

  185. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:14

lol ecd , that is true

smoke you’re right about her being on that puter , hmm, what if she came home and g was out , maybe he wasn’t home until the time he said he was . my times are off and i don’t remember a lot of the timeline anymore

  186. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:16

so who’s ashes are they wearing in their “jewelry” then if they don’t think it was caylee???? oh please

  187. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:16

As Tony L. said, if Casey was talking to him on the phone, she was not with him. Casey talked to and texted Tony up until after 3 a.m. on 16 June 2008. At that time, it seem like all she wanted to do was spend more and more time with him.

Also, the ping maps showed Casey’s cell phone was pinging in the area of the Anthony home. If she was not in that house on Hopespring DR maybe at Lee’s? IDK, but when you think about all of those items found at the Suburban DR discovery site with Caylee that match items from the Ant home, it stands to reason Casey & Caylee were in the Ant home.

  188. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:17

She could have come home and still had the baby in the trunk and said she was at the Nanny’s. For some reason, it’s important for the Anthonys to have people believe that Caylee was still alive till noon on June 16. I thought it was to protect Casey but maybe it was just to distance themselves from the event or knowledge of it. Once they found that they were viewed suspiciously by the public, the lies seemed to protect them rather than Casey.

  189. humbleopinion on 28 May 2010 at 20:17

OK, everyone have a good night! My phone won’t stop! It was GREAT chatting with everyone about the case!

  190. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:19

those pings are another thing that have me confused smoke , ot looks like that nite all nite she is at the home , then near or at lees , but i don’t think it is lees house . they ping in those two spots all night , so was she outside walking the streets talking on the phone or in her car w/ caylee

  191. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:20

    chrly,

The timelines are here on the site for all to see. Problem though…. some of the pages are so full they have hit “tilt” level. I can not update them. Afraid to tweak them without Humble being available to rescue me. I do not want to do anything to bring the site down. :ninja:

  192. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:20

nice chatting w/ you too humble , and ty for having a wonderful site w/ great people

  193. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:21

It was a great chat, Humble. Have a good night.

  194. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:21

I”ve been reading them Smoke and I think they are very good and very detailed.

  195. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:22

i know smoke and ty , your timeline is great and i was reading it the other day about the tow yard again

  196. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:23

Smoke did you ever find out why Casey called Tony to pick her up at the Amscott BEFORE she actually (if she did) ran out of gas. To me that’s pre planned unless it was a mistake.

  197. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:23

casey could have been nearby the home while talking & texting tony. and yes deb she could have come back early a.m. without caylee & said at nanny’s (which could have been a red flag to them then too). I agree they are adamant about caylee being alive that a.m.. and also there is the fight “secret” too from the night before which they are covering up.

  198. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:24

    chlry,

I’m not good with the cell phone ping stuff but I believe the way JWG on Valhall’s blog explained it was something along the lines of tower signals and triangulation. Casey did not have to be outside for her phone to ping off of more than one tower in the area. Also, depending on the strength of the tower signals some phones could ping within a 4 – 5 mile radius. Well I’m sure I messed up that explanation!

  199. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:27

    eastcoastdeb,

It was pre-planned…. for JESSE G. Actually Casey called him before she left the Ants house, but unfortunately Jesse was way across town at his parent’s home and told the sleaze bag he could not help her. So, on to plan ‘B’ call Tony L.

  200. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:27

no you didn’t smoke  , i always asked if while in the house , maybe from one end of house to the other if the phone could bounce off two towers

yeah molly , there is something about that fight that cindy does not want out

  201. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:27

that was good smoke! I read JWG too. phones at some points can show up pinging from more than one tower (area) so it could be hard to exact pinpoint whereabouts of someone.

  202. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:27

I think it may depend on whether one tower is busy too Smoke. If she just finished one call, I think another tower takes the next call when they’re extremely close together. I think Steph knows more about it.

  203. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:29

chlry – yeah, that fact that she tried to strangle casey! lol

I think Jesse was supposed to put prints on the car

  204. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:31

Smoke the call to pick Tony up came before she arrived at the Amscott. So if it’s not a mistake, it means she planned on running out of gas at the Amscott and why. If Casey planned it, she did it badly. I’m wondering if she was ‘guided’ through this scenerio. George paid some of his bills there. I wonder if he was supposed to find the car. I don’t know so many things.

  205. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:32

Ok Molly, her plan with Jesse failed. Do you think she had a Plan B withTony being implicated

  206. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:33

This may sound strange but I believe Casey knew exactly how many miles she was able to travel from the amount of gas in the 2 cans. Three days prior (23 June 2008) to abandoning the Pontiac Sunfire at the AMSCOT, Casey put approx. 5 gals. of gas in her car. She typically traveled in 7 mile stints. I think she knew how far she could go on that amount of gas before running out.

  207. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:33

yeah that molly and god knows what else went down that nite , for all we know something could have happened at the house that nite w/ caylee right in front of cindy , or maybe casey told her she was going to kill the baby and cindy didn’t believe her , we will never know damn it

  208. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:36

I agree with that Smoke. All she did was drive, she had to have a really good sense of how far she could continue.

  209. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:36

deb – no i don’t think she wanted to implicate tony.

smoke – casey certainly knew her gas mileage!! hahahahahahaahhah I’ve never heard of anyone with so much gas problems.

  210. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:37

Smoke do you have any idea why Casey got a shovel from BB when she could more discretely have broken into the shed?

  211. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:37

did she really even run out of gas , b/c we knew the gas gauge was not broken ( lie ) and she never had 2 men push the car into amscott for her ( lie ) . did you ever see that video where mark furhman is there at amscott and he points out 3 gas stations in that exact area , she could have gone to any one of those before running out …pfft

  212. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:38

chlry – casey could have told cindy she’ll never see caylee again. that would haunt cindy now & forever.

  213. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:39

    good question ecd
i am in moderation again

  214. Molly on 28 May 2010 at 20:40

must go now. thanks for the great chat! i’ll be checking in over the weekend.
    g’nite all

  215. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:40

if she did say that molly , which she probably did , then cindy should have known after day one of them not coming home that something was horribly wrong , but yet she does nothing

  216. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:41

Chlry if something happened at the house, even if it wasn’t Cindy’s or George’s fault, I still think they’d do the same cover up to protect themselves. I could see that.

  217. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:41

    nite molly nice chatting

  218. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:41

I also find it strange that on 27 June 2008 George worked the day shift. Normally he worked the night shift (3 – 11 p.m.) during this timeframe. And it was a Friday. Wasn’t his days off FRI & SAT?

At any rate, Casey knew Cindy & George would not be at home. So the coast was clear to go in to raid the frig and grab an outfit for the “All White Party” (wearing white clothes only) at Fusion!

  219. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:42

Good nite, Molly, nice chatting.

  220. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:42

Good Nite Molly! I’m following your lead. Have a good all!

  221. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:44

oh so could i ecd , they cover when she doesn’t graduate , cover when she is pregnant , when they know she is jobless , it was an ongoing thing w/ them , and if something happened in that house they covered their own a$$es and fast

  222. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:44

I heard that but wasn’t sure if it was true Smoke. That would mean that Casey’s 9:30 call that morning before going to the Amscott could have been from George.
Was it ever established if the car was really there at 7:00am that day by the woman from the Amscott. Casey would have needed a drive back there.

  223. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:45

nite smoke , have a good one and nice talking w. you

  224. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:46

Chlry, if the court is allowed to show their RIDICULOUS coverups like the graduation, pregnancy, father of the baby, the jurors could easily believe that this is what the entire family does in crisis which proves there was a crisis that they knew about.

  225. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:47

Thanks for all the info Smoke. You and Humble do a great job.

  226. gigwails on 28 May 2010 at 20:47

Hi folks! I’m sure Cindy will be announced at trial as Cynthia Anthony….occupation – Deadbeat

  227. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:48

If a family absolutely refuses to admit a pregancy or someone didn’t graduate, they could never admit murder within the family.

  228. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:49

    lol hi gigs

  229. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:51

Hi Gig, don’t you think introducing her profession with her own words would make for comic relief?

  230. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:51

good point ecd , all the other reasons points to them as parents not in charge of their daughters life well enough w/ the graduation etc when she was younger , but to admit to murder by a family member , now that makes them look really bad and cindy wouldn’t have any of that

  231. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:52

Imagine Caylee finding out when she got older that she was referred to as a ‘female problem’ and a tumour.Geesh.

  232. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:54

Maybe the State will offer up evidence on the serious problems with this family and their perceived image to show that they’ll do anything to cover up. It would get the trial of to a good start and set Cindy into a tailspin. LOL

  233. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 20:55

and a mistake , don’t forget cindy told her that although she was the best mistake , she was just that , a mistake … nice grandma

  234. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 20:58

That is just horrible. I can’t imagine calling any child a mistake. Cindy thinks she’s being sweet with that. She doesn’t even know how cruel she is. Imagine when she wants to be mean.

  235. smoke&mirrors on 28 May 2010 at 20:58

    I’m back for a minute.

Chrly ~ I released your comment from moderation.

Eastcoastdeb ~ I recently listened to the audio-tape recording from Ms. Sanchez @AMSCOT. She noticed the car during the day on 27 June 2008 the first time and it was the next day (28 June 2008) when she saw Casey’s car at 7 a.m.

    Hi Gig!

Now I’m out of here for the night. Nice chatting with you all. Take care.

  236. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:01

no kidding , just watching her at the morgan depo i could imagine what a monster she must be when she loses it , hurtful words are easy coming from that lady , and him , he likes to come off all timid , when really he si mr passive aggressive

  237. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:02

ty smoke , i don’t even remember what i wrote now , have a good nite

  238. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:03

OK Smoke thank you. That clears up a lot. She didn’t take the car to the Amscott and need a drive back to it. That helps me immensely Smoke.

  239. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:04

Chlry, I think the Morgan depo was the REAL Cindy. The arrogance, spite, vindictiveness, ridiculing. I think it’s what Casey grew up with. George may have mediated at times, but he was gutless.

  240. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:09

i do also , she was a rattle snake that day and i’ll bet all the time in that home

  241. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:10

I agree Chlry, she is just a nasty horrible woman. When she wants to make an impression though, butter wouldn’t melt in her mouth.

  242. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:14

I had to make the print bigger, I’m not used to typing this fast and reading this fast anymore. LOL

  243. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:16

lol i know , i had a really hard time keeping up tonight , my head is pounding for some reason . i don’t think i could keep up like we all did way back at the beginning of this case , all that traffic on the blog and i couldn’t do it anymore

  244. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:16

Maybe if Casey came home alone that morning, Caylee was left somewhere else. I still don’t get what the pavers and cement George bought was all about.

  245. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:19

We’re out of practise, Chlry. Wow we used to be fast, didn’t we? You have a headache and that doesn’t help your concentration much.

  246. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:22

no it doesn’t , but i’ll be ok . i still say she had her body in that yard at one point after she died . idk if she stashed her there for a bit or just wrapped her and bagged her back there . that is the only reason i see g and c maybe doing all that yard work , b/c maybe they found something or smelled something that had been back there and were covering it w/ new pavers and cement

  247. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:24

If she didn’t set the body down in that yard, she had to put the bags or clothes there. I wonder if she was bagged more than once because of leakage. Maybe after having her in one bag, she used two the next time.

  248. gigwails on 28 May 2010 at 21:26

Hi chrly, smoke and deb! Yeah…good ol’ Cindy…Nurse of Decomposition, who can’t tell between the odor of death and the odor of rotting pizza (which has no odor) and who also thinks cadaver dogs hit on urine…and can’t tell when her own daughter is 7 months pregnant. She should be a real hoot on the witness stand.

  249. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:27

She couldn’t bag her in the garage, she’d have to go out back where there was a hose.

  250. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:29

true it just would have been a mess . i also wonder if maybe they didn’t find anything or smell anything , but their little dogs did . it could be that those dogs kept going to a spot and acting funny and digging , and that is when they knew something was wrong . july 3rd she writes the where is my angel myspace post , then the yard work is done the 4th and 5th , i have always found that strange but who knows

  251. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:29

LOL Gigs, she should also be a hoot as a practising nurse. I wonder what a nurse of decompostion does? Do they observe things as they decompose because that’s what she’s done with this case.

  252. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:30

Gig do you remember how many gas cans were taken in as evidence?

  253. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:31

i can’t wait gig to watch her fail up on that stand , and then hopefully soon after she gets cuffed and thrown in jail where she belongs just like her daughter

that is true ecd , the garage would maybe smell

  254. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:35

Yeah Chlry as opposed to the delightful fragrance from the car. LOL

  255. gigwails on 28 May 2010 at 21:40

I thought they took 2 cans Deb, but I could be wrong.

  256. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:40

If Cindy got off work when she said, there is NO way she could have cleaned the car. If George went to work when he said he did, he couldn’t have done it. It had to be Lee. That stuff would have been like laughing gas to him.

  257. chlry on 28 May 2010 at 21:41

bed time for me , nice chatting with everyone tonight , have a good night

  258. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:42

Thanks Gig. If George took two separate cans to the towyard, you’d think they’d take them too, just to make sure.

  259. gigwails on 28 May 2010 at 21:45

I’m sure with all of the “inconsistencies” George and Cindy have had with their various stories, Judge Perry won’t tolerate them lying on the stand. I hope they are dumb enough to perjure themselves and get tossed in the cooler with their rotten daughter.

  260. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:45

    From Cindy:
“Cindy Anthony also said the gas cans are irrelevant to the case of her missing granddaughter, but investigators last week walked away with evidence bags containing a pair of gas cans.”
This tells me they ARE relavent.

  261. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:48

Nice chatting with you too Chlry. It was an informative night.

  262. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:49

I do too, Gig. Perry won’t put up with Cindy’s crocodile tears and bs. I’m hoping she’ll be HAMMERED by the State. LOL

  263. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 21:53

This is funny, it really is. Cindy says Casey was hoping she could put the missing gas cans back and leave George a note of apology. Oh paleeeeese. What did she ever apologize for.
    http://www.wesh.com/news/17110360/detail.html

  264. eastcoastdeb on 28 May 2010 at 22:01

OK I’m heading to bed. If you’re still around Gig, good nite and have a good evening

  265. gigwails on 28 May 2010 at 22:14

    good nite deb!

  266. Halfspot on 29 May 2010 at 00:25

Hi to everyone, thanks Humble for having a post like this one!! It”s been really nice going back over things from long time back, maybe even stuff we missed or did not put 2 and 2 together tell now!! With all their lieing and all. Just think about it this way? With us not having a job on putting case’s together like this one!! I bet it gave people that work for the state on putting all the lies together like a puzzle a run for their money! You can bet they don’t have many case’s like this one where the family does not want the murder put in jail or put to death for what they have done. I’m sure it did not make their job an easy one!! Thats for sure!! I bet they are still having to dig up and go through and trying their best to make since of and out of all this mess!! So that everyones got their best game hat and face on for trial! The state will win this case and Casey will go down and hope after everything they take all the Ant. so called Family down too!! What I think stands out for me with this case is not just the lies they tell and boy can they all tell them. nuts and they think no one knows all the lies. Cindy does not want people to see them for what they are!! What a  on them!! It’s the 31 days and yet they want to blame LE. for not doing more or as they put it go out there and find the little girl. Lets see if Cindy can wrap this around her dumb head you waited 31 days to find Caylee gone, your family did nothing to look for her for what 31 days, you did not talk with her for 31 days, you did not know her nanny for how many yr’s? you all did not know if Casey had a job for how many yr’s? I could go on and on but I’m sure everyone here gets the picture!! As for them wanting to lie about Caylee and Casey being home that morn, I’m sure it’s just to cover-up the fight they had!! If you are in the Ant. family it’s no fight. Just love go ask C&G they will tell you I speak the truth!! NOT!! SO with all this, 31 days who is really to blame!? Also someone ask about if the jury will be able to go smell the car at trail I do beleive the state can do this!! They will never get that smell out of that car a cop that I know told me that. If the Ant. don’t all go to jail does anyone think they will ever want that car back? I say only if they think they may get some money for it!

  267. Halfspot on 29 May 2010 at 00:34

Well I know it was a long post but hope everyone reads it. Have a nice weekend everyone and hope to talk tomor. Hope everyone stays save this weekend also! Keep the  on and have lots of fun!! Just think of Casey not having any fun. That should be good for one  See you all good peeps around!!

  268. humbleopinion on 29 May 2010 at 06:20

ECDeb…there must be a “I’m sorry” note somewhere written by Casey for killing Caylee. I am sure that is what Cindy wanted and probably got via the attorney from the jail????

Hi ya Halfspot. Thanks for the post. Gosh, not only don’t they want the murder in jail, they want her off of the charges. They aren’t even out looking for the real killer they claim to have done this. Casey 31 days of partying, shopping, video watching, etc…says alot and will get her that well deserved needle.

  269. smoke&mirrors on 29 May 2010 at 08:03

    Hi Everyone,

Here is my comment from last night:

    REPOST

    smoke&mirrors says:
    28 May 2010 at 19:34

    eastcoastdeb,

I think the gas can is the BOMBSHELL

I believe there was decomp on the gas cans! It only took the now former Deputy Richard Cain 17 mins to respond to George’s incident report. Cain dusted the gas cans for finger prints and found NONE! I believe George hosed them down in the backyard which is why the Cadaver Dog hit in two areas (nr. the pool & nr. the shed).

    CORRECTION

Former Deputy Richard Cain DID NOT DUST THE GAS CANS FOR FINGER PRINTS but he did dust for prints in the shed where the cans should have been. Here is a link to a copy of the Incident Report:

    http://blogs.discovery.com/criminal_report/files/george_anthony_burglary.pdf

    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
I apologize for the misstatement (not to be confused with “mistruth”). Now you know why I take notes…. Can not rely on memory…. too many details and too many changing stories and outright lies in this case.

    Ricardo Morales’s Interview by LE – 25 JUL 2008

    http://humbleopinion.net76.net/interviews/ricardo%20morales.pdf

DR: Okay. So on the, do you remember when that was about uh, her bringing Caylee home in the middle of the night?

    RM: I really don’t know.

DR: It was when you were still dating?

RM: We were still dating uhm, but…

DR: Back in April? Before that?

RM: I wouldn’t be able to say. I would uh….

DR: Would you find that odd though for her to get up in the middle of the night and leave and then come back or?

RM: She hadn’t before, but she told me her, you know, her mom was very I guess, I don’t know if it’s protective of Caylee, or just wanted to see her a lot. So I didn’t…

    DR: Okay.

RM: …really think too much of it when she, when uh, she had told me that in the morning.

  273. eastcoastdeb on 29 May 2010 at 09:56

GOOD CATCH JH. YOU’VE BEEN SLEUTHING.

Smoke, isn’t it ironic that Caine doesn’t bother to take the gas cans yet over a month later but in the comments from the link above,Cindy Anthony said “the gas cans were taken because there were other fingerprints from someone besides Casey Anthony and members of her family, and that’s what investigators were looking for.” Pfft. If they cleaned the car, I”m sure they cleaned those cans long ago.
Also Smoke, you said BOMBSHELL. I agree. When Cindy who can only lie, says, “the gas cans are irrelevant to the case of her missing granddaughter”- there is no doubt in my mind (just like her response about the credit card statements) that they are EXTREMELY relevent.

  274. eastcoastdeb on 29 May 2010 at 10:01

Humble, I’m sure there’s an apology note somewhere. I think it goes like this:

I’m sorry I had a child in the first place.
    I’m sorry I got caught.
    I’m sorry I left evidence.
I’m sorry I left my daughter’s body so close to home.
I’m sorry that laws exist to punish me.
    ————–
On and on and on and all about HER.
Ok I’m off to do some yard clean up.

  275. smoke&mirrors on 31 May 2010 at 07:39

Diane Fanning wrote in her book, “Mommy’s Little Girl” what Cindy said about driving past the AMSCOT on Goldenrod & Colonial DR daily to get to work. There are at least two problems with taking what Cindy said at face-value regarding being able to see Casey’s car while en route to her place of employment:

    1) I doubt seriously that Cindy took this route to work because it is not the most efficient route between 4937 Hopespring DR, Orlando, FL and Gentiva (1375 S. Semoran BV), Winter Park, FL.

Google Map Results of suggested Routes:

Curry Ford Rd and FL-436 N/S Semoran Blvd
    8.7 mi 17 mins

    FL-436 N/S Semoran Blvd
    9.5 mi 19 mins

    S Chickasaw Trail
    10.3 mi 21 mins

Of course, we have no way of determining if Cindy chose a less efficient route to work, therefore the following point makes point #1 moot.

    2) It appears from the cell phone pings that Casey abandoned her car at that AMSCOT at approx. 12 noon Friday, 27 June 2008.

    • Cindy worked MON – FRI (8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) for the most part.

    • Cindy took vacation the next week – MON, 30 June – FRI, 4 July 2008.

    • Casey’s Pontiac Sunfire was towed from the AMSCOT parking lot at 9:16 a.m. MON 30 June 2008.
