    Judge Perry: Taken Under Advisement. Has done research on a national basis, but will search more and rule on this matter next week.

    2. Defense to Reconsider Joe Jordan’s Tape
    Judge Perry: DENIED. Will review later pending the outcome of the Adkins ruling.

    3. Defense Motion to have Access to George Anthony’s Grand Jury Testimony
    Judge Perry: DENIED

    4. Defense Motion to Reconsider Judge Strickland’s rulings.
    Judge Perry: DENIED. Motion regarding ruling on TES records will be heard at another time.

    5. Defense Motion to Strike Aggravating Circumstances
    Judge Perry: DENIED

    6. Defense Motion Requesting Tips
    Judge Perry: GRANTED. Approved JAC payment of up to $2,000 for Tips.

    [Note: The approved budget amount = $3,500] However, Judge Perry reemphasized the point of reevaluating the need for more funds for Transcripts on a case-by-case basis should it become necessary.

    7. Defense Motion Requesting Discovery and Bench Notes (Forensics Evidence from Oakridge Nat. Lab in TN)
    Judge Perry: DENIED without prejudice. Advised Defense must take Deposition first to determine materiality.
