George Anthony’s Grand Jury Testimony. Not discoverable for the Defense. DENIED
Request to have Joe Jordan’s tape recorded interview, which he illegally taped with PI Mortimer Smith, unsealed and released to the Defense. DENIED
The Defense’s motion for Transcription Services for ‘TIPS.’ GRANTED Judge Perry authorized a JAC payment up to $2,000. He also stated that the need for more funds for records requests by the Defense would be re-evaluated on a case-by-case basis should the Defense exhaust its originally approved budget of $3,500.
Judge Perry counseled the Defense on “putting the cart before the horse” by requesting the court to compel the Oakridge Laboratory to release information. The proper procedure has not been followed to establish materiality. DENIED without prejudice. Advised Defense must take Deposition first to determine materiality.
Judge Perry stated the Prosecution’s response of the Aggravating Circumstances met the legal requirements. The Defense’s request for more specificity will be DENIED.

So, it looks like the d-team has deposed more of the witness list today: Debbie Bennett, John Phillip Chatt, Brian Burner, Nathan Lezneiwicz, Detective Samara Melich.

The Orange county corrections chief said he will recommend that court officers grab an inmate’s arm or waist chains during an escort to prevent such a fall from happening again. Unsure if the word GRAB is what he wants to say, but they need to be holding on too the jail-mate at all time while walking anywhere!

Good GOD does the defense ever want their work done for them! This has to be the most embarrassing bunch of idiotic bumbletwits the legal world has ever seen. Disgusting. I really hope Baez (and hopefully others) are disbarred after this fiasco. Oh well, nothing we don’t already know.
I really think Casey’s going to have to plead this out if she can. At this point we know NONE of the defenses’ BS tactics and schemes are going to work on J. Perry. She’s guilty guys – we know she did, let’s get on with our lives here!!
The only real question is – will Cindy Georgie Lee and (Hopefully) Piggy Mallory be prosecuted for their multiple multiple felonies? That is an important part for justice for Caylee.
Oh, and by golly, WHERE’S LEE??? He’s not supporting his precious CMA who taught him so much and who he is keeping all his promises to!! Shameful.
Hi folks! Hope everybody is having a great weekend. I think Lee could be the smartest one of the bunch (which isn’t saying much). I’m guessing he is keeping a low profile because he either knows more than what he is saying, he has some kind of immunity deal or he just wants to have some kind of drama-free life after the trial. Regardless of why, his absence from this ongoing circus is intriguing.

I was re-visiting the old visitation tapes of Georgie, SINdy and Casey (07/25/09). In the link below, at approximately 00:49, Georgie says something like “the longer this goes on, things involving more of us, could come into this situation, and we need to get you out of here ASAP!”
This isn’t an exact quote, but it’s something that caught my attention. What does Georgie pooh mean??

Slow, ignorant, unorganized, unexperienced, lazy, mumblely (is that a word?)etc. He loves wasting time with garbage motions just to see his name in print. I think they have to wait until this ‘slower than ozzing mud’ of a case is over to disbare bozo or at least slap something on him for bringing in the contraband in jail and the DC cover up fiasco at the Ant house went he went out searching.

Hi Mimi, Carol and BC! Mimi, I think that could be a case of George opening his mouth before his brain was in gear. I believe he was referring to what was done to cover up after Casey’s car was brought home from the tow yard. It sounds like he is afraid of what Casey may breakdown and say about G&C while she’s behind bars. If you’ll notice…not long after he makes the statement…“the longer this goes on, the more things could hit all of us…,” he adds something like….and I want Caylee back too. Almost as if he catches himself and adds that at the end to give the impression Caylee is still alive.

Yes Carol, Baez is very lazy, sloppy and unprofessional. Mark NeJame has made several statements about that. The funny thing is…Baez’s apparent lack of knowledge about how to file a proper and appropriate motion does not deter him in any way from filing countless numbers of them.

George Marie spoke to the OCSO the day before and gave them the whole low down on the car story and then puked. Brother Flea visited the murderer right before C & G did, that same day. That afternoon, bozo requested limited immunity for Casey’s so called affadavit. Still looking for Grand Jury date for Horgie.

George Marie spilled the beans in the Grand Jury depo on Oct.14, 08. The tape above 7/25/08, the biatch was only in jail for nine days then eating her baloney sandwiches.
So, he was starting to freak and wonder how he was going to lie and make up all new stories with Cindy so trashed and stoned. He didn’t do so good.

Carol, On one of Cindy’s videos, she makes a comment about “why would we sell that car – it still has a lot of life in it.” Do you happen to know which one it is?
I’ve always thought that was a strange comment, just something that the ole’ Cindy just decided to throw in there, then she just moved right along….
The detectives that had to deal with Cindy’s nonsense have to be commended for their patience. Initially, they may have thought it was just the ramblings of someone very stressed about Caylee being “missing.” However, I don’t think it was long before they knew that there is a method to Cindy’s madness and she was just trying to divert suspicion away from Casey.
OOOps – my bad – I can’t believe I just said something that Cindy said was ‘strange’! Everything she says is strange.

They had another red Toyota that George Marie sold. That’s when Crasey resigned the deposit note from the bank, cashed it and gave George some cash ‘for the house’ as she said. Nice daughter, she’s awesome.

Now, here we go..I just solved the case and nailed the coffin shut on Crasey. When the cops showed up that night when Spindy called them three times, the death car was still in the garage airing out after being cleaned. Brother Flea came a little earlier before Horge got home. He smelt the car and said the fumes went into the house. So, when all the cops showed up, didn’t one of them know what THAT smell was and start asking questions big time?! Sure they knew! They were either standing in the garage or on the driveway. How come we don’t hear about those comments from the cops? Why didn’t they just arrest her that night? Case closed.
maybe Cindy should have eaten the rotting pizza…….I am sure it had a lot of life left in it.

You haven’t seen Casey or Caylee in a month, Casey’s car reeks of death and you want to wait until Casey explains? That shows Cindy knew Casey had something to do with the odor in the car. If not, why not call the police immediately?

That’s how I got involved/ dragged into this case. My grandson is two weeks older than Caylee. I would have been all over and in your face with my son and daughter in law! You can bet the sunrise on that one!
