There will be a status hearing on 21 June 2010 at 1:30 FL time. Casey does not have to attend status hearings.
The state filed a motion yesterday stating that the calls help show the progression of stories Casey told to explain the disappearance of her daughter Caylee. Read the motion The 911 call is a great piece of evidence against Casey.
I am sorry, but that call Cindy made, says alot. I found my daughters car today, it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car, it is the only truth Cindy has ever stated. She can say whatever she wants, I tried to get them here faster, whatever she says is BS. Truth is the car smelled of decomp and she knows it. It didn’t smell of pizza in the trunk of that car, nor was there pizza sauce found on Caylee’s hair samples, plus the tow yard manager had smelled the odor before, as he stated when someone committed suicide in a car. The defense is now asking to get truths dismissed from this case because they know the verdict will be Guilty of murder, and Casey will be on death row.
Read the document that states that the hair had apparent decomposition on it from the trunk page 5. And page 19 starts the air samples.

It is apparent Baez and crew wants to dismiss all the truth and damning evidence as “heresay” and “junk science.” Yup….disbelieve all the experts, science and common sense…but believe his client..who is a chronical and habitual liar. Makes sense, doesn’t it?

Hi Humble! I would be shocked if Judge Perry sided with the Duh-fense Team regarding the 911 calls. The 911 calls reinforce the smell of death in the car…this is coming from a nurse (even though she has persistently lied since then). It also shows the weaving of the web of lies…about the imaginary nanny taking Caylee…how she was missing and how Casey “looked” for Caylee herself for a month before calling the police (which Cindy actual did, not her…she didn’t even want to talk to the 911 operator). This is not heresay Baez….what a numbskull he is…
Gig, the defense will try anything at this point. They have no defense or any thing. I am unsure why they want it removed, they have a AX wife blaming Roy for Caylee’s murder…yet another lie!
If the defense had any defense, they wouldn’t be trying so hard to get the DP off the table and they wouldn’t be working at getting the truth out of the trial either. Casey will get that needle…
Yeah, I was telling my wife today that the reason why Baez is doing all this stalling is because the defense has nothing. They have no defense…besides saying you can’t trust anyone but Casey.
Gig, Casey has never spoke the truth as far as I can tell, and Cindy, the idiot mother seems to always believe the liar. There is something wrong with ALL of them.

Hi Suzie, I too believe that date was made up by Cindy…many think it wasn’t. But I do. We honestly never know who made the date up, Cindy or Casey. Her depo is all Cindy, a raging lunatic.

Just read the last thread. The reason it took so long to identify Caylee’s remains is because there were no dental records according to Dr. G. :cwy: Don’t know how to find that link. So, Casey never took her to a dentist. Cold hearted biatch.
HI Carol, no 15 July. She never did take her to the dentist, guess she was busy working…gosh the nanny could have taken her to the dentist, the way it sounds Caylee spent ALOT of time with the Nanny!
I do remember reading about the dental records online and someone said there wouldn’t be dental records for a 2 year old. Well I was always told, take your child to the dentist as soon as they start getting their teeth in. my kids ALL had dental records at 1 year old.

I wonder if Cindy gave her a blank check for some kind of check up for Caylee, cancelled the appointment and then just kept the money. Gee, there’s a new concept in her life, hey?

What is sad, had Grandma Shirley and Cindy called LE on the money being stolen from them by Casey, Caylee could be alive today. But they are all afraid of the blasted little liar!

Shirley got reimbused by the bank, was she lucky! I think there should still some kind of Federal charges on her stealing from a State Nursing home account. How low can you get, hey? With Caylee’s 2nd birthday party, she brought that JP guy home with her, saw that Cindy didn’t buy a cake and decorations, stole Grandma’s check and bought the stuff. Wow, how can you not have a birthday party and cake for your own child?
Do you think Casey forgot Caylee’s birthday if she was with that guy all the last night before?
Carol, I think that Casey tried to out do Cindy all the time. The difference, Cindy had money to buy that little girls love, Casey had nothing.
I am still wondering why Cindy wasn’t smart enough to figure out that when Caylee would be coloring and start crying while watching TV, that there was something wrong with Caylee. Maybe abuse by Casey…see why the nurse impersonator fits Cindy well!?!

Another unbelievable….Casey hadn’t worked in a while, and Cindy never figured it out, even after George told Cindy she wasn’t working. See how smart the mother was? Cindy couldn’t find her way out of a paper bag!
Ugh, it’s so sad. In the questioning that LDB did on Cindy about Caylee, Cindy thought it was just fine that she could wake up and get her own sippy cup out of the frig, get her bowl of cereal that Cindy had ready and plug in and watch movies and TV. Wow. Cindy said that she was smart and advanced. That would be so MOTY could sleep it off and not be bothered. No, actually, it was survival tactics that Caylee had to survive on her own. She was alone alot. :cwy:

Carol, just goes to show you what Cindy did for her own kids…and why Casey turned out this way. Too bad, they let Casey sleep in alot, and for what? She was out partying until the early morning, and they thought she was at work. What a life Caylee lived with these nuts. Cindy and Casey worst of the worse parents [so they claim to be parents] I have ever heard of.

Hi humble, gigwails, carol, eastwood 34 and Suzie Jane. I feel so great today. They way things are going in both Casey and Joran cases makes me feel a lot more confident in justice and my what does around comes around belief in the ultimate fairness of life.
Why would the 911 calls not come in in your opinions. I frequently see them entered in court cases on CourtTV. Is there something different about these calls or Florida law that I am not aware of?

Hi Caroly and Hadley. Caroly, I don’t know of any good reason or legitimate legal grounds to keep the 911 calls from Cindy out. Baez is fighting to keep it out because of Cindy’s…”it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car” statement. Very damning statement.
Anyone up? It’s 6 a.m. here, and I need someone to share my coffee. I haven’t been posting any comments here because of all the problems I have had both in Scotland and initially here in Switzerland. On the one hand, I wish this trial would be over and done with. On the other hand, it’s like a 2-year long study of the law. We all know so much more than we did 2 years ago. Doesn’t make us lawyers by any means, but we have received such an education, and lots of eye openers which have both surprised and disappointed us. I still ask myself why this case and not all the other cases of these poor babies. Why the fascination with this one? The others also suffered. Sometimes I feel guilty. Is it because she was so cute? Should that matter?
Does anyone know the real reason why the June 17 hearing was postponed until July 15? I really wanted to see Casey give Mr. Biaz a big smile upon entering the court. Anyone know which toopf was chipped? Does the state have to pay to have it repaired? I certainly hope not.
Does the delay in the next hearing have anything to do with those notices by Mr. Biaz of unavailability which were posted on the Clerk of the Court’s site a while back? Is he off sailing with that no talent, supposedly investigative reporter, Geraldo Rivera?

I think this one did it to us because in the beginning the mother’s behaviour was outrageous. Later it seemed like the grandparents were trying to manipulate and get money from themselves. The media cooperated with the parents. That left us to fight for Caylee and despite our coming and goings Humble has given a very pleasant home with intelligent, witty people to discuss the case. We do learn a lot and we like each other. I think we have all sort of adopted Caylee as our own.

Hadley, I think those imagined, fictional Highland men are in hiding. I didn’t see any. But, all the Scottish men I did meet are absolutely charming. Gentlemen, all. No one here seems to know or care anything about our little angel, Caylee. I have been trying to keep up with the case, while fighting various internet providers. I seem to finally have won the battle.

The Prosecution Team’s talking points:
• Casey never called 911… Cindy made the 911 call 31 days after Caylee went missing
• Hair with death band (decomp) found in trunk of Casey’s car
• Grave wax, & coffin flies found in trunk of Casey’s car
• Paper towels containing grave wax in trash bag in trunk of Casey’s car
• Extremely high levels of chloroform in the trunk of Casey’s car
• The smelly semi-circular stain on the floor carpet in the trunk of Casey’s car
• Casey’s text messages attempting to justify the odor (dead squirrels) in her car
• Casey abandoned the 1998 WHT Pontiac Sunfire at AMSCOT claiming it ran out of gas
• The location of the body was found within ¼ mile from the Ant home
• Cadaver Dogs (2) alerted on two spots in the backyard of the Ant’s home and on the trunk of Casey’s car
• Evidence found with Caylee’s remains are similar to items found in the Ant. home

• Casey did not express concern for Caylee being a missing person nor did she tell anyone
• Casey did absolutely nothing to aid in the search for Caylee between 16 June 2008 and 11 December 2008

• The cause of Caylee’s death is still unknown

• Dr. Henry Lee found in his inspection that CSI missed – 17 hairs (no death band) and another stain
• LE did not do a thorough job of investigating other potential suspects (i.e. SODDI)

George worked 3:00 to 11:00 at Security Forces, his time card read. Casey’s phone records June 16, 2008, all in pings close to the house:
1:00 called Tony
1:44- Amy – 36 minute call
2:52- Jessie – told him that parents were getting divorced, had to move out of the house.
4:11 – Four attempts to call Cindy in two minutes.
4:19- called Tony, one minute conversation
4:21 – one minute phone call.
4:25 – tried to call Cindy, no answer
~~~~~~~~~~~~No phone calls at all~~~~~~~~
5:57 – called Tony
8:00 – She and Tony on Block Buster video
4:21 phone call was to Jessie.
Isn’t it amazing how All and Every Attempt to locate the person “Other than Casey”, who killed Caylee. . . JUST STOPPED the day Casey entered the jail.
Sure the Ants. set up some money collecting booths for a few trips and tattoos, BUT NO ONE who claims Casey is Innocent is out there, this day, searching or speaking about capturing the person that killed their Daughter, Granddaughter, Niece, or their Client’s Murdered Child.
If Sindy whole heartedly believed that Casey was innocent, then I would assume that she would still be making her TV appearances~ DEMANDING Justice for their Granddaughter.
I do remember in a statement given by the Great Grandmother, Sindy asked her own Mother that they (Great Grandmother and Grandmother) not talk about Casey nor Caylee.
THAT to me speaks VOLUMES!!
