I think shirley will testify at trial. Just another of Casey innumerable victims. Stole from her own grandmother then promised to clean her house (?) and never even did that. Cannot WAIT to see Casey’s fugly face when Tony testifies.

Casey’s Grandmom Shirley and Uncle Rick are on th Prosecution’s Witness List. They seem to be straight shooters. I just pray Shirley’s health holds up.
Cindy had such a teflon wall built around Casey that she wouldn’t even talk with Shirley about Casey’s behavior. Of course, when it came to Casey gaining access to her Grandpa Alex’s Nursing Home account that’s when the chit hit the fan! Makes me wonder if that’s why the 9 June 2008 stuck in Cindy’s head as the last time she saw Caylee. Shirley also thought that was the correct date.
Ok, Cindy was wrong about that being the last date she saw Caylee alive, but maybe that date was more memorable because it was the weekend of the BIG FIGHT! Cindy went to her Mom’s in Mt. Dora and spent the night on 7 June 2008. She prolly did that in an attempt to calm Shirley down and to get that $354 back into her Dad’s account. (needed a deposit slip from Shirley maybe?)
Then Cindy waited until 9 June 2008 to confront Casey. This was the night Casey showed up at Ricardo’s apt. at 11 p.m. with Caylee. And the next day 10 June 2008 Casey and Caylee went to Tony’s apt. They were also there on 11 June 2008 during the day. I think Casey found somebody or different ppl. to watch Caylee at night until Friday. George had Friday’s & Saturday’s off from his job. So, Casey went “okedoky!” She dropped Caylee off and went clubing with Tony at Fusion (Hip Hop Showcase) 13 June 2008.
Casey was at home Saturday night, but refused to go to Mt. Dora with Cindy Sunday morning. Instead, it appears Casey beat Cindy out the door and ran straight to Tony L’s for the day. Only to return home around 7:30 p.m. Sunday night.
So when Cindy got confused about the date (9 June 2008) Casey just decided to go with it to make Cindy “look like an a$$ on the thing!”

The dates and information you referenced in your post are new to me. I didn’t know that there was the confrontation about the stolen money from the grandfather on June 7, and that Cindy stayed over at Shirley’s house that night. I think I had better go back and review some of the old documentation to get myself back up to speed. I also don’t remember that Casey went with Caylee on June 9 to Ricardo’s apt. at 11 p.m.. Boy, my brain is melting from the overload of information. I thought the big fight was on June 15, and then Casey left in a rage with Caylee. That is why I have always thought of 15 June as the date of the murder. I always believed Casey murdered Caylee while she was still in her rage mode at her mother. Also, while reading around the blogs during these quiet days, someone, somewhere mentioned Lee’s statement to Casey in the beginning as something to the effect of “is this like the last time”. Like what?? Did she pull the running off in a rage with Caylee and disappearing for a time before all this happened? Wonder if Lee ever had to explain that to LE. This is one of the quietest times on the blogs since the beginning of this saga. Usually something happens when it is so quiet. I see the A’s are still scheduled for June 23, regarding the motion to strike the motion for a jury trial for the foreclosure. I still don’t understand that. Is that normal to have a jury trial for a foreclosure? Anybody know? Wonder how on earth they can afford to hire a foreclosure attorney, Mr. Lippman, when they can’t even pay that measly sum of $785 a month on their mortgage. Or, is this just another pro bono, celebrity seeking attorney. Does anyone know if Brad Conway gets paid for the numerous hours he spends with the Anthony’s. Anyway, while it is so quiet, I am going to spend some time this weekend reviewing some of the old information, especially Lee’s question to Casey.

When I put together that scenario earlier, it was based on tidbits of information found in several different places in the discovery doc. There is simply too much information to commit it to memory. That is why I have been maintaining the Timeline of events for almost 2 yrs. now.
When I just re-read my comment, it reinforced my point about me not being able to rely on memory. After checking the notes in the timeline, I realized Casey was home Saturday night and left to go to Tony’s Sunday morning. Here is the link to the June 1 – 15, 2008 Timeline:

I don’t know that anything changed. We know the last time there is proof that Caylee was alive was on 15 June 2008 FATHER’S DAY. What we can not be positive about is when the BIG FIGHT happened because the neighbor could not pinpoint the date.
Additionally, the cell phone ping data does not support the theory that Casey left the house the night of 15 June 2008. She was on the phone texting and talking to Tony up until 3 a.m’ish.

The other odd thing about the 9 June 2008 date in addition to it being the WRONG Date was it appeared on each of the Ant’s sworn statements. I apologize, I do not have time to go back to find links to them right now, but here are a few notes:

10:11 p.m. – OCSO took Cindy’s written statement.
10:16 p.m. – OCSO took George Anthony’s written sworn statement. [discovery doc pp. 36 – 37] Note: No mention of what Caylee was wearing when he last saw her.
After 11:00 but before 12 midnight – OCSO took Lee’s written statement. [Note: Will have to check the statement to see the actual time]

In Cindy’s Depo by The Prosecution 28 July 2009 she said the ‘date’ was not her handwriting. It was already on the form when she filled it out. I suspect what happened was LE interviewed her first and Cindy (like Lee said) kept harping on 9 June 2008 as the last time she saw Caylee because that was the end of her B-Day/Vacation week.
So, in the interest of time and the header information was filled in by an officer. The Ants just needed to use the free-form area to write their statements. Does that make sense?

I’m reading on other blogs. That Kryon body has been found and the step mom has been arrested.But I can’t seem to find out if this is true.I wish people wouldn’t blog without getting the facts first.This truly breaks my heart.

Hi all, Did not forget my other Dear peeps, hope this finds everyone Happy and in good Health!! As for this poor little boy Kyron, so far whats going around the blogs about him being found is not true!! I had to do alot of jumping around to find that. He has not been found at the time that I;m writing this, don’t know if thats good news or not, It’s good if he is still alive! That would be such good news I just don’t see it? To me there is some thing not right about his step mom just does not feel right!! Not with the step moms cell phone, the cell phones do not lie!! Think someone needs to tell Cindy about the cell phone, don’t think she gets that, about Casey and all those mistruths!! I’m so glad that the dumb people that hurt kids are too dumb, not have the cell phones off or not on them. Because if not for that, they may get away with it and keep taking these poor little kids lifes!!

Good morning all. Wow. Smoke&Mirrors has left me a lot of homework. Thanks smoke for all the links. I’m forgetting and mixing up facts, so today will be a good time to review some of the links you posted. Also, reading and listening to things from 2 years ago, and comparing what we do know today, will be very interesting. I’m sure I’ll be able to read a lot more into the earlier information, and be able to more easily recognize the inconsistencies from all those involved. I am so lucky to have the entire day free. Shopping is done, house is clean, no committments–just a day for myself. Also, it is too hot to go outside, so it will be better to sit in this cool environment, in front of my laptop. After I read the Orlando papers, I will get on those links from Smoke, and really concentrate on everything June 2008. But, first, more coffee.

I was just updating the list of ppl. we know about who baby-sat Caylee. Free of charge, I might add. In Cindy’s Depo by Prosecution on 28 July she gave us two more names. All of them are listed in the Who’s Who Listings, but I don’t expect anyone to know exactly what category they appear in, so I rounded them up for you.
The Real Baby-sitters for Caylee Marie Anthony:
Lauren Gibbs – (formerly known as Lauren Cobb) babysat Caylee the 1st eight mos. for NO PAY. She learned that Casey had lied to her about working at the Sports Authority. At first, she thought Jesse G. was Caylee’s father. Later, Casey told her Caylee’s father was in the Army and that he died in 2007 from a car accident.
Jesse Aaron Grund – (aka: SpecialAgentJAG4) Casey’s ex-fiancé. He met Casey at Universal Studios in Jan 2005 at which time Jesse held a position in Security. When Caylee was born, Jesse took a paternity test and learned he was not her biological father. Engagement Period: 12/31/05 – 5/28/06. In the October – November 2007 timeframe, Jesse and Casey attempted dating again, but it didn’t work out. On 6/24/08 Jesse resigned from the OPD.
Rev. Richard Grund & Mrs. Deborah Grund – Jesse Grund’s parents. Jesse & his parents babysat Caylee. In Apr. 2006 Mr. Grund told Casey to find a regular baby-sitter. Casey immediately informed him that she had one and her name was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales.
Holly Ann Gagne – friend of the Anthony family who babysat Caylee for approx. 1 year. On 7/29/08 Gagne appeared on the Nancy Grace Show and stated the Casey she knew was a “good mother.” Director, Caylee Anthony Foundation effective 3/1/09 – 9/10/09. Arrested and charged with Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon (baseball bat) – 2nd Degree Felony and Criminal Mischief – 2nd Degree Misdemeanor on 9/10/09.
Kristina Marie Chester – Casey’s classmate and friend who babysat Caylee on occasion. Casey babysat her children, also. She last saw Caylee with Casey on 6/12/08 at Lake Underhill Park.
Adam Lynch – Dated Casey for a brief period of time starting March 2005. He also baby-sat Caylee. Lived in an apartment near UCF, per Cindy. [Cindy’s Depo by Prosection – 7/28/09] According to Richard Grund, Adam is an ex-cop. George really liked this guy!
Justin Pasmore – Friend of Lee’s who baby-sat Caylee one time. [Cindy’s Depo by Prosection – 7/28/09]
Hi folks! Hope everybody is having a great weekend. Cindy made a statement to the effect of….”I think Zanny represents whoever is watching Caylee at the time.” Really Cindy? Well, Caylee was last seen with Casey….so is Casey Zanny? Who watched Caylee more than Cindy and George…does that make them Zanny? To me, this was a clever way (or so she thought) for Cindy to point the finger and throw multiple people under the bus…anything to divert suspicion away from Casey.
This shows Casey didn’t want to be bother with Caylee.Either there was a real babysitter or Zanny(drugs) watched Caylee,while Casey was living it up!Poor Caylee,she deserved better,and now she has to wait for justice.I can’t see how the A’s act the way they do.This was their only grandchild.I so hope Lee doesn’t bring another Anthony into this whold.For we know it Cindy would have her hands all over the child!Cindy is a very controlling woman.Just look at how Casey & Lee turned out.

Goodmorning, leaving for work, but just wanted to say that if cindy was so sure that Zanny exsisted and was a real person, how could she make that statement that Zanny represented anyone who was watching Caylee at the time. It blows the Zanny theory right out the window and paints cindy as the liar she is. I remember her making that statement and I knew then that she was covering up for cma. Huckaby didn’t even wash the thing when she was done with it if they found “reddish brown stains” on it matching Sandra’s DNA. Just put it back in the drawer and watch someone use it on the dough next time.

Jesse Aaron Grund –When Caylee was born, Jesse took a paternity test. Result: Jesse is not Caylee’s Bio-Dad.

JP Chatt – the resemblance between this guy and Caylee in a side-by-side photo that has been circulating in ‘Blogdom’ for the past two years has fueled speculation that he may be Caylee’s father. There is no proof in the discovery docs to support this rumor.
Brandon Roghelia – 20 y/o died in a vehicle accident on 2/15/05. Ricardo M. claims Casey told him Brandon was Caylee’s father. Rumor is unfounded.
Jesus E. Marquez Ortiz – [died: 5/8/2007 in a car crash] Rumors that he was Caylee’s father are unfounded.

Hi, so nice to be able to sit down and see what alls been going on. Looks to me like that Casey does not know who the Dad is? So you all know, we will never know!! That’s bad when you don’t know who the father of your child is!? With this being said the next thing Cindy will be saying is, Casey wanted a child so bad she went to a sperm bank!!!
No wait I think she was the sperm bank! 
Wait, I have a better one Cindy could say that Casey being a virgin that God just gave her this child!! I’m sure Cindy has a good reason that the Dad has not been named just ask her!! 
As for all the guys out there that had anything to do with Casey and did not use a rain coat, don’t think they should worry about if they are the Dad of Caylee with her not being alive anymore because of her so called Mom the

Before I leave just one word one Smokes list, why are there so many young men dead. That’s some list of fatalities. My kids are all young aduts and between the 4 of them I could never complile a list like that in our towm. Wow. Thanks Smoke.
Good morning everyone. Didn’t get through my reading of Smoke&Mirrors links from Friday. Too many interruptions and changes of plans. Hopefully will do it today. Does anyone know if the status hearing will be televised today? It is scheduled for 1:30 in courtroom 23a. We all know that Casey doesn’t have to be there. Wonder if G&C will think it important enough. Boy, if all those guys who were supposedly associated with Casey all died in accidents, I would think all the ones still alive would be hiding and shaking in their boots. Plus, anyone of them who had sex with her 9 months before Caylee’s birth must also be in hiding. I would hope that LE would be able to pinpoint who she was associating with during that time. I’m sure her ex-friends would have known what she was up to during that time period. Some people are saying it is not important who Caylee’s father is. It is my humble opinion that everything in this case leading up to Caylee’s murder is important.
