LA CASA DE ANTHONY: Foreclosure 22 June 2010

21 June 2010 at 21:10
By

This is the Anthony homestead.  Casey tagged the home phone number as “Le Casa De Anthony” (The Anthony Home) in her phone address book. She should have called it the “house of cards!”

What really went on in that house on 15 July 2008 after George drove the 1998 Pontiac Sunfire home from the impound yard?  The car was released to him at 1:55 p.m. and he drove it home in the rain with the windows partially rolled down due to the pungent odor in the car.  The distance from Johnson’s Wrecker, Narcoossee RD to the Anthony home on Hopespring DR is approximately 2 miles (travel time: approx. 5 mins). Once George parked the car in the garage, Cindy – “Ms. Clean” takes control of the situation. Here is where Cindy admits to tampering with potential evidence. She told George to go to work and once she finished cleaning the car, Cindy went back to work…. like a NORMAL DAY?!

BANK OF AMERICA NA vs. ANTHONY, CYNTHIA Met al.

06/21/2010     Notice of CancellationNotice of Cancellation
06/23/2010      Motion  (9:45 AM) (Judicial Officer O’Kane, Julie H)

Excerpts from Cindy’s Depo by the Prosecution – 29 July 2009 Transcript

  • Q All right. [Pause] Your first — one of your first thoughts was that that pungent odor smelled like a dead body?
  • A No. My first thought, when George told me there was garbage rotting and I realized how long the car had been sitting out in the open sun, I figured it was the garbage. I still at that point had no idea or even thought that it could be anything else.
  • Q Did George tell you what he thought?
  • A Not at that time. No.
  • Q [Pause] What did you do — you, yourself, do with the car at that point?
  • A I took the — I think there was her work bag, her purse was on the front seat, that — and I found a steak knife in the front seat of the car and Casey’s lanyard was on the front passenger’s side of the car. I took that out and set it on — we have a freezer in the garage. I set that there.
  • In the backseat I saw a pair of pants. It was her gray work slacks that had, like, a pinstripe in it. And they had an odor. So I already had – we always separate laundry. We have a couple of laundry baskets in the garage and I always separate darks and whites and put stuff on top that if we have to do special. And I already had a load of dark ready to go, so I threw that in and threw the pants in and washed those.
  • And Caylee’s carseat was in there. I did not take the carseat out, but I took her doll out, the “mama” doll, and took it out so that it could air out because it also had a smell. And I believe there was a pair of Casey’s boots –
  • Q Okay.
  • A — in the backseat. I left those in. I really didn’t worry about her shoes. And in the back of the car –
  • Q Are you talking about the trunk?
  • A The trunk of the car. I took out the collapsible bin and whatever was in that bin at that time. I don’t think I went through that. I just took it out and set it on the freezer as well. And I did have some Febreeze in the house or in the garage, so I sprayed Febreeze in the front seat, the backseat and inside the trunk. And that’s pretty much all I did.
  • And then George and I went to work. Actually, George, I had encouraged him to go while I was in the process of that. I probably spent 20 minutes just doing that.

What’s that mean? Are they out on the street or what? Can they get a refund on their cruise or tattoos to pay the mortgage? This will really suck for Casey – she was gonna live in that house! HAhahahahhahahahahhahaha.

  4. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 04:28

It would be nice if they could do something like they did here in KY with the property that the Anthony’s house sits on… It wouldn’t be possible there though, I’m sure that property is zoned as residential only…. Wesley Mullins, a six year old was murdered in his grandfather’s garage, the house was torn down, and a community center built in Wesley’s honor… I wish they could use the Anthony’s property as something similar, and do it in honor of Caylee…. But then again, there was probably nothing but bad memories for her there, and it wouldn’t do much to honor her in this way… Who knows??? I’m just blabbering this morning…. Mom in law is getting to me already, see??

Good morning all. All I know is there is a hearing tomorrow morning at 9:30 regarding the foreclosure. They’ll get around it some way. These scammers always know a way.

  6. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 05:52

Humble, when you get to your new home, if there’s a dog there, take my advice— GET RID OF IT!!!
I’ll tell you why… When I got to my new home, the previous renters had left a dog. Well, I agreed since it was a brother to BJ, (my golden).. Well, along with the dog came a pregnant cat, (who now has 5 kittens)… not long after that came the MOM IN LAW!! So you see how things go… You be good to an animal, and you end up with SATAN… This move has been a NIGHTMARE!!!! *CRIES*

  7. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 05:59

    A tissue for Justme66.

  8. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 06:00

Justme, look at the bright side. It could have been mom in law who was pregnant.

  9. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:19

EEEEEEEEEKKKKKKKKKKKKKK Muesli… Cause me to have a heart a faint why don’t ya?? Little satan running around… Oh nevermind… She had 3 little satans…. I married one of them….

Beginning to wonder if I love him enough to go through this… She says she’s not leaving… Well, I MAY BE!!!

  10. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:20

Got an extra room you’ll rent for awhile??

  11. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:21

Or maybe I’ll go shack up with George and Cindy… They seem to need money… Hell, anything beats this… *ROFL*

Good morning Justme, Museli, et al,

Justme, be careful what you wish for.

Today you get to do something a little differently here on the blog – comment on the Top Post and Chit Chat about other areas of interest including giving Gap and Mema words of encouragement.

Yes, all on this thread. Until Humble comes back, all of the other comment sections except this one are CLOSED. I apologize for this temporary inconvience. Take care and stay safe!

  13. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:32

Smoke… I am being careful… You just don’t know how bad this is… Some of those who’ve been around awhile know my complaints about hubby’s family… They’re a buncha nuts… No kidding… And mom in law is Queen Nut.. Honest Abe… I can’t walk out of the room without her yelling at me for something… And she even wants to tell me what her poop looks like… I don’t EVEN want to know… none of my business… She’s like a kid… HEY, I POOPED!!! Well, big whoopie… I did too, but I didn’t tell YOU about it… *ROFL*

  14. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 06:32

Justme, I have lots of empty room. You’re welcome to come over.

As to the above, Cindy didn’t answer their first question about what was her first thought. She said her first thought was when George told her about the garbage. Well, when she smelled the decomposition, we all know what her first thought was. Didn’t she immediately, upon first smelling the car in the garage, ask “what died”? Boy, I can hardly wait to see her on the stand with the prosecution asking all the questions. They are going to trip her up so badly. She seems to think she is more intelligent than these trained professionals.

As to the foreclosure, I would think they would want to get away from all the evilness surrounding that house. It is not even a special house. It is small, and there is no way they can avoid everything that was Caylee in that house. I would have to leave. Bad karma in that place.

  15. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 06:34

What have I missed? What is wrong with gap and Mema that we need to give them words of encouragement?

  16. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:36

I don’t know either Muesli… I’m lost in everything… no internet for two months and now this…

  17. Justme66 on 22 June 2010 at 06:37

I gotta run… I finally got the dingbat back in the box, so I’m gonna go rest for a few… Luv you guys… Cya ASAP!! *HUGS*

  18. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 06:38

I’ve been rereading and listening to yesterday’s hearing and the interview after by Mr. Mason. It seems that the defense is no longer interested in TES volunteers and also Mr. Kronk. Guess they are stuck with Zenaida. They just don’t make sense to me. They, according to Mr. Mason, have eliminated all their arguments about Casey’s non involvement in the murder of Caylee. If they have a strategy here, I certainly don’t get it.

Oh my goodness. I had no idea. Where have I been? To Gap and Mema, how terribly sad I am for all of you. I can’t imagine how you find the strength to bear this burden with the opitimism you show. Guess that is why God made we women the strong ones. Wish I could offer you more help, but will most definitely pray for all of you, and keep you all in my thoughts.

  23. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 09:12

I’m just in for a few minutes from yard work. This is a very thought-provoking post Humble. When the totality of items that Cindy tampered with is calculated, twenty minutes certainly doesn’t compute with me. Also, I saw no mention of washing the car exterior. All the footware, I believe, were also washed. Who in their right mind would put THOSE pants in with their normal laundry. Paleese. Cindy then states that she and George went to work. So, did he just watch her do these things? Cindy barks orders constantly and I can’t believe he didn’t participate. I”ve always felt that Cindy did not have time to sanitize that car. I think she and George knew that George would be held more accountable for tampering as a former police officer, so Cindy said she did it to make it look more innocuous than it actually was. She just didn’t have the time to do complete all the tasks that were performed on the car. If George really went to work, then it falls to Lee.

  24. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:16

Where’s my manners? Good morning to all. Thanks for the update Smoke, I never read the back room. See, it’s situations like those that bring us all together along with Caylee and make us stronger.
Hi Muesli and Glen. Yes, Mason really went way out on a limb predicting and lying his way through the interview after the hearing. That was the only time he wasn’t mumbeling. He denied what Cindy said and reported to her co-workers and shu – shued what George said and maybe thought about the smell. WTH?! Wow, he really should have stayed retired and called it a day when he was ahead. I bet Baez choked on his Peptorita when he heard that.

  25. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:18

Hello all, Gap and Mema, your family have been in my prayers. May God keep your family close and hugs to all.

  26. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:22

As for the 911 call, when they play that in court I think just Casey saying I have not seen my daughter in 31 days is going to hurt!!

  27. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 09:25

Was it true that Cindy got a new washing machine after she washed Casey’s slacks?

  28. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:25

Also in the begaining the Ant. had the wrong date as to when they last saw Caylee, right? Can anyone tell me does the date add up to 31 days? I don’t think it does am I right? If I’m right then whats up with that?

  29. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 09:27

By the way, any bets on whether C&G will show up for the next hearing. After all, there are going to be some really incriminating things said about that 911 call, and I am sure they are going to play it in the courtroom. You know how they react to the truth. Sort of like a cross to a vampire.

  30. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:28

Hi East. How do we know how much other garbage George Marie took to work with him and threw out there? Twenty minutes for cleaning a whole car – naaayy (buzzer sound), wrong answer.

  31. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:28

Also, with Casey saying to Cindy about giving her just 1 more day and Cindy says I already give you 31 days!? I think Casey was trying her best to get out of there and run and hide!!

  32. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 09:29

My bet is that they will not show up on July 15th. I will contribute $100 to my local Guide Dog Center in Palmetto, if they do. Actually, I probably will anyway.

  33. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:31

Muesli, I think the Ant. will be there with the rubbing eyes deal make them tears fall!! Feel sorry for us deal  and on and on!!

  34. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 09:33

So many people say we do not know how we would have reacted. Let me give you an idea of what my reaction would be if that 100 lb. sneak pulled that on me. Picture this, Muesli grabs Casey by the shoulders. Pushes her against the wall of her bedroom. Releases hands on shoulders for just enough time to get hands around her skinny neck. While chocking and banging Casey’s head against the wall, I would be screaming each and every profanity and threat known to man. I wouldn’t stop until she told me what she did with Caylee. What would you all have done differently?

  35. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:36

They have to be there to keep those lie after lie, so they can do their home work and keep those lies on top of lies, well you all get it they can’t forget or mess -up!! Wait think they may have done that already!!

  36. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:36

Hi Half. Muesli, I won’t take your bet. George has been MIA for the last what, three hearings? If, and this is a big if, Chomp does show up, she will be throughly medicated to the gils and loaded with gum.

  37. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:37

I would have done just that Muesli!!

  38. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 09:40

Mema and Gap – my heart hurts for both of you. I have copied one of my favourite poems that I hope will give you a lift. I admire you both so much for your courage.

    Don’t Quit
    by Anonymous

    When things go wrong as they sometimes will;
    When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill;
When the funds are low, and the debts are high
    And you want to smile, but have to sigh;
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but do not quit.

    Success is failure turned inside out;
    The silver tint of the clouds of doubt;
And you can never tell how close you are
    It may be near when it seems so far;
So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit-
It’s when things go wrong that you must not quit.

  39. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:41

Yes, I always thought that I would be the violent person that would show either my son or daughter in law a new version of Dragon Lady from He!! if that would have happened to one of my grand boys. How could you just lose your daughter or remember the Blanchard park story- have someone take her and give her a script to follow?! WHAT!?

  40. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:42

But when I called 911 I would have been able to tell them where to find Caylee little body and bring the morgue to come pick up Casey and I would be in jail!!

  41. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:43

I’ll bet Chomp is just blowing a gasket today with the foreclosure and yesterday’s outcome. Good.

  42. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 09:45

I know Carol, I just don’t get it but then I’m not in the  Ant family!! Maybe one understands it if you are them!!

  43. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:46

Hi caroly. Very nice poem, I’m sure they will appreciate that. I did.
I sure hope they have an update right away with the Ants buisness.

  44. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 09:49

Carol, that’s just it. We don’t know what may have been taken from the car and dumped. Cindy always says WE did this or that. This time she took responsibility for the cleaning, which leads me to believe that something was missing that a former LE officer would definitely know was tampering. Either one of them could have dumped it on the way to work.
Muesli, I agree, even if it was my daughter, when it involves a helpless child- all bets are off. I’d grab a hold of someone that was ALIVE and in front of me in order to possibly save someone who MAY be alive. Of course, Cindy never needed to do that because she knew Caylee was dead.

  45. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 09:50

muesli – you are probably describing what Casey did to Caylee in a rage!

Does anybody know whether George saw Caylee walking away with Casey on June 16th or was Casey carrying a possibly dead Caylee

This was a follow up to the idea that Casey killed Caylee in a rage after Casey`s mother tried to choke her.

  46. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:50

Muesli, I’m trying to find it but can’t. Some where I read that the Ants got a new washer and dryer and they donated the old ones. So, there would be hardly a trail if they went to a charity store and were resold. Still looking.

  47. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 09:53

caroly, good point but George Marie said he got a hug and a kiss from Caylee and then the murderer carried her out to the car since she didn’t have any shoes on. She was never going to need any shoes ever again. :cwy:

  48. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 09:54

    Glad you enjoyed it Carol.

Is there any possibility that Caylee was in the trunk when the Anthony`s picked it up and they disposed of her body (my question mark has become a French capital E again and I don`t know how to fix it except logging out!)

  49. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 09:55

What is strange about Cindy’s comment is saying the car smelled like a dead body to get LE there faster. If someone is already deceased, it’s less of an emergency than if they can possibly be saved and she knows that. It’s all BS.

  50. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 09:58

Carol, as I recall, George changed his story about the morning of the 16th about 3 times. And, of course, super woman Cindy could hear Casey and Caylee sleeping through a closed door. That woman amazes me with her incredible abilities. What a gal. Going to take a break for a while. Call me if anything new comes up.

  51. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 10:02

Will do muesli. East – really, why rush for a dead person?

  52. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 10:04

Caroly, I went through that with the E’s with the acute and grave accent. At the bottom of your desktop in the notification tray, there’s an icon (I can’t see mine at this time, so I forget what it looks like). It’s for language, set it to American English, I think. I went nuts for days trying to get rid of it. LOLOLOL

  53. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 10:05

ecd – That entire 911 call is weird. Cindy does sound excited. She has known about the smell for quite some time. She has just that minute heard that Casey has not seen Caylee for 31 days. Is she really so thick that she just that moment put two and two together. Or was mentioning it to the police just Cindy’s way of getting back at Casey because she was often quite brutal with Casey sort of like a love/hate relationship. People like Cindy often cross the line and then wish they could take it back but its too late. You’re right ecd – its BS.

  54. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 10:06

    ???????????????????????????????????????????????

    Thanks ecd

  55. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 10:09

Has the foreclosure issue been addressed?

  56. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 10:10

When this happened in the begaining, I told alittle about what happened in my family and I can tell you I am a good mother! My son did something very bad to his baby sitter!! I just think God everyday that we never let him baby sit her! Long story short I could have killed him before the cops got to my home, the only thing that stoped me was my daughter being home!! He was 15 yrs and knew what he was doing, well the dumb judge we had a lady 1 was going to get him help she said and we would have to bring him home!! This was after Dr. had talked with him and had told my Hubby and I that if we had not found out what he was doing this would have gone on for along time and not to ever bring him home!! Now if anyone has ever been there my heart could not take this but I could tell them without the Dr. he would never come home!! I had to think about the well being of my daughter and she was just 5yrs old and what was this going to do to her!! But I can tell you I would never be a Cindy!! To save my daughter I had to let my son go!! My sister with no kids had to take him to keep this dumb judge from trying to put him back in our home!! That was not ever going to happen!! To this day my daughter is a healthy 21yr old that is working and in school still living at home. But the boy has never said he was sorry and we have never talked again not that him saying sorry would ever fix this!! So my Hubby and I to this day know we did right!! So you see Cindy only lies to herself!!

  57. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 10:24

Wow, Half, I am so sorry. I don’t know what to say at this point. But it just goes to show that even your own kids can turn out the wrong way. It is not your fault with his upbringing, you tried everything. My ex husband’s family is pretty sketchy as far as the gene pool goes and I always wondered about some form of mental problems that they always considered normal and they let slide. Hence, he and they are no more, I couldn’t stand it anymore. I may be crazy but not weird.

  58. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 10:27

Muesli; I can’t look for the washer and dryer thing anymore. I guess we have to call in some forensic archeologist to find it.

  59. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 10:28

    Thank you Carol

  60. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 10:35

With counsling that we went thourgh, I learned that bad things can happen to good people! But however if one just shuts their eyes to it, in hopes that it will go away!! Well then the bad thing turns the good peolpe into bad people!! That is the :sick Ant. family in a nut shell!!

  61. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 10:45

    Hi Everyone,

    Halfspot,

I admire you for your strength! No parent should have to make a choice between or among their children. However, your experience shows you truly understand the term “unconditional love.”

Even with a broken heart, you were able to love your son enough to hold him accountable for what he did. At the same time you protected your daughter. What a difficult position to be placed in, but it compelled you to do the right thing for both of your children. Bless you dear-heart.

  62. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 10:51

YW Caroly, it may keep happening but you’ll know why now. I googled everything under the sun trying to find out what it was. LOLOL
I think Cindy knew Caylee was dead for quite some time. Cindy’s quest, as far as I’m concerned, was to find out from Casey (by blackmailing her with LE, if necessary) where the body was and some of the details so she could better help cover it up. Cindy KNEW she (Cindy) hadn’t seen Caylee in a month. She had Lee go out looking for her on July 3 and also knew that no one had seen Caylee. This was NO surprise.
Halfspot, sometimes tough love is required. I think it’s better to save one than to have both children go down. It’s a tough decision, but the right one.

  63. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 10:52

There is an update in the Top Post from the Clerk of Courts’ records. There is a “Notice of Cancellation in the Ant Foreclosure case. Wonder if the Ants settled up with BofA?

  64. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 10:55

    Hi eastcoastdeb,

It’s so good to see you! You must have heard me thinking of you several times this week.

  65. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 10:56

That must have been a tough time Halfspot. But you did the right thing. And your daughter has benefitted and the tragedy of your son has not hardened you. You really did write your own ending to a difficult situation.

The whole Ant family is so strange to begin with. They have no real friends of substance except George Marie’s friend, the cop from Ohio that came down there to help him. The Milstads were only bottom feeders, looking for a hand out. They weren’t friends with the neighbors or talked to them. Hell, I’ve got them coming over here all the time and a walk around the lake takes forever yaking to who’s ever out and about.
They all talk so weird, like they are almost talking backwards and in the third person. Chomp thinks she is the remake of the Virgin Mother and above all with her f**cked up thinking pattern and Queen ruler of the house syndrome. George is a spineless d**k. Tube Socks is a real strange person too. Is that really blue /gray eye shadow he wears or what? UGH! Freaks! I’m glad I don’t live close to them.

  68. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 11:03

LOL Smoke, how are you? I knew this would be cancelled. They had something up their sleeve all along. I hope someone watches them closely if they move back in that house to see if those renovations are occurring that George mentioned outside the courtroom.

  69. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 11:04

Thanks for everyones kind words! Yes with Cindy wanting to hide clean-up cover-up and lie after lie! Does she not care if Casey just say walked away from this how long would it be before someone blow up in that house!! Not a home a house! Or just say Casey could find a man after this!!( Now that would be  ) That would have her and she has another baby ok and then wants to have a life without that baby or hurt Cindy again!! Is this what Cindy wants for her to be out to kill again if she wants!! Just makes one  at times!! I just can’t believe at times that this is a true life story!!

  70. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:06

Thanks Smoke. Well, I’ll be darned. I wonder how they pulled that off? Please let us know if you hear anything else OK/ Thanks.

  71. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 11:07

Hi Smoke – thanks. I read most of it last night instead of going to bed.

Its hard to see how Mason can be on a legal team with Baez whom he said such unpleasant things about.

Notice that he did not jump on board until after LKB and Lyon were already on board. He doesn’t seem assigned to any particular part of the defense that I can see so far. Lyon is the DP, LKB is the forensics, Baez is the team leader, Mason is ????

(Now I have my question mark back thanks to ecd I have to use it  )

  72. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:08

    Uh Carol,

eem..{clearing throat} Tell us how you really feel about the Ant family.
Of course, you won’t get any arguments from me on your take of this “fam damily.”

Cindy had the nerve to say on the ABC Show last week, the inmate Robyn was a PLANT! Well, she should know. I believe Cindy went back to work on 15 July 2008 to set her co-workers up as PLANTS! She had already told them about Casey’s mini-vaction with Caylee (said with tongue in cheek) and the romantic get away with Jeff in Jacksonville.

So, she goes back to work after cleaning out the car and pretends to be on the phone with Casey asking her about the car, according to Charles Crittenden’s transcript. Well guess what?! I just checked Casey’s cell phone records and Cindy spoke with her briefly just before getting to the tow yard… no further contact with Casey via phone until 4:27 p.m. text message – “major problem!”…. “Call me!”

  73. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 11:09

If they save their house I would like to know if it is still under Cindys name or maybe the fraudtion!!?

  74. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 11:11

On Good Morning American Cindy says that she mentioned the smell she was really just saying anything that would make the police do what she wanted quickly – because that is what people do. Small wonder that her child thinks it is just fine to lie to police. Prior to the smell she lied about the car being stolen. Lying is normal for this family.

  75. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 11:14

Smoke&Mirrors, You can bet with all the stuff we find, that the state has tons more!! Casey gone!! So lie away Cindy I think all their lies just helps the state!!

  76. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:15

    Caroly,

I could be totally off base here, but I think Atty. J Cheney Mason joined the Defense Team to get Casey to change her plea to GUILTY! JMO He does not seem to be interested in familiarizing himself with the details of the case prior to joing Team Anthony. Does that make sense to you?

Everyone can see Baez is in this way over his head and someone needs to help reel him in before more ppl. start to lose faith in our judicial system.

  77. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:16

Sorry Smoke, got a little carried away there.
Next Cindy will say that River Cruz (?), the younger sister, was planted in jail too to talk to Casey!
Smoke, since you’re here, how do I find out about the new washer and dryer that the Ants purchased? I know they said they donated the old ones to chairity. Can’t find it now.

  78. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 11:16

    The Ant. are born lieing!!

  79. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:17

    Halfspot,

You are so right! There is no doubt in my mind that LE has filled in all of the important blanks. We may still have a lot of questions, but they have most of the answers! YES.

  80. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:21

Ahh, Haa Smoke, good point. See if this flys; Mason joined up so that when they disbar Baez, he would take over and save the day! Or, when Casey cries foul and fires bozo, Mason is there to save what’s left of her back side. ???

  81. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:21

    Carol,

IIRC, that washer & dryer story may have been put out there by the flambouant Cowboy, Leonard Padilla. I have not seen confirmation of that story anywhere.

Some time ago Humble hit LP up with some questions via e-mail. Based on his snarky responses, she decided to let him go (if you know what I mean).

  82. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:25

    Carol,

That is the only thing that makes any sense to me right now, but again I could be totally out in left field. He looks at Casey with such distain and has minimal contact with her. And I can’t believe that his legal brain cells (age notwithstanding) have dried up 40 yrs. worth of competent lawyering.

  83. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:26

Ok, thanks Smoke. :pouty: Cindy said that they were going to break her in 24 or 48 hours and couldn’t because there was nothing to break her on. Ahh, a proud moment for Cindy, a daughter after her own heart – cold, steel, stone heart, no soul.
Lenny is good at running his mouth and probably whitteling tooth picks.

  84. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 11:29

Cindy has no concern about emotional pain inflicted upon anyone. She knows Casey killed Caylee. Normal mothers would want their children to deal with the trauma or guilt (if there was any) to recover from the experience. It shows me that Cindy has no regard for pychological aspects of any event. I know Casey is a liar, but it makes it easy to believe that if there were sexual abuse within that family unit, Cindy would sweep it under the rug.

  85. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:32

East; could you just imagine being in a nursing home that Cindy runs and have her be your nurse?! :w00t: RUN or wobble out of there fast!!

  86. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:32

    No doubt about it eastcoastdeb,

I think I’m going to start calling Cindy “the CLEANER” or “Ms. Clean!”

  87. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 11:33

Smoke, just like Harvey Keitel on Pulp Fiction. LMAO

  88. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:34

    Mrs. Clean Chomp!

  89. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:38

    Carol,

Please don’t put Cindy back out in the field with real clients/patients. Her job is highly administrative. I believe her title is Clinical Practice Manager.

She is responsible for supervising other “real nurses” who actually interact with clients (120 – some in their own homes and others possibly in nursing homes). Cindy is the liason between the LPN’s and the doctors in terms of passing along paperwork regarding client care plans.

  90. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 11:40

Yes you are right eastcoastdeb, but they want to sweep it all under the rug!! It also makes you wonder if the letter as Cindy says was all a plant by the state!? To me it looks like it could be the other way around and Casey writing all that about poor me and then what C&G not being mad about it that makes no sense!!

  91. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 11:40

Ok Carol, that’ll work too! Mrs. Clean Chomp… very descriptive of what Cindy does best!

  92. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 11:41

Yes smoke that does make sense. I have been wondering for ages why noone has attempted to plead this thing. I truly believe that in the early days, had Casey said it was an accident that she covered up, she would have had a deal on manslaughter simply because they could not prove how Caylee died. Now, she and her parents and Baez have given the state such a strong case because of all the lies and media interviews and smearing everyone connected to the Anthonys they have the death penalty back on the table. Now, noone is going to settle for less than life and Casey is never going to agree to life or admit she did anything wrong.

I don’t think Mason will succeed in this if you are right. Maybe that is why he looked so tired when addressing the press after yesterday’s hearing.

  93. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:41

Oh, thank God. Doesn’t seem like she is going back there any too soon.
I’m looking in any newspapers for more on the house hearing this morning.

  94. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 11:46

Caroly, maybe Mason looked so tired because he is older than dirt to begin with and his rug/ weave was giving him a headache.

  95. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 11:48

Carol – the Orange count clerk document indicates a motion for the foreclosure at 9:45 a.m. tomorrow. Don’t know what the motion is or how to find it but someone else may.

  96. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 11:50

Carol    Are you implying he is in the dust to dust phase of life?

  97. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 12:01

Just look at all this mess and mistruth out there now of the  Ant family they do take the cake and eat it too!! I learned this going through counsleing, your kids are what they see and what you teach them about half of that anyways. Then the other half is them, their own person something in them that they don’t learn from others something that is just them!! Thats what makes us all different, but I do think the Ant. let Casey run around get away with anything and everything!! Then Cindy worry’s about what others may think? Not her child!! They do no wrong!! So then just look at what Cindy now has. All this mess and the more they want others to see them as good people the more lies that come out and then more clean up and more cover up!! So with that said, what Cindy see’s is what she gets!! You have it one  Ant. family!! Cindy should be so proud!!

  102. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 12:06

    Back, yes I’m bad Carol

  103. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 12:09

Half, “just let her be an ass on the thing”. That should be our future motto for that ridiculous family. Let them all hang themselves!

  104. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 12:10

Caroly, what you said alittle bit back about why not say Caylee death was an accident? Casey could not say or do that the body would have told them different!! That earliy on they would have known that Casey killed her and how!!

  105. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 12:11

Smoke, thanks. So do you think they really skated on today’s hearing, is that correct?

  106. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 12:16

Carol, when she said that about ‘the thing’ she thought she was so suave. She had this smug look on her face and she looked like a bigger idiot than usual. I think they should put her in a room and play that repeatedly till she goes into a coma.

  107. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 12:17

    Carol,

I may have mislead you. The hearing was and continues to appear on the docket for tomorrow. The Top Post was just a drum roll for the upcoming event. Then to complicate matters someone filed a Notice of Cancellation dated yesterday.

Problem is I don’t know what they cancelled. The hearing is still posted. Yikes! I think I just confused myself. Time for a break. Stay safe!

    BBL

  108. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 12:17

Caroly, The split toof princess would never admit she killed Caylee, imo. That would be way too below her. Biatch.

  109. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 12:18

Good point Halfspot. I hadn’t thought of that.

Yes, Carol – Kronk B.C. indeed. He actually does a little bit like a neanderthal come to think of it.

  110. Halfspot on 22 June 2010 at 12:18

You can’t bring your kids up right if you are to worried about what other may think!! But you also can do your best and it still does not work. But I think we can just look at the Ant. family and know they did not do their best!! When they open their mouth and chit!! comes out, Then we can say they are truely  the hole lot of them!! Well off to do alittle cleaning will be back soon. Hope everyone has a good day!! Hugs to all of you, this is a nice place to be!!

  111. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 12:19

Smoke, take a break. I’ll keep an eye on the store for you while your gone.

  112. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 12:21

smoke- even with your link I can’t find where to go for the motion that is supposed to be heard tomorrow. I think motions have to be filed somewhere before the hearing. Maybe not with foreclosures.

If I were a banker I would not let those cruising boozing snoozing As have one penny of mine. They would be evicted so fast. We don’t need to worry about where Casey learned to have fun before meeting her responsibilities.

  113. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 12:24

Halfspot – I think that what happened to the Anthony’s is much like what happened to the Gosselins when they broke up. I think they are addicted to the media and they do the interviews for themselves unrelated to their daughter. I could be wrong. It is possible that Baez puts them up to it as he used to be a media hound. I think the more experienced lawyers have told him to stop flapping his gums.

  114. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 12:39

Halfspot, I completely agree. The reason Cindy is so hated is because she did nothing in the matter of child-rearing. Casey was thrown up not brought up.

  115. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 12:43

Caroly, I bet the bank really doesn’t want to be stuck with that house either. What the heck would they do with it?

  116. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 12:56

Hmmmm. I sure would not buy it. The karma must suck!

  117. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 13:00

Maybe they should just have a fire sale and be done with it. I’ll bring kindling!

  118. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 13:04

And I’ll buy an airline ticket, come down and help Florida’s economy at a bad time, and get some gasoline for your kindling.

  123. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 14:07

Just for your viewing pleasure. Please note that they paid their property tax, but not the mortgage. I don’t understand that.

    http://www.octaxcol.com/PropertyTaxSearch/PropertySearchDetails.aspx?AccountId=342470&AccountType=1

  124. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 14:10

Hi muesli. Thanks for that link. So, they only paid the $1266.00? Isn’t that only for half a year? It is up here.

  125. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 14:12

The accessed value of their home is $93,000+. They owe something like $121,000. I wonder what they would be able to sell that house of horrors for on the open market.

  126. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 14:14

A couple down the street here didn’t pay the state taxes for two years but paid the mortgage. The State has them up for foreclosure next week. If they pay all the back taxes and the July 31 installment, they can stay in the house. That’s they way they work it up here in good old WI. No messing around with the State.

  127. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 14:16

Carol, that’s funny. No, it is for the entire year. By Florida standards, it is on the low end of the realty market. Wish my bill was so little. Anyway, they did pay it in November.

  128. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 14:19

Carol, maybe that’s why they paid the tax. They didn’t want to mess with the state. Guess they thought they could play with the bank. Do I remember correctly that George had a case against him from BOA for some shenanigans involving bad checks a long time ago? Smoke, can you verify this for me? Save me the time looking it up.

  129. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 14:24

I just googled the Ant foreclosure hearing. It is June 23, tomorrow at 9:45. So, I guess we will see tomorrow. Have a good night’s sleep G & C!
I can’t get over how cheap the taxes are down there.

  130. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 14:24

Thanks smoke for the explanations and muesli for the link.

I cannot believe that you can buy a house in Florida on that size lot for only $93,000.00. That’s amazing. Is that a result of the plummeting house values we read about or has it always been around that amount?

  131. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 14:46

Caroly, have you really looked at the size of that lot. Their fenced in backyard was like a cluttered postage stamp. Very, very small by Florida standards. It is an old Florida ranch type house, wood framed. From the size of the house 1700 sft, it must have been very crowded in there, and no privacy. I would think you could hear everything everyone said. And remember, they only had to pay something like $767 a month. That is nothing in todays market. Lucky to get a one bedroom apartment for that here.

  132. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 15:05

So, they claimed they had three bedrooms and an office all squashed in that little house?! I wonder how many bathrooms – two? Wow, cramped is right. I think I have a small house; three bedrooms 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, sun porch, dining room, laundry room all squashed in just under 2,000 sq. ft. Of course I don’t have a kitchen though. HA! :w00t: Just kidding!!
I really don’t care what they do or don’t do. They are both a couple of horses a**es. I really hope they get thrown out of there. They deserve each other and their lovely daugther the toof princess.

  133. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 15:19

I cannot believe that one of them did not go back to work. Are they really raking in so much from their “foundation” (I gag on that word) they can eat and dress and pay lawyers and go on cruises?

  134. muesli on 22 June 2010 at 15:20

Time to clear off the laptops and other junk I have accumulated on the kitchen table today. It is almost time for supper. See ya all later.

  135. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 15:32

    See ya muesli!
Caroly; I think they must be raking in plenty with their disability checks being depressed and on all that medication. I don’t know what George Marie would be able to collect, maybe he is getting Social Security since he did try to commit suicide with all those paper cuts and drinking those 5 beers. They probaly bought and paid for the vehicles when the cash was rolling in. Otherwise those would have been reproed by now.

  136. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 15:35

If any donations are still coming in I think they would be far and few between. How the he!! would anyone believe any of their crap AND give them money?! There are alot of strange people out there. Remember the guys sending Crasey money in jail? Wow.

  137. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 15:39

If they ran up the credit cards for like the vehicles, my guess is that they are declaring bankruptcy with the whole house deal. Do we have accountants out there to tell us how that works? One of my kids’ goofy friends in college charged a new car on his new credit card! Yes, a college kid! Needless to say he flunked out of school. Dope.

  138. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 15:53

Carol Do most employers have disability plans in Florida or is it a government thing (I know about Social Security but isn’t that only for people over 65/)

  139. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 15:57

Have to go for now. Husband’s home. 6 more days until he retires!!!!!

  140. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 16:04

With Chomp working at a Health Care place, she would have real good insurance benefits that were most likely free as part of her wage package. She would have to be proven clinicly depressed and on alot of drugs. The ‘too frail and too worried sick’ to work song and dance. I don’t know how long she can stroke that though. Horge, on the other hand would be able to collect a partial benefit from S.S. after working all those years even though the guy is only what, 55? In WI. if you try to commit suicide twice or more, you are elidible for benefits.

  141. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 16:04

    Later, Babe!

  142. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 16:22

    Hi Everyone,

Having a severe thunderstorm here so I may be popping in and out. Here is some info. regarding Ms. Clean Chomp’s career:

Cindy Anthony Depo by Prosecution – 28 July 2009
    http://www.wftv.com/pdf/21310276/detail.html pages 14 – 16

Q Okay. If you could just give me a narrative of the employment that you’ve had since nursing school.
A Right out of nursing school I started at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. That’s where I graduated from nursing school.

Q How do you spell that?
    A Trumbull, T –

    Q Oh, Trumbull.
A Trumbull Memorial Hospital. And then I started working in 1981 for Oscar F. Sterle. He’s an orthopedic doctor in Warren, Ohio.

    Q O k a y.
A And then when I moved here in 1989, I started working for Jewett Orthopedic Clinic.

    Q O k a y.
A And I left there in 2002 to work for Gentiva Home Care.

Q All right. What do you do — are you working now?
    A No.

Q Okay. Are you on some sort of sabbatical? FMLA?
    A Yes.

    Q How would you –
A I’m on disability leave right now.

Q Okay. So at some point in time you desire to go back –
    A Yes.

    Q — to Gentiva?
    A Yes.

Q What was it that you were doing for them?
    A I’m a manager of clinical practice.

Q Which means? What would you do on a daily basis?
A I have a caseload of patients, about 120 patients and I have a staff of nurses and physical therapists which I have to manage.

Q Okay. Is that — you said you had a caseload of clinical patients?
    A Yes.

Q So you still did hands-on work –
    A No.

Q — with patients, or no?
A My nurses and therapists out in the field did. I had to review their — all of their paperwork and submit their care plans to the physicians and make sure all the orders were complete, make sure the insurance was, you know, billed and everything.

    Q Taken care of. Right.
    A So, yes.

    Q All right.
    A Like a case manager.

    Carol,

As of George’s last B-Day 5 SEP 2009, he is 58 y/o. Cindy is on L/T Disability for up to 2 yrs…. expected return to work date should be sometime in January 2011. It is her testimony that she plans to return to Gentiva.

  144. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 16:51

Thank you Smoke. Now we know. I didn’t think old Georgie boy was 58. How old is Ms. Clean Chomp? 55?

  145. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 17:02

    Carol,

    Ms. Clean Chomp just had a B-Day 5 June 2010. She is 52 y/o.

  146. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:02

Let’s take a poll to see how long it takes you to clean your car. Vacuum, no windows, front and back seat, no dog hair involved, vac trunk, shampoo trunk, no beer invovled and no neighbors.
I am going to time this tomorrow but the time will be off due to dog hair and the beer factor and I have a SUV. I’ll let you know.

  147. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:04

Wow, I’ll be darned. I would guess 57 years old. Something about those saggy breasts I guess.

  148. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 17:05

Don’t forget Carol that the exterior was washed because there was only one latent near the trunk area. Also Cindy cleaned the footware.

  149. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 17:06

They’ll be dragging behind her on the floor by the time she’s 57, Carol.

  150. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 17:17

 Looking forward to hearing your results. Of course, if it is your plan to reconstruct what Ms. Clean Chomp did and how long it took her to do it with the Sunfire before she returned to work, you must consider this:

Must take a shower ….90 degree temps…. cleaning a car inside a garage… Ms. Clean Chomp would have to freshen up…. then she make a 20 min. – 30 min. trip from LostSpring DR to Semoran BV, Winter Park (work).

Debbie Bennett’s recall of the time Cindy returned to work on 15 July 2008 is way off…. no way could she have gotten back to work by 2 – 2:30 p.m. It was almost 2 p.m. when George got possession of the car from the tow yard.

  151. smoke&mirrors on 22 June 2010 at 17:19

 Ladies! Maybe she should go get Casey’s Push-up Bras. Not like she’s going to be needing them.

  152. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 17:26

Smoke, they’ll need to be lined with steel to hold those pendulums up.

  153. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:26

East, she’s going to need some of that heavy duty duct tape to lift those babies up past her waist! Ahhh, yuck!
OK, so we say that Horge washed the outside of the car. He seems to be good at that. Then, I think that he shampooed the trunk with the bissel shampooer, like I have. Fabulous by the way. Then he would have sprayed or poured some other soap or cleaner in there since he used the wet dry vac too. So, Mrs. Clean Chomp in the mean time threw in the stinking clothes in the washer and took out Caylee doll. I don’t know what kind of time span we are talking about so far.

  154. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:34

Smoke, didn’t Chomp say it took her about 20 minutes to clean the car? HA! Throw another lie on the heap! So, are we saying that Chomp vacced the inside of the car? Naay, I don’t think she would have. Didn’t they still find mud from Casey’s shoes on the back floor mats?

  155. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:46

Horge would have kept every electrical and motorized piece of cleaning equipment running constantly to shut out the sound of Cindy whining and wailing. And then give her a ‘yes dear’ every once in awhile. So, he is moving at a break neck speed since he is freaking out and he is anal anyway about cleaning. So, then, he claims he is done and dumps all the water from the shampooer and the shop vac in the back yard. Hence, the decomp that the dogs hit on. He goes in and takes a shower, Mrs. Clean Chomp MAKES AND EATS A SANDWICH!!! He goes to work to get away from her and she then goes to work.

  156. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 17:55

So, I’ll just continue talking to myself since I’m trying to make a point here. :ermm: Now, what normal person would go to work after cleaning out grave wax, coffin flys and human decomposition from their daughter’s car with her missing and the grandchild missing?! Just ask anyone for their opinion. Ask someone that doens’t even know about this case. See what they would say and think. ARE YOU FRICKING KIDDING ME???!!! GO TO WORK??!!! Sorry for the outburst. I just can’t believe that family!! :w00t:

  157. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 17:59

Carol, whether she said she had twenty minutes or not, I can’t see her doing it. She was back at work by 2:00 pm. She says she left at 5:30 pm and searched Casey’s ‘work’ (LOLOLOL) bag for info and found Amy’s phone number. She then collected Amy, went to Tony’s, took Amy home and returned home with Casey AFTER making two calls to the police. THEN, she helped concoct the moronic story about the ‘nanny’ and all of them got their stories syncronized for dates etc.

  158. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 18:01

Carol, I think they already knew she was dead. Chlry has said repeatedly that there was no need to grieve. That had been done long before.

  159. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 18:06

Yea, East, the Casey’s work bag, that always cracked me up. What do you think was in there? Condoms, X, make up. ????

  160. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 18:08

Ok, brain fry..who is Chlry? do you mean Mallory? Lee’s thing?

  161. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 18:15

I sort of think that Tube Socks and Casey came up with that story about Zanny, the invisible Nanny before the cops got to the house. Since Casey all ready had the name picked out from the bogus drivers license she used when she was stopped and the apt. complex scenario.

  162. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 18:18

Yeah, condoms, makeup, and sex toys Carol

  163. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 18:20

Chlry is a regular blogger who hasn’t been on for a while, Carol. She’s followed the case intensely also.
I think that Cindy came up with the story but one thing we can agree on is that Casey did NOT come up with it. If she had, she would have had the brains to have this statement all prepared BEFORE Cindy picked her up.

  164. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 18:23

Oh, yea, I remember her now. Cindy was definitly the brains about the Blanchard park far out story. Wow, did they think that anyone was really going to buy that crap?

  165. Carol on 22 June 2010 at 18:31

Well, East, the hub is done playing farmer planter guy now, so I will be the good wife and feed him. Later.

  166. eastcoastdeb on 22 June 2010 at 18:33

    See ya Carol

  167. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 19:10

Hi ecd and Carol I think Carol has it right about George washing out some of the trunk items and then throwing the water in the backyard. It would explain the hits in the car, the garage and the backyard. What do you think ecd?????????????????????????????????????????

  168. gigwails on 22 June 2010 at 19:11

Hi folks! Does anybody think G&C will finally tell the truth on the witness stand? I have a feeling they will find all kinds of new ways to say…”I don’t remember…”

  169. caroly on 22 June 2010 at 19:16

Well, believe it or not I have a task to do for ECD which I promised a year ago and is almost finished – a timeline for George from birth to now. I have done quite well but am now putting the data into English senteces in chronological order. Also, need to check two more sources of info. See you tomorrow or the next day, depending on when I finish the penultimate version which I will lthen ask Deb to check and Smoke to see if it voilates any of his timelines and then we will post.
