Why did Casey exercise her 5th Amendment Right when asked to complete an interrogatory from Morgan & Morgan Law Firm? Why not just say, your client is not the right Zenaida Gonzalez?

Because she needed a quick alibi and she is stupid. After she MURDERED Caylee, she had to come up with a ‘quick fix’ and thought everyone would believe her lies like C & G had always done ~ no questions asked.
Hello all, once again no sleep I will try and get some after my post!! You all know how much I love being here and just a talking to myself!
I would be jumping up and down about being 2 on the post but guess that would not be fair with the time and all!! Eastcoastdeb, just love the photo off the Miss America from the one post back! My Hubby says she is so ugly in that photo. Cindy should be so proud!!

Well, Casey had to say someone was nannying Caylee right!!Also they had to try and put the blame on some other Dude did it right! Just ask Cindy, she was such a good and loving grandmom that she had the Zanny the nanny phone number and add. somewhere at home for times like this right! Cindy did tell LE. that she had the number and add. so at times like this she could call or go over and see what and how her beloved Caylee was doing right!? C&G just never had any need to go or call over to the nanny right!? No need just because it had been what 31 days, still no worrys there right!? We just should find Casey is all, and ask her whats up right!? I mean after C&G pick up the car that smells like death just go to cleaning up and covering up but no worrys right!? I mean we have talked with Casey just not Caylee so everything is alright, right!? I mean we know Caylee’s at the nannys because if there”s a dog then there is a nanny, right!? So lets see no need to ever see or call or pick up Caylee at the nanny even after 31 days cuz Caylee was not our child she was Caseys right!? Also I found Casey with Amys help and I did not call for Caylee to come here to grandma cuz I just knew she was alright at the nanny!? Just ask Casey? I was so mad after cleaning and covering up that car!! It was just a big mess!! and boy did it smell well you know how hot its been and all with the trash that was in it!! A rotten pizza and all, right? I did not want to have to go over Caseys head and just call or go over the nanny myself cuz you know I did have Zanny phone number and add. but that just would not be right to just go myself!! So you know thats why I called LE cuz Casey would not take me there or go get Caylee with me you know!! So as soon as we all I mean Casey told Lee about the nanny taking her and then Lee told me. Well thats when I called LE. boy am I glad I did not call or go over that nannys house now because Caylee would have not been there and boy I would have been so scared and all!! Casey may tell some mistruths out there like her job and all but she would never hurt that child and if I could have one more day with her I could find out about this and let you all know!! No time to talk today Casey had to much to do going to Lawyer office all day and every day so I’ll get back to you all as soon as I can ok? Now we are just the all American family, we are the best and most good looking people in the world!! That is why the nanny ran off with that child you know the little girl, she wanted the best looking child she could find! Then babysit her for what almost 2yrs right!? So that way Casey would leave her one fine day so she could up and run away with her!! So now thats how this must have gone down right? Just ask Casey!! With those jail house letters Casey wrote to her pen pal, she does not think the nanny killed her?! But some other Dude did, so we just need to move on from here and let Casey go so she can have us another grandchild ok!! Thank you for your time the

Goodmorning everyone, IMO, cma, being the pathetic liar that she is, had to keep the intrigue going by pleading the 5th. I think she thinks that people will look at her and think, oh my, this girl is really scared, she must be telling the truth. Also, she knows that she has lied about everything to LE and her attorneys, and by being interrogated by Morgan about zany, her lies would be exposed on national tv. A real liar can’t be interrogated because they can’t be confronted that way. They need time to concoct the next lie and and remeber the last. Also, Halfspot commented about ca saying she had phone numbers for Zany. Well I’ve said this before, how could she have told LE that Zany is whoever is babtsitting Caylee at the time. I wish Morgan was on the prosecuters payroll. If anyone could get her to crack, I think it would be him. But her defence will never put her on the stand, because they know she’s a guilty liar. good morning everyone…I think Crasey started using the word nanny while still at the Grunds…at this time I think she just used that word to show them she not only found a new babysitter for Caylee….but a nannny…how important…Jesse even said she used the word Zanny…..I dont think at that time drugs were involved…it was after her 21st birthday and she got a taste of “the beautiful life” outside the confinement of Hopeless Dr. that she started using zanax…Sindy was making it harder for her to leave without Caylee because of the increasing frequency of her “work” schedule…even when push came to shove, Caylee was seen at parties “sleeping right thru the noise”…an indication in my opinion that she was being drugged…I also truly believe that Caylee spent a few nights drugged and in the trunk of her car before her demise…Caylee was also getting to the point in her life that she could verbally tell Sindy and WHorge where she was and what she did during the day…no nanny in any of her stories…just a little dog…
Today is my one year anniversary blogging at Humble’s Home…my dog had just had knee surgery and I waited til Mikka stopped charging lurking fees before I posted…I couldnt figure out how to pay Mikka cause I didnt have a paypal account hehe…I have met the greatest group of people on this blog

Good morning all. My first thought about Casey taking the 5th was that she is stupid. And, viola, Blessedknox’s first sentence says the exact thing. Halfspot, you were really on a role this morning. Does anyone know where that list of the Nanny’s phone number and address is? What a bunch of crock. Lynda, you’re so right. Cindy is so obviously lying to LE. Either she had the phone number of “the Zanny”, or she doesn’t even know who the nanny is at any given time. Where on earth does Cindy come up with all this garbage like “whoever is sitting Caylee at the time is the nanny”. Does she think everyone is as stupid as she is? MeMa52, you are so right. Because Casey knew she was a loser, she had to always be putting on airs. Everything she did was so pretentious, as in a nanny, and not a babysitter. My grandchildren in Switzerland have a live in nanny. I know her, I know her family. She is fantastic with the kids. If I ever suspected for one single second that something was not right, you can bet I would be on it like bees on honey. I see those babies on skype many times a week. 31 days alone will convict Casey. We all take better care of our pets. By the way MeMa, how is your dog’s knee?
Should we call the A’s to make sure they are up for this morning’s hearing on their foreclosure? Actually, they probably don’t have to be there, just their lawyer. Where do they get money for a lawyer. Also, if they both are not working, why do they need two cars. Aren’t they supposed to be broke? We probably won’t hear anything about the foreclosure hearing, unless one of the new media sends someone over to the courthouse this morning. I hope they do. Cindy repeatedly stated that “Zanny” was a topic of discussion in her household for at least two years prior to Caylee’s death. Casey told her about her friendship with Zanny and Jeff in the April – May 2006 timeframe.
Cindy also started telling her co-workers Zanny, Jeff and Zach around this time and kept them up to date even as regarding Casey’s “vacation with Jeff in Jacksonville, FL” during the first 2 weeks of July 2008. So, when did C & G Ant learn Zanny’s real name? ANSWER: 15 July 2008 When did they learn what Zanny looked like? ANSWER: 25 July 2008
There was at least one other person who Casey told about Zanny (aka: Zendaida Gonzalez); Jeffrey Hopkins and Zachary Hopkins in that same timeframe (Apr 2006). Here’s what Richard Grund had to say:

Inquiring minds want to know. It is my belief that some of the shocking answers to a lot of what has taken place in this case could be cleared up if we could follow the money. And I mean all of it! The problem however is due to Privacy Laws, we will not be able to gain access to the Ant’s financial and medical records beyond Public Record docs, such as, some info on the property value, taxes, etc.

It points out how ridiculously insane the whole “Zanny the Nanny” story is, but C & G Ant continued to peddle this crap until they realized from reading the Blogs that the public was not buying what they were selling. Not to mention the fact that Lee’s personal investigation turned up nothing but dead ends!

A couple of weeks ago, while researching some information via discovery docs and A/V recorded tapes, including some in Humble’s Case Document section on this Blog, I found some of the links no longer work. Example: Richard Grund’s transcript noted in my ealier comment came from Valhall’s “Searchable Docs Library.” I’m glad she was able to capture this information in .pdf format before the news media supplanted them with other more current news.
By the time this case goes to trial (if it goes to trial), we may find there will be limited discovery docs to go back to for reference. That’s why it’s a good idea to blog about events from the discovery docs, news articles, court hearings and other sources of information in real-time. If we think our memories about some of the details are failing us now, what will it be like by May 2011?
BTW, let me take this opportunity to say any of the information you find on this site regarding the Who’s Who listings and Timeline of Events is for you to reference and or copy, should you care to do so. I do not get all bent out of shape about copyrights. Once again, I caution making hard copy printouts because this data is constantly being updated.

I just finished reading the transcript of Mr. Grund’s interview with LE, which Smoke posted. Wow. I had forgotten most of what was said. If you haven’t taken the time to read it, I would highly recommend it. Mr. Grund was way on top of all things Casey. He had her pegged. Amazing is that Mr. Grund was the one who brought Brandon Snow to LE’s attention. Mr. Grund also was very aware that Casey was trying to set up Jesse, as were Cindy and George. Can you imagine what a devil Cindy is to want to pin the murder of Caylee on an innocent man. She is evil. Reading about how she was screaming at Jesse and dropping the F bombs. Can you imagine yourself or your mother doing the same thing. She is low class, no class white trash. Wonder if Cindy used that foul language around Caylee. After all, it was a small house and everything could most certainly be heard in every room. Well, it is just after 10 a.m.. So, I guess the hearing at 9:45 is over concerning the foreclosure. I’ll go look around the media and sites to see if we know anything. Don’t forget to read Smoke’s link to Mr. Grund’s interview.

Note: And the only name Jesse knew was “Zani” (aka: Zanny the Nanny). Not Zenaida Gonzalez or Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. About a month after Casey told Rev. Grund about Zenaida, she (dumb a$$) kicked Jesse to the curb (canceled the engagement and moved on!).
I guess she figured if he had the nerve to expose her lie about Caylee’s paternity and his parents’ were not going to be able to baby-sit Caylee whenever Casey wanted them to, what good were they?! Huh!

I think Casey originally created the Nanny to assure the Grunds that she was working and Caylee was being cared for. She wanted to appear upper class and basically to just show off.
I believe that it was Cindy who cast suspicion on the Nannay likely knowing (since she went to Universal on July 3) that Casey had no job and no nanny. If there were no such person, she couldn’t be traced and neither could Cindy’s cover up. Casey is very dense. She left all items that would incriminate her in the car and at the site. She had no inclination of hiding anything because in all her years, Cindy mopped up her messes and fixed things.When Casey told Lee that Caylee was with the nanny, it was Cindy who jumped in with ‘who’s taken her’. There was no mention of kidnapping prior to this, it was Cindy’s story.

But NO, not Cindy. She was already set to find a way to suspect someone else had to have something to do with Caylee “missing” other than her loving, trustworthy daughter. ~heavy sarcasm~ Oh yeah, the same one that Cindy wrote a blog to on MySpace talking about her betrayal and lies. The same one Cindy told her BBF Ryan, Casey is a “sociopath!”
Ms. Clean Chomp finally had the answer/nonanswer she needed now that she had an opportunity to do what she told her co-workers… give Casey a chance to explain!

Thanks Smoke. If this wasn’t another one of Cindy’s ‘productions, how could she stop thinking about a possilble kidnapped or dead child and divert her attention to fighting with Casey. Paleese. She already knew Caylee was dead and was putting on a show so that her words would be remembered. As long as Cindy doesn’t have to take the blame, she’s find.
There is no way someone who loved this baby could find a car with the death smell after not seeing a child for a month, and stop long enough to route through Casey’s wallet for money and other things, fight about trivial matters if they weren’t already aware that Caylee was gone for good.

All i know is, when baez returns to work from his vacation, he is going to have to hit the matt running. Judge perry kept reminding the attys. About the witness lists, discovery doc dates, etc. And wftv suggested there’s another doc dump coming within the next few weeks. My guess would be sometime around 7 july 2010. The ZFG Ticket theory has been debunked. Atty. Richard Hornsby and Humble did some research on it. Sorry, it did not pass muster. There was a code on the tickets that referenced locations. That’s about all I can remember.
It was a wonderful theory that stayed around for a long time. However, recently, even Valhall backed away form it. IIRC, it MAY have originated with her or someone on WS.

I’m glad to hear that about the tickets Smoke. It’s too complicated and diverts attention from the murder. It was just too convoluted to tell a jury without them falling asleep or giving up because of the twists and turns

I rather enjoyed the reading many of the theories… lots of creative minds… ppl. doing reasearch… putting the pieces of the puzzle together… cool! Gave us somethings to consider. Now, as we move closer to the trial date (May 2011), it is my hope that we will continue to use these periods of slow to no news to sort out the facts.
And again, anyone is welcome to copy any info I have uploaded to this blog. No copyright issues here. Just no, my feelings won’t be hurt if you want to do fact checks. Actually, I would prefer it if you did. I don’t always get it right. Surprise! Surprise!

The Caylee Daily is usually all over the Jail Vistor Log “thingy.” I believe there was one recently published for the month of May 2010. Only Baez and his rookie atty. Melanie [sic?] visited briefly on a couple of occasions. IIRC
Atty. Richard Hornsby did a thorough job of working the ZFG traffic ticket issue until he got to this part:
For once in my life, I find myself agreeing with Cindy Anthony; meaning that there was no way for Casey Anthony to extrapolate that the “C. Zenaida Gonzalez” who signed the Sawgrass Apartment log was actually The M-Team’s “Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez.”
Cindy was WRONG! The ZFG who when to Sawgrass Apts DID NOT sign the guest card. The Leasing Consultant, Harry Garcia wrote the information on the guest card (stated in narrative discovery doc). Even when Atty. John Morgan appeared on TV and said ZFG signed an application I would cringe. Most homeowners wouldn’t necessary make the distinction between who completed the guest card vs. who fills out an application for an apartment.
The one thing Atty. Hornsby could give Cindy credit for regarding this matter is, she cause the M&M attys. to take a closer look at the discovery docs. Then they added a footnote to finally clear that C. Zenaida Gonzalez issue up.
Oh Carol your poor doggie! They can handle it tho, seen quite a few three-leggers.

It’s all about information sharing and comparing. That’s why I really don’t get it when ppl. start to fuss and fight over comments made on many Blogs. I just want to try and understand what happened so we can learn something from it.
Maybe we won’t get the truth out of the Anthonys, but when I read other news stories that are similar to what Casey did, I find myself constantly trying to think of ways to prevent these train wrecks before they happen.

So it seems like ‘zani’ was something casey used any time she wanted people to leave her alone about Caylee. I wonder where Caylee really was during the times she was supposed to be with zani? Or maybe she’d been planning the murder for a very long time?
