The state will release about 5,000 pages of information in the Caylee vs. Casey case, tomorrow. Most of the information being released will be letters sent to Casey in jail. I am wondering if the state has any of the letters that Baez brought in. Oh wait, I am sure those are on his computer and Casey reads them as they meet.
Laura Buchanan and Bradley Wright will be questioned by the prosecution. Buchanan is a TES volunteer will be questioned under oath 16 August at the office of her attorney in Iselin, N.J. [Wonder why she needs an attorney] Wright will be questioned 21 July at a law office in Sarasota.
At the status hearing on Monday, Cheney Mason stated that the 911 call shouldn’t be heard in the trial. Of course, Cindy’s statement: “There’s something wrong. I found my daughter’s car today and it smells like there’s been a dead body in the damn car” sounds true to me! The defense is claiming it to be hearsay. Not sure that a so called “NURSE of DECOMPOSITION” wouldn’t know the smell of decomp in the car. And lets not forget the fact she went to work and said the same thing. The Judge said that will be heard at the 15 July hearing.

Hi Col, not sure why it wouldn’t be…these were words, by what sindy thinks she is, a NURSE of decomposition. Anywho, she worked under the word, NURSE and we see she is licensed, and said it at work, so I would think that they can use it! Of course, what the site says: So, too, would other spontaneous statements made by the defendant during or right after the crime. The words were made by Sindy not the defendant, which in turn to me means that no matter what her excuse, she said it. NOW, if she said it and it is a lie, which we know it is not, [one truth she let slip] she could be charged for that.

Good morning all. Humble, I believe just saying that your daughter just admitted she hasn’t seen her baby in 31 days would have been more than enough to get the police to the house. No one, not even Judge Perry (or the defense for that matter) buys into Cindy’s weak attempt to change her reason for saying what she did.

I can’t imagine what they were thinking. NOW had Casey reported Caylee missing immediately, maybe one would have gone out. But we know that she didn’t report her missing because she knows there would have been a BIG stir and Caylee would have found dead, and the cause of death would be known. I just can’t figure how she thought she would get away with it!
My bet is still on for July 15th. I say that the A’s will not attend, because of what will be argued about Cindy’s 911 call. I still have no takers. Can hardly wait to see who wrote to Casey. Wonder if their full names and addresses will also be visible, as some are in some of the interrogations and deposition which have been released.

I agree!!! She lied, cheated and stole from Cindy and got away with all of it! Had Cindy called the cops the night Grandma Shirley told her about the money being stolen, and Casey arrested, Caylee would still be here! BUT no, she had to listen and believe the lies Casey told! Cindy knew Casey stole from her, from Jesse, from Lee, from the grandfather, from Caylee’s piggy bank, and who knows from who else. What doesn’t Cindy understand about the word stole equating to the word thief? She didn’t even know about the theft of Amy’s money before all the others.
I remember so very clearly George Marie at the Morgan & Morgan deposition trying to avoid telling them that Casey didn’t contribute to the fiscal care of Caylee or to contributing to the household. He mumbled finally something about that she did sometimes bring some groceries. She was probably using his money to do that. What stupid people they all are.
Most interesting will be when we get to read the transcript of Rick Plesea. I hope he sticks to his original written and oral statements to LE. Just loved his emails. He certainly didn’t pull any punches. I truly feel sorry for the extended family, especially Shirley Plesea.
