After reading the ridiculous letters that Cindy and George have sent to the precious MURDERER, so state that she is in “control”! I am very surprised of these comments by these nuts. What is she in control of? Who does she have the control of?
Seems to me, this is why Caylee isn’t around today. Cindy let Casey do as she pleased. Steal as she pleased, run her mouth as she pleased. AND the biggest thing, lie all the time. Honestly, Casey has NO control and isn’t in charge. If she was, she sure as heck wouldn’t be in jail waiting for a murder trial to happen. She would be out running the streets, living the good life, all without Caylee.
I believe they say this crap to Casey so they feel they have her love and affection, something I sure wouldn’t be wanting from this murderer. Cindy is so afraid that if she doesn’t let her feel in charge and control, she will lose her only daughter, the one she raised into a murderer. George, well he is just a nut. He is so mixed up that he can’t figure out what is going on with the little “brat” child, but I do believe he knows that Casey killed Caylee. He is just to big of a puss to admit it.
Seems to me the State of Florida is in charge and control of ALL of them. They pay the pathetic Cindy and George disability, and have for almost 2 years. They control the C&G, without the state, they have no money. The state is also in charge and control of Casey. She sits in their jail, with murder charges and she can’t LIE her way out of the jail or the charges.
Then there is Lee, the only smart one who hasn’t written to Casey. I believe Lee knows that Casey in INVOLVED in the murder of Caylee. He has the Mallory writing to Casey so he doesn’t have to. I believe that Casey has tried hard to suck up to Mallory, remember in the letter Mallory TYPED up and sent to Casey? Lee gave me the letter you wrote him. Thanks for the KIND words about me….. Smoke, I went ahead and read rule 736 (yawn). As I recall, somewhere it was reported that Cindy stated they had never received notice of foreclosure by BOA. Could this be why they are contesting the foreclosure under rule 736, 2. Notice, (A). In other words, the way I see it, they are contesting the right to foreclosure.
Actually, I don’t fully understand these legal documents, but I try.

BofA wants to forclose the house, but someone else has a lien on it , which would mean they would come first? could be a private party who loaned them some money, like cindys parents…..jus theorizing….

Hi Liz, welcome! That is exactly why she wrote that letter to Lee and made a few complimentary remarks to Mallory. I also believe that Casey knew that Lee has info that will put her away. ALL here want to be leads for him, were nothing. She needed to try and keep him and Mallory under her wings.
I am not sure, read so many letters, but I don’t think I read in the letters to Casey that Mallory OR Lee believe her to be innocent!!!

Notice first that Cindy is “distraught”. I believe it to be true, but first: “my” Caylee is noted. Not Casey’s Caylee, but Cindy’s. Who is the mother?
“She came into my life unexpectedly, just as she has left me.
Here is an example of how we trust the statement. This is a truthful and accurate statement. Interesting comparison. When Casey was pregnant, it was obvious to all, but Cindy remained in denial, in spite of Casey being 6 months pregnant, and showing at her uncle’s wedding. She came into Cindy’s life and Cindy denied it. When Caylee departed, Cindy denied it. Fascinating. Cindy knew Caylee was missing, but when George brought home the car, she smelled her granddaughter’s dead body. Cindy denied it. She said that someone else put a different dead body in the car, or that it was pizza. She knew. You do not have to have any training in the world to recognize human decomposition. Once you smell it, you know, instinctively. You won’t forget what you have smelled (it initiates the gag reflex) and you won’t mix it up with a dead animal, nor a skunk, nor rotting food. It is distinct to the human nose and it is horrific. Cindy, as a RN, and George as a former sheriff deputy, both smelled it before, and both knew. It was the 800lb gorilla, sitting on the couch, between George and Cindy. Just as Cindy denied the arrival, she has denied the departure.
Now look at the pronouns highlighted. Before we do anything with a statement, we circle all the pronouns, and then circle the area where a pronoun is missing and should have been. Pronouns show ownership and direction in a statement.
Cindy: Caylee came into HER (Cindy) life. Caylee left CINDY. This is the emphasis. Casey accused Cindy of stealing away Caylee and even having Caylee call Cindy “mommy”. THIS IS AN INDICATION THAT CASEY WAS TRUTHFUL when she reported that Cindy was attempting to be Caylee’s mother, and that a jealousy dynamic existed. Although Cindy has denied this contention, her own words weaken the denial.
“This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love.”
This is language (“angel”) employed when a child is deceased. Children are playful, messy, and at this age, need constant supervision. They know very little and must be taught how to use the bathroom, how to eat, how to pick up after themselves. In fact, if, at this age, they are neglected, it will impact them for the rest of their lives. At 2 1/2, the child must learn the very basics of life. It is often when a child dies that the child is now upgraded from learner to “teacher”, who, in Cindy’s mind, now has the ability to not only be “from above” but to impart “strength” to Cindy and provide her with “unconditional” love. “Unconditional” love is one without conditions; and this is sometimes found in the language of those who have failed in their parental capacities, as they have regret. They state the love to be without “conditions”,meaning that they may have been forgiven (in their own minds) for transgressions because the child continues to love in spite of what they have done to the child.
By stating that she is from “above”, it is a strong indicator that on July 4, 2008, Cindy is acknowledging, at least in writing, that Caylee is dead.
Now she is gone and I don’t know why.
I also believe this to be true. Cindy does not know why Casey did this. Remember, if Casey has not told her, she may not know why, but it doesn’t mean that she doesn’t have ideas as to why. “Was it to pay me back? Jealousy? Revenge? Wanting freedom? What have I done?” Whatever the reason, Cindy may well believe it is personal, against Cindy. She has portrayed herself as a wonderful grandmother and Casey as a wonderful mother, someone who is good with money, someone who advises her friends, is responsible, and so on. We must listen carefully to the words Cindy uses. This is where Statement Analysis can pick up deception and meaning.
“All I am guilty of ”
This is in the form of negation. This is information not sought but offered, and tells us that Cindy is guilty. Within her words is:
“I am guilty”
This is something also seen in confessions. “You think that I did it??” Innocent people generally do not frame the words “I did it” within their denial.
“Art thou the King of the Jews?”
Christ answered, “thou sayest it”.
In other words, their words frame the very thing they attempt to deny. LISTEN to what Cindy says.
is loving her and providing her a safe home.
Not a loving home, nor providing her a “home” but a “safe” home. Extra words give us extra information. Cindy chooses the word “safe” which means that she has been thinking of danger. What danger? Danger from Casey? Remember, jealousy or envy, is powerful and was behind the first murder of Abel at the hands of Cain, his brother.
Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her.
This confirms that Casey was being truthful when she accused her mother of stealing away Caylee; for even if it is in her own perception, it is what has been discussed and Cindy tells us Casey’s motive. Prior, she asks “why” but here, she seems to give herself, the answer. Even while publicly being in denial, she still knew. This would weaken the belief of experts who early on reported that she was in denial, truly, in the sense of psychology. As long as Caylee was thought to be “alive”, it may raise doubt in the mind of just one juror. Cindy knew that.
A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most.
Cindy is angry. Look for “but”, “however”, (etc) and learn that what follows is most important. For Cindy, the mother’s love is limited; unlike the “unconditional” love she got from Caylee. This is a stark view into Cindy’s thinking. She can get “unconditional” love from Caylee but she herself cannot love her own daughter, Casey, unconditionally. Why? why the difference?
Answer: Because Caylee is “above”, or in heaven, and can love unconditionally, but Cindy, here on earth, has a limit to the love she can give Casey. This is an indication that when this was posted, she knew Caylee was deceased.
A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began.
Cindy cannot love “unconditionally”; as she sets limits to her own love and now she is telling us, with changing verb tenses, why the love has conditions upon it. The love Cindy had was able to bear the pregnancy but then the lies began, and the “betrayal” began. This is highly personal for Cindy. We know that Casey stole money, even for Caylee’s birthday party (in an effort to “outdo” Cindy?), which may have been minor, but for Cindy, there is a “betrayal” in all of this, and it is beyond the boundary of her love.
First it seemed harmless,
Whatever it was, it was “harmless”, ie, that which does NOT cause harm. Notice in the word “harmless” is the word “harm”. In order for you to call yourself “normal” you were likely told you were “abnormal” or “not normal”. Cindy introduces the subject of “harm” into the statement.
ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change.
When a mother uses the word “child” it is an indication of concern or knowledge of abuse; especially sexual abuse.
In fact, if you are describing yourself growing up, you might say “when I was a boy” or “when I was a kid”, which is the norm. When someone describes themselves as a “child” it is often an indication that they suffered child abuse, likely sexual abuse. When a mother describes her daughter as “child” it may be an indication that she is worried, or failed to protect against child abuse. (we don’t say “kid abuser” or “kid molester”, but “child abuse” and “child molester” as the norm. This can be an indication of sexual abuse, or fear of it. When a mother of a 3 year old, for instance, frets about the bio father possibly abusing the 3 year old, she will often refer to her as a “child” rather than “girl” or “daughter”. We don’t go on any one indication, but put many pieces of a puzzle together, including allegations, and sexually acting out behaviors. If Cindy fears that Casey may have been abused, she would likely blame herself and this guilt would show itself in trying to save Casey’s life; even it it means lying. Remember, her love for Casey is broken past the conditional barrier Cindy placed upon it.
She is continuing to describe her bounded and conditional love that she has towards Casey. It is not like the love that Caylee has for her; instead, it has a limit, and the limit is betrayal. She tells us that there are lies that are “harmless”, indicating that she knows of a lie that is “harmful”.
This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal.
Remember: “this” is close, but “that” is distant. She confirms that she is speaking about a mother that is “close” to herself. In all of this, the third person shows Cindy, although describing herself and Casey, keeping a bit of distance. This is done when someone is uncomfortable with their own behavior. “Big Ben…I don’t like him much” Ben R said about himself. The subtle distancing is due to acute pain.
What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart.
This is what Casey has done to end the love: broken Cindy’s heart.
Observers with psychology backgrounds have often described Cindy’s drive to get Casey free as an attempt to alleviate her own guilt. It is not so much Cindy’s love for Casey, but rather, a desire to expiate her own guilt. I believe this theme to be an accurate description of some of the reasons Cindy Anthony is willing to go on national television and lie. She feels responsible for the death of “her” daughter, ie, granddaughter, who belonged to her; and not to Casey. This confusion and the jealous issue are strongly attached.

This may anger some, but: It is frightening for me to know that even though she smelled the odor of decomposition AND she washed the clothes that had this odor, and attempted to scrub away the evidence of death, in her calls, she mentions MONEY and auto theft before she reports about Caylee. Some may say that this is part of Cindy’s denial, and it may be. I cannot imagine a child in my family going missing and even bothering to report stolen money, credit cards or the family car. This is an insight into the life that Caylee had. (see analysis on Caylee’s last moments). Note also, in Cindy’s mind, money is important. It is not just money, but “lots” of money. Recall: Cindy attempted to franchise Caylee’s name in order to make money and has spoken about book deals, and has also spoken about Nancy Grace and others making money through higher ratings.
Order is important. (see Misty Croslin’s 911 call). Order tells us priority in life, and chronological importance. It is staggering to believe that she may have spoken first about missing car, money, or that she spoke more about missing possessions than she did about Caylee. It is indicative of the care that Caylee received.
Remember: For 2 years, Casey lied about going to work and dropping Cindy’s grandchild off with a nanny. NOT ONCE did Cindy or George EVER even bother to phone the nanny, speak to the nanny, get references about the Nanny, call law enforcement, run the sex offender registry, or do anything to keep Caylee from “harm”. People take more care in dropping a pet off at a kennel. This is indicative of neglect and failure to protect Caylee. We learn of no efforts by them made. If they took this little care to protect her, why would anyone assume that Caylee’s life was anything but neglectful?

and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future.
Here we are given more insight into Caylee’s life, as well as Cindy’s animosity towards Casey; ie, what Cindy is like when the love she has has gone past the boundary that was a condition of it:
“the” baby. While in care of Cindy, she was not “angel” but “the baby” (she is not even Caylee or a term of endearment).
Notice change in language always. Change must be justified by context, or else it may indicate deception. When Caylee is missing, she is “angel” but here, while needed care, she is “the baby”.
Now, notice the importance of order of what CINDY did for Caylee:
“raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc”
1. raised
2. fed
3. clothed
4. sheltered
5. paid medical bills
6. etc
I would like to know: did Casey have coverage for the medical? Did she have a Florida form of medicaid? We have been told that she was not sick often, but very healthy so we might not expect to see many medical bills.
“raised” is the primary care. This is not an “angel” teaching Cindy anything, but a child who needs to be raised and taught.
“clothed” costs money.
“sheltered” speaks to housing, mortgage. (last report, Cindy refused to pay the mortgage for at least 9 months)
“the baby” is said to have been given these things. No mention of love. We learned that Caylee gave “unconditional” love to Cindy, but we do not have Cindy tell us that she gave Caylee “love”; only the expense of care.
Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?”
Caylee is no longer “the baby” but is now an angel.
Question: Why the change?
Answer: Because she is not being cared for, in the shelter, where Cindy “raised”, “clothed” and “fed” her as a “baby” would need, but now she is back to being called “angel” because she is in Heaven and who watches over those in Heaven, since it is not Cindy? This is likely rhetorical: “where did she go?” and “who is watching”
Notice also:
it is not “who is watching” Caylee, but “who is watching out for Caylee?”.
To watch is one thing, but to watch “out” for is an indication of being on alert for danger. “Watch out for the storm!” or “watch out for deception” is strong.
The Myspace page of Cindy Anthony gives us insight into the neglect experienced by Caylee Marie Anthony, as well as the explosive jealousy between Casey and Cindy.
It tells us that as of July 4, 2008, Cindy Anthony knew that Caylee was dead, which is why she uses heavenly language.

Lee Marie- idk if I’d call him smart but maybe the closest to normal one in the family, lol! I really don’t buy that Lee Marie and cma were as close as people think. In Lee Marie’s state depo interview regarding cma, he never brought up the obvious that she was pregnant and according to him he knew when she was around 3 months preggers. If your close to your sister you ask her about it. He says he didn’t bring it up because it was obvious and if she wanted me to know she’d tell me. And when cma finally tells Sindy and George that it’s not a tumor, it’s a baby!!!…She never tells her brother. Lee Marie said he just started seeing baby stuff around the house…He didn’t even go to the hospital when Caylee was born. This family is sooooo messed up! Ik, that’s putting it mildly. I just get the sense they were not as close as everyone would imply. Especially in the most recent years. I don’t think cma would tell her brother anything!!! Because the last time cma told Lee Marie something private he told Sindy!!! (when she thought see was pregnant again and was bleeding) Lee Marie knows CMA killed Caylee. I wish he would get the balls to say it! Also either admit or deny her accusations.

Good afternoon all… I won’t be here long, my son has a baseball game in a few hours, and I still have alot to do before then… I was just thinking about this case, as I often do, and something hit me… Do you think Casey will use the defense that she killed Caylee to “protect” her from George’s sexual innuendos??? Do you think that she told Cindy, Cindy didn’t believe her, thus the big fight, and that she could have killed Caylee to protect her???? Probably not, but in a case like this, EVERYTHING enters ones mind… That just happened to hit mine today, and thought I’d toss it out there to see what you all thought about it…
JustMe, ITA with that theory. Yesterday I thought the exact same thing. I think it’s the perfect “Oh now I understand” epiphany we are all supposed to have at the trial.
And I would imagine it would be more than enough (if true) to get WF out of the DP and into LWOP. Or maybe even with parole. Using the approach that Caylee was in line for the same manhandling WF had endured as a child almost makes it a righteous act to terminate her life to “save” her. Perhaps the abuse had already begun.
IDK but as time goes by, I think this is exactly where this case will end up. Especially in view of absence of denial by GMA or LMA. They are just heartbroken, not furious as would be expected. Heartbroken WF indeed spilled the beans.

I don’t think there is a statute of limitations on sexual abuse…. I’m not 100% positive though… I have heard of perps being prosecuted YEARS after the fact, but I don’t know if it depends on the age of the victim at the time, etc.. Not sure how that works….

Justme – my mind has gone in the direction yours did with respect to George and Cindy and Casey and sexual abuse. But the farthest I got was to believe that the lawyers are going to throw George under the bus and Cindy knows that. The reasons I think this are
1. Casey’s statements about the abuse ( and since we only have her word for it it is very unlikely to be true – she is a pathological liar).
2. George’s desire to see his daughter while Cindy, Jose and Andrea talk him out of it
3. George’s broken hearted letter about Casey destroying the family and asking Why?
4. Cindy’s failure to address the accusations in a letter to Casey.
5. The fact that there are no family visits – since the jury is coming from out of town the publicity would be irrelevant.
6. Casey’s willingness to do or say anything to blame someone else or get herself out of trouble.
But look at the family dynamics here. When WF was at the wedding 7 mos preg. The family denied it. Oh she is not sextually active. Her skank self in all pics. No father on birth certificate. Nice clean perfect house. George throwing dad threw glass. The gambling. The lies and stealing WF did. Don’t ya think this is a possibility. They don’t deny it and they don’t defend themselves sagainst the accusations. But make no mistake it is not an excuse for killing your daughter.

This whole abuse thing is a total fabrication by the Scanthony’s in an effort to build mitigating factors as to why this murder occurred. George is taking the hit (again) to protect WF. By being the bad guy, hopes are to get the needle out of poor lil WF’s arm. Lee is not quite the willing participant in this plan as George is. Of course, George has no choice – Spindy says just go along with it George or I’ll kill you.
In other words, it’s a result of more “brainstorming” at the kitchen table on Hope Spring just like the Blanchard Park scenerio or the misuse of the date June 9th.
Maybe the public will buy this story. They are busy little beavers…..

Well how can she use that? It was a nanny, yet to be found or gosh yet to be sought after, that had the baby and took her from Casey. I think this will be the defense! Or if it isn’t, she will forsure get the needle!
BUT with that said, there are different ways that Casey could have handled it, if IN FACT George did something to Casey over the years. Like go after George. I also believe that Casey abused Caylee her whole life. It got worse as Caylee got older. Had Cindy, the nurse impersonator, reported child abuse, LIKE SHE SHOULD have, claiming nursing credentials, Caylee would be alive today.

Suzie, fabrication is right, but the dork-team claims 100% INNOCENT! So she can’t even plea, because that would show guilt. After all this time and stalling tactics by the d-team, I think anything they come up with is just to get her a lighter sentence, ok well the DP removed. Last night I read some of the letters George wrote Casey in 09. He used words like “Goodmorning Beautiful” telling her how much he loved her and Hopespring Drive just wasn’t the same w/o his girls, Casey’s in Charge. I read this over and over, nothing but love and adoration… Nothing like, “Hey, what exactly happened to my beloved Granddaughter anyway” just I love you, I wish I could kiss you and hugg you and hear your voice….

I have to smile each time Cindy goes before the media because she is shoving that needle further into her daughter’s arm with each lie, mistruth, half-truths etc. I would think the only way Casey could get LWOP would be to fess up and ask for forgivness, but I don’t believe she will ever ‘go there.’
I can’t see Cindy telling the truth on the witness stand, and hopefully, she will be charged with obstruction with all her attempted cover-ups and evidence tampering, after this trial is all said and done. (Remember when she stated that she should have provided the PD with the dog’s brush instead of Caylee’s! That just totally sickened me! If she believed Caylee was alive, she would have packed up everything ever touched by that precious baby in order to expediate the truth as to what happened to her!)

Hi All. In for a minute. Every once in awhile I’ll tell my hub the latest highlights of this bizarre case. He laughs. One day he was home sick and the hearing was on. Of course he couldn’t rest cause the TV was blasting, so he watched it with me. He came up with the best rendition yet. He thought that this whole case was fake like the ‘Wag the Dog’ movie with Dustin Hoffman. Remember that? He thought that Bozo was a terrible actor portraying an attorney. He couldn’t believe it. The twists and turns are almost a weekly event, he said to keep people interested and keep the plot thickening and to keep it going.
Wouldn’t it be nice if that was true and in May 2011, they come out and tell us that Caylee is really alive and it was all a made for TV drama? HA! BBL

She levels sexual abuse allegations against Lee, saying he fondled her in her bedroom when she was betw. the ages of 12 and 15. Casey claimed she told Cindy about it 2 years ago and Cindy dismissed the notion; told her she was to blame and made excuses about Lee sleepwalking.
Casey also told Robyn, “I think my dad used to do the same thing to me, but when I was much younger.”
Notice how Casey frames the accusations in a manner that may lead you to draw the conclusion that both Lee and George had inappropriate sexual relations with her, but did she really say that?
Then you remember her statements to at least two other people (Jesse G. & Tony L.) Well, this is where the inconsistency in her story comes into play.
Here’s what she told Jesse G – In September 2005 Casey told him of an incident when Lee attempted to have sex with her in the Anthony home. She said it happened “recently,” but would not expand upon how recent. She didn’t feel comfortable with Lee being around Caylee.
This was when Caylee was approximately one month old and Casey was 19 years old. And there was no mention of George.
In the June/July 2008 (prior to 15 July 2008) timeframe, Casey told Tony L. the alleged sexual abuse story (similar to what she told Robyn) from Lee happened when she was a young teen. But there was no mention of George.
Let me be clear. I think Casey LIED about Lee and George sexually abusing her. Of course, that doesn’t mean the Defense Team won’t use this story in the penalty phase of the trial with hopes of saving Casey from the DP.
While I’m back on this subject, I don’t want anyone to misunderstand my point regarding the seriousness of real sexual abuse cases. Unfortunately, it happens more than any of us may know. However, as traumatic as this experience can be for a child, it does not cause most to grow up to become murderers.
Casey is a Pathological Liar who can’t keep her stories straight! Okay, off my soap box now.

Didn’t casey claim in her letter to robyn that she was asleep when the alleged abuse by lee happened. she indicated that she would wake up & her bra would be shifted or pulled up (who wears a bra to bed?) and that someimtes she would find lee sitting in her room.
I think she also stated that she thinks she had a”dream” about being abused by george.
Neither one of these are direct accusations, (I think, I was asleep, I dreamt) just putting it out there.

Ant. family down to a tie!! I’ve told alot of you that have been here from the begaining of all this mess. About what had happened to my daughter, even with her being only 5yrs old it was a very 
day!! We did get her the help we knew she would need then and yes later as yrs go by at times she needed even more help!! Also my Hubby and I to needed at times to reach out and get help!! We all went through some very bad times but we are all stronger for it!! I do wish it had never happened, it did hurt so!! Yes one also thinks not in my family, but it did happened!! You just can not put your head in the sand and think it never happened or it will go away!! Because I was on top of it, and did not worry about what other people would have done or not done!! My daughter grew up to become a very Happy and Good person also was loved and can give love back and yes she is a strong person for what happened to her!! It also helps to have God in your life!! We can talk about any thing and if she needs to reach out for help to someone other then me I understand!! So yes you are so right S&M having bad things happen in your life does not make you a bad person!! Your words ring true!! You are right on the money and that comes from someone that has walked in those shoes!! My daughter would be the frist to hold her head up high and tell you this!!
