Todays Court hearing…02 July 2010

Magistrate is DENIED by the Judge Perry.

The defense MUST give a detailed list of what they want to inspect of the evidence at the OCSO.  The OCSO WILL have to move due to the weather, where there is air conditioning.

The OCSO will be present, the prosecution will be present;  video recording will be present and will only be when the evidence is inspected..open, closing, inspected, nothing MORE.  Judge Perry will have someone on hand sitting at the phone, just in-case Baez needs to whine!

And one more issues because, Baez needs to! He is mad that they released the correspondence with Casey.  He says it is a violation of Judge Stricklands order, to be turned over to the defense.  [Well we know he can't stand Judge Strickland]  He has an issue with the letters being released. BIG DEAL!

Where was emergency? Did I miss that?!

  10. Colhere says:

“2:22 Baez brings up that he is displeased that the state released letters written to Casey in jail.

2:29 Judge Perry: Law on inmate privacy is clear: They have none. ”

Hah.. they got such a good deal when they ousted Strickland!!

  11. Carol says:

Her lip really took a hit, looks split. Aww, too bad.

  12. mikka says:

    brb………………………

  13. I see alot of the problem is that Baez doesn’t know how to argue correctly. If he would sit down shut up and put someone in there with experience, they might win more motions…

    Mikka, you BEAUTIFUL stinker!

  14. chachi says:

looks like she read her daddy’s letter and decided to loss some lbs

  15. Carol says:

  18. Carol says:

You can’t tell me that that fat head didn’t read any of the letters yet. We read ‘em all , why can’t he?!

  19. muesli says:

Humble, that’s it. Mr. Biaz just doesn’t know how to argue a point, and to stay on topic. He rambles all over the place, but Judge Perry put a stop to it. All the whining about the letters had nothing to do with today’s hearing.

  20. chlry says:

yeah she’s poor alright but can still shell out money for cruises and tattoos and one diamond earing for papa joe …..LOSERS

  21. mikka says:

  38. mikka says:

make a nap too,see ya all later!

  39. ~LisaG~ says:

mikka, she sure does look like a 50 year old hooker. Not that there is anything wrong with being 50, unless you are only 24.

Time for lunch and some wine. My head is spinning from Bozo and his long drawn on useless speech about nothing.

    interesting:
The new chief justice of the Florida Supreme Court today formally created an Innocence Commission, a panel of judges, lawyers and others, to study why Florida courts have wrongly convicted at least a dozen people only to see them exonerated years later and released from prison.

The panel won’t investigate the cases of people still in prison who claim to be innocent. Instead, it will look at those who have been exonerated and what went wrong.

New Chief Justice Charles Canady has ordered the panel to propose reforms and possible changes in the law.

It’s to issue an interim report in one year and a final report in two.

The commission has 23 members, including Belvin Perry Jr., chief judge for Orange and Osceola counties; Preston Silvernail, chief judge of Seminole-Brevard; State Attorney Brad King, who serves five counties, including Lake; Gerald Bailey, commissioner of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement; and state Sen. Gary Siplin, D-Orlando.

Siplin has first-hand experience with the criminal justice system. He was found guilty in 2006 of stealing $9,000 in state funds and forcing three legislative staffers to work on his 2004 re-election campaign, but an appeals court overturned his conviction.

The commission is expected to hold public meetings and review case files. Canady, on his second day as chief judge, also authorized it to hire experts to conduct new research.

The point is to “chronicle the common errors in these cases and propose reforms”, Canady wrote in his five-page order.

Justice Peggy Quince did groundwork to get the commission launched, helping secure $200,000 in funding from the Florida Legislature this spring. State Sen. Mike Haridopolos, R-Melbourne, also helped secure funding.

The commission is to have two full-time employees who’ll work in Tallahassee. One will be executive director. Nineteen lawyers have applied for that job, including two from Central Florida.

They are Betty Llantin of Orlando and Alison Clough of Mount Dora.

  46. smoke&mirrors says:

    Hi Everyone,

Maze ~ TY for sharing that article regarding the Innocence Commission.

Museli ~ I agree. The OS story does not report what we observed in the Emergency Motion Hearing today. Judge Perry worked out a compromise between the Defense and the Prosecution and set out some ground rules for the Expert Witnesses to INSPECT the discovery/evidence.

  47. smoke&mirrors says:

Here are a couple of articles that may explain why J. Cheney Mason was not at the hearing today.

Embattled Jim Greer assembles legal team
    By Michelle Yoffee | June 09, 2010

OVIEDO-Former Chairman of the Republican Party of Florida, Jim Greer, has hired a Central Florida “dream team” to help him through his legal woes. Greer served on the Oviedo City Council from 2004 to 2007.

In addition to the outspoken Damon Chase, Greer has retained Orlando lawyers J. Cheney Mason and Donald A. Lykkebak. They are all known for handling high-profile cases. More>>>

Judge sets trial date for Greer

THE ORLANDO SENTINEL, FLA. | ANTHONY COLAROSSI AND RENE STUTZMAN | Thu, Jul 1, 6:16 PM

July 01–An Orlando judge today set an Oct. 18 trial date for ousted state GOP chairman Jim Greer.

Greer, 48, of Oviedo, did not appear but filed a written plea of not guilty.

A statewide grand jury indicted him in May on six felony counts, including grand theft, organized fraud and money laundering. He was arrested on June 2 and hauled from his Oviedo mansion in handcuffs.

Greer is accused of funneling $125,000 from the state Republican party into his personal bank accounts by setting up a company and then, as party chairman, hiring it to handle all major party fundraising. More>>>

  48. ~LisaG~ says:

    Thanks mikka and Maze.

I think the photo’s of her in court today, are extremely long and narrow looking, meaning everyone in those photo’s looks long and narrow and lean. Like on some flat screen TV’s where you have to adjust the picture at first, unless you like everyone looking short and stout or very tall and very unnatural long looking.

Yup, looks like the toof is still gone. Poor baby, but that won’t keep her from eating. She can’t just chomp in and rip her food apart, she will have to use a knife or shank and fork to cut up her food to eat.

She’s so nasty looking. Always was, always will be. When they say how beautiful she is on TV, I end up screaming and scaring the kids and the dogs!

  49. mikka says:

lisa ,no matter how her pa and ma say she looks beautiful, cindy and geo DONT cant make beautiful children, look at them both!

  50. mikka says:

s&m thanks, guess mason get paid for this job!

  51. Dianne says:

Looks like OS got with the program, the headline now says motion denied !!

  52. mikka says:

    from wftv
    this loosers!

WFTV reviewed the list of new witnesses who will be brought in to help defend Casey Anthony. Casey’s parents and brother are on the list, too.

  53. mikka says:

    i agree with bill!

Sheaffer says jurors are tougher on defense experts.

“A defense expert is getting paid to come down, getting paid to testify, getting paid to reach the conclusions they reach,” Sheaffer said.

  54. muesli says:

I posted the link yesterday to the prosecution’s list of witnesses, and Cindy and George were on it. How on earth can they be on the defense’s witness list?

  55. mikka says:

muesli may she changed her mind, the prosecution will have a field day with the ants!

  56. muesli says:

I can’t seem to get a video of the entire hearing. I saw something in the blink of an eye at the very end that I would like to review again, before commenting on it. Anyone have a link to the entire hearing? Smoke, can you hear me. I only get part 1 from WFTV.

  57. mikka says:

    oh suzie,its hernadez fault!!what a idiot!

  58. mikka says:

muesli wait i bring the hearing video here

  59. muesli says:

Thanks, mikka. I’m watching it now. They are in sidebar.

  60. muesli says:

Who is that man with the bangs sitting next to Casey. Wonder what lies she could be writing now.

  61. muesli says:

I’ll bet she left her hair down like that covering her face so that mommy dearest couldn’t see her face. Where’s George Marie?

  62. muesli says:

In case you don’t know what I am talking about, I am now watching the video of the hearing, part 2. I missed a lot trying to watch it on TV and on the computer.

  63. muesli says:

Puffy sleves. Where does one buy a blouse now a day with puffy sleves.

  64. Suzie Jane says:

    Salvation Army, Muesli.

  65. Suzie Jane says:

Not that I shop there.

  66. ~LisaG~ says:

muesli, I believe you can buy the ugly puffy blouse, in that very odd color, from the Pirates of the Carribean website, for ugly not in style clothing.

    Suzie,

I don’t feel sorry for Syliva Hernandez. She knows the rules and made the choice to help pass the notes. But your right, anyone that does come into contact with WF or the rest of the Scamthonys, does end up with a ruined life.

The only one who never had a choice, was poor sweet Caylee.

  67. Suzie Jane says:

Lisa – Pirates of the Caribbean!!!  Arrrrrrr

  68. muesli says:

Orlando Sentinel deleted its first report, and replaced it with the correct information, without so much as a sorry, trusting readers, we made a mistake. How are we supposed to know what is real in the media with such sloppy work as this?

  69. ~LisaG~ says:

I agree Muesli. They are sloppy because they are in such a rush to report the latest happenings in this case, whether they are accurate or not.

I think Casey should be made to walk the plank now, before she gets too large and makes it fall apart.

  70. muesli says:

Wonder if Ms. Lyon too Casey’s application to law school back with her to Illinois. Cindy, Cindy, Cindy, you don’t wear a brown jack over a black and white printed housedress.

  71. muesli says:

LisaG, I bet they wrote that up before Judge Perry finished speaking. There was a point where I thought he was going to give in to the defense. They probably ran off with that at that time. P.S., I love you Judge Perry. You are one intelligent man. Did I tell you I love you? I love the way you handle Mr. Jose Biaz, who really needs to attend some more classes, i.e., lawyering I.

  72. muesli says:

that was took not too. Time to get my nails done.

  73. ~LisaG~ says:

I love Judge Perry also. He is such an intelligent, fair and very articulate man.

Unlike Boozo, who is not a man, nor intelligent and does not know the meaning of articulate.

Man, the way Boozo went on about Casey not having any privacy in jail made me laugh. I loved when Judge Perry cut him off, and told him nobody has any privacy in jail.

    Again, Boozo is a nimrod.

  74. muesli says:

When Judge Perry sits there with his eyes half closed while listening to Biaz, he reminds me of Garfield.

  75. sally lewis says:

hi everyone it looks like the new guy was texting for casey while they were at the sidebar what a bunch of losers.

  76. muesli says:

Have to leave for a while, we are late for happy hour at the club. I’ll be back in a couple of martini’s, after which I am not responsible for any snide remarks or Anthony bashing.

  77. Molly says:

You guys crack me up with the puffy shirt stuff!!

I missed the hearing today, had doctor appointment. Only say the first 15 min. I would have never scheduled a dr. on a hearing day, but this was an “emergency” hearing. oye
love that perry, didn’t give baez what he wanted. hahhahahahhaha
who is the new lawyer guy at the table?
perry being VERY careful NOT to leave them all alone near this evidence. Thank you! is dr. lee supposed tobe there? glad they are filming it!

  78. maze says:

in session came on here later..I watched a few min of it..cindy had a wad of gum in her cheeks man she was chomping, not a pretty picture for someone who cares so much about how they look! espceially with the whole world watching

  79. chachi says:

PERRY VS. STRICKLAND, PERRY HANDS DOWN!!! “BEAR IN MIND THIS IS AN EMERGENCY HEARING” “BEAR IN MIND, I HAVE BEEN HERE SINCE 8.30 THIS MORNING…BEAR IN MIND…I WAS HERE TILL AFTER MIDNIGHT LASTNIGHT…BEAR IN MIND” YOU TELL HIM PERRY…

  80. Diana says:

I love it when Judge Perry says…….This is a first degree murder charge and the state is asking for the ultimate penalty…DEATH by lethal injection!!

Can anyone in a million years just imagine HOW that would feel to hear that ? I’d just want to die , but there sits Casey…..cool as a cucumber smoothing her hair and not even reacying. Unbelievable.

  81. Molly says:

I noticed George was not there. Good for him! don’t go & sit there like nothing happened & your daughter slammed you. Plus she doesn’t even care that they are there, won’t even look at them half the time. If i were innocent & sitting in jail, the first person i would be looking to see is my mothers face.

  82. Molly says:

diana – I totally agree. Nothing seems to phase her at all! Like going to court is just something to do for a while until she gets out (she thinks).

  83. Molly says:

I wish baez would stop saying “this is a very unusual case” or special case. he said it 3 times. Get over it baez, it’s not that special. mother murders baby daughter, period. you have to defend her, you don’t get any special favors or excuses as you think. yes it’s high profile in the media, lots of people are watching, that doesn’t change your job or the prosecutors job. Just get with the program.

  84. caroly says:

Molly – both part 1 and part 2 of the hearing are on wftv.com. Mikka posted the link at 11:39.

Baez is so incompetent when he has none of his co-counsel to tell him what to do. He asks for things but can never cite any law to back up his request. Then he is stupid enough to bring up the Phil Spector case which was the case where the judge was going to allow testimony about Dr. Lee allegedly tampering with evidence. And this when he is requesting that the Sherrif and the prosecutor not be allowed to be present when his team inspects evidence. Thank goodness Judge Perry follows the law.

Whine, whine, whine. I think Baez is freaking out at all the work he has to do to get this case ready for trial. Lyon has bailed on him. Now Mason has another big case that is going to trial in October so he won’t have as much time. Baez keeps repeating “If deadlines are to be met …” when Perry has made it clear that deadlines will be met. Whining worked for Strickland. He must be hoping that it will work again,

I like the comparison to Garfield when Perry just sits there with his eyes slightly shut. I also find him like the Happy Buddha when he is smiling and making wicked cracks although he did seem very tired today.

  85. caroly says:

Interesting maze. If you have knowledge of a murder aren’t you guilty as an accessory or at the very least of obstructing justice?

  86. caroly says:

Just finished watching the hearing again. Bozo is amazing. He actually argued that since the defense wanted to watch the original collection of evidence at the time Caylee was found, and since that request was denied, therefore, the judge should grant this narrower request to see the evidence with only a special magistrate present. And all this despite the fact that there is no basis in Florida law to grant either request???????????????

  87. Hi sally, Welcome! I wasn’t watching during the sidebar. I will go and look at the video. NOTHING would surprise me at all, but I thought the Judge’s rule was no cell phones!

  88. batwoman says:

Bozo is soooo incompetent! I love the way Judge Perry handles him everytime! And boy did CMA and Sindy look awful today! WF looked crazy and Cindy with the jacket over the moo-moo! Too funny. The tree is getting closer to the apple!

  89. ~LisaG~ says:

Oh wow, didn’t catch that one either Sally.

Diana, I know what you mean. Casey is so out of touch with reality and has been brain washed by Bozo. He probably told her, just spend some time in jail, make it look good, and then as soon as this pesky little trial is over, you will be free and can take that across the country RV trip.

  90. batwoman says:

They are all starting to lose it! Ha Ha!

  91. ~LisaG~ says:

When I see Casey, it’s so obvious why she always kept her hair short, to try to balance out that long egg plant face. Now with those long greasy locks, she can hide behind them.

I really think she was medicated today. And didn’t anyone tell Sindy she was dressed for a cool, brisk, day, not for the HOT Florida sun.

  92. ~LisaG~ says:

They lost it a long time ago batwoman, only thing now is, it’s really starting to show. I thought BOOZO was going to cry and stomp his feet when Judge Perry told him he can have his evidence review, but under his rules *Judge Perry’s* rules, and that the video taping would NOT be for cameo appearances.

I have Dexter on right now, summer re-run, and I wish Dexter was real. He certainly would WF a dose of her own medicine. He also likes to use duct tape.

  93. batwoman says:

Lisa. That’s what I thought about Sindy too! Here you have her dressed for fall and then ther is Bozo’s assistant in the backgroud looking like she is ready to pole dance!

  94. ~LisaG~ says:

    OY, that should say:

Give WF a dose of her own medicine.

  95. ~LisaG~ says:

Well I guess not only will Casey be getting a jury of her own peers, but part of her defense council will be just like her, a pole dancer. Well wanna be pole dancers anyway

  96. ~LisaG~ says:

Casey probably sits in court, day dreaming about her everyone thinks she is so gorgeous and beautiful. She actually believes she is untouchable. *She is untouchable, no man in his RIGHT mind would want any of that scank*

  97. batwoman says:

I was trying to think how to describe her today. My first thought was a beached whale!

  98. Brad 'shopping cart' Conway says:

I noticed the baby murderer wasn’t smiling today. Did they not fix her horse teefus?? I love how Baez is referring to stricklands order. Gee, now you want to whine about strickland?? I thought he was inappropriate and unfair?

All I can say after watching this farce is LET’S GET TO TRIAL!!! There is NO reason for all this nonsense. Get to trial let’s get it over with.

  99. batwoman says:

No wonder WF had that crazy look on when leaving the court room. She had a flash back to her old life when she looked at the pole dancer! Ha ha WF

  100. ~LisaG~ says:

She probably was either medicated or told to show no emotion or expression what so ever. After all, it was an EMERGENCY hearing. It was such an EMERGENCY, that they arrived late.

I agree, enough of this stone walling already.

  101. batwoman says:

It is coming Brad. And what’s up with George Marie? Don’t tell me he has a job! Not!

  102. ~LisaG~ says:

Excuse me bat, that should be, “WANNA” be pole dancer

But wait, theres more. After all, she was on that pole, feeling up that other girl, because that was what was required to find Caylee. You know how some 2.5 year old little girls are, can’t keep them out of the bars…

    She makes me

  103. ~LisaG~ says:

Bat, I believe Georgie Marie was not there today, cause he was back at watching the real kidnappers. You know, the ones he told the world about, and how he was watching them.

  104. Brad 'shopping cart' Conway says:

Yes Mika I am numb too – WHY WHY WHY! lollol Wait – I did not see Zam the Turtle today…will he be testifying?

  105. batwoman says:

Good one Lisa! But were Sindy and conwheels excuses for being there? Damn Sindy looks crazier than a loon! Wonder how the foreclsure is going?

  106. batwoman says:

I meant why were. Sorry bb probs

  107. batwoman says:

Lisa and all I will catch ya on chit chat tomorrow. Have to get up early for work. Stay safe!

  108. ~LisaG~ says:

Bye Batwoman, see ya tomorrow

  109. ~LisaG~ says:

If anyone is here, I was just wondering if you also wonder why Sindy comes strolling out of court, all smiles and giddy for the camera’s. Does she think she just came from some happy family event??

Seriously, these people are a shameful bunch, and task me so.

  110. Molly says:

Lisa – I love dexter too!!

George isn’t there cause he’s made at the criminal. i hope he’s finally putting his foot down.
did casey even look at cindy?

  111. Molly says:

lisa – cindy just like casey, like they’re attending an event!

  112. Molly says:

sorry – george is mad at the criminal

  113. ~LisaG~ says:

    Hi Molly

I guess this is Georgie’s way of showing her that he is, like you said, mad at her. He’s ok with her murdering Caylee, but the sexual abuse allegations pushed him over the edge.

Does this family even realize in their twisted minds, that Caylee, their beautiful grand baby, was murdered by Casey?

I’ve always felt in their minds,

    Out of site,

    Out of mind

  114. quarterhorse_trainer says:

Hi… You guy’s are Hysterical
I officially LOVE JUDGE PERRY!!! yay!!!
And… I think the long hair (notice she’s not wearing hardly any makeup?)
I think they’re trying to “soften” her image and make her look more like a young girl, that couldn’t do such an evil thang… No more chic short hair-cuts and jet black eyeliner. AND boy oh boy was she medicated today? Looks like the Bella Vitta, stripper pole, chlorphorm, neck-breaking maniac is now a sweet looking darling with long flowing locks… She just looks like a cadaver in puffy sleaves to me. DID YA’LL SEE Sindy clutching her hands together in prayer when he belted out “The ultimate punishment, death by lethal inj” That what Caylee got… Death by lehal injection didn’t she? Lady Justice will prevail… GOD BLESS YOU JUDGE BELVIN PERRY!!!!!!!!!

  115. ~LisaG~ says:

    Great post quarter!

I also mentioned she looked like a corpse, but cadaver is more like it.

She can clutch her hands all she wants. There is no God for her to pray to. She is cooked and she knows it. All the defense is doing is their usual stone wall tactics. Boozo looked so upset he didn’t get his way, to have a magistrate there, while they look over the evidence. Who do they think they are? I think Judge Perry rocks, and he is a very fair man. He is serious, and is so sick of Boozo and his nonsense. Why did Boozo think it was ok to complain about Casey’s privacy today? I was thrilled when Judge Perry told him to file a complaint with the jail. He also reminded Boozo once again, in jail nobody has any rights to privacy.

I think she was medicated today, after all, this was an EMERGENCY hearing, choke.

I really think Boozo has Casey so brain washed into thinking she will go free.

  116. Molly says:

she did not look good at all today. looking way older than her years.
perry is so calm & cool when he zings him. there is no privacy in jail! not even for your “special” criminal client. it’s florida law.

i think perry is very well prepared when he gets to court. i think he knows exactly what is going to happen & he has brushed up on whatever they are arguing that day. he must have known there were no other cases in FL to site. of course baez unprepared again, has none at all but brings up the spector case!!

  117. Molly says:

Lisa – I agree, i think baez has convinced casey she will walk.

  118. ~LisaG~ says:

    Molly,

Every time Casey has been in court, it’s all fun and games. It’s like so not a big deal to her that she is there, because she is accused of murdering Caylee. After all, Boozo told her not to worry, she will walk. I mean, all the prosecution has is JUNK science…

I agree, I think Judge Perry is so well prepared for this circus, aka Boozo and his clown car posse.

In Casey’s warped world, her court hearing appearances, are a day out for her, to get out of her ROOM, as she used to call it, during those few G&C visits. When she enters the courtroom, she feels like a STAR.

    Silly pudgy snippet.

  119. Brad 'shopping cart' Conway says:

Judge Perry is brilliant because he is simultaneously preventing appellate issues AND basically telling Baez to stfu and stop bothering the court with the tiny hen-pecking issues like privacy, the media, letters being released. Baez CONTINUOUSLY brought that stuff up with Strickland but now that Judge Perry has told him “HEY I have nothing to do with the jail – if it’s cruel and unusual, file a suit – I don’t control what the media thinks is newsworthy…so that’s not my problem” In other words…QUIT BRINGING IT UP!!

Baez won’t really be able to keep mentioning this nonsense since Perry has ruled on it in a sense. And my GOD was Baez ever bumbling it up today. Another gimmicky hearing where he tried to go off on a tangent about everything in the world. Judge Perry even told him he was in court till 9, worked till midnight and was there at 8am. He takes this stuff seriously, Baez. Don’t worry…he won’t overlook anything.

  120. Molly says:

Casey is annoyed or put out that she even has to show up at court. baez has tried to get her out of being there twice now (2 judges). I’m glad strickland pushed this one & made her be present. and perry reinforced that ruling.

  121. Molly says:

so who were her & that other lawyer texting.? cindy was there & she has no friends.

  122. carol says:

I think that Casey should get the same treatmeat thst she did to her daughter and let her see how that feels and stay in the trunk of a car
    for hours.
Why do they have to keep blamming other people. They should be happy the Kronk found her. Because nobody else was concern.
Lets face it Casey diddn’t want to be tired down she just wanted to go out and party every night. And why did she wait 31 day to report her missing.Right there she is guilty. She was hoping that they wouldn’t fine her body but I guess it back fired. So because they found it know she is trying to blame it on somebody else. And who went ahead and contact kronlks X wife?
They had no bussiness doing that. And I hope that judge perry throws it out of court? Any body that doesen’t get along with there X will always say something to try and get them in trouble. Who is paying her. The dream team. The judge is got to stop letting them get all these new lawyers. If anybody backs out they should not be aloud to replace them. This is been going on for 2 yrs. judge struckland let it goe out of hand. So I hope that Perry opens his eye’s and has justice for Caylee.
    Casey derserves to die.

  123. carol says:

I bet Casey must be kicking her Ass know for getting rid of Judge Struckland
And I hope that Judg Perry puts her in her place and stop baiz from walking all over everybody

  124. ~LisaG~ says:

    Carol,

Casey is still very pissed off at Sindy, for calling LE to report Caylee missing. In her crazy mind, this is all Sindy’s fault. If it were up to Casey, she would still be out there, skanking around, stealing, partying, stealing, etc. She never ever would of bothered about Caylee. We all know she murdered Caylee. The Scamthony’s know it, the defense knows it.

It was Casey’s world, and she felt that Sindy and George would just get over Caylee being gone, and cover for her, like they’ve done all their lives. I truly believe if Casey had gone to George & Sindy and told them she had killed Caylee, they would of covered for her. They’ve already have tried to cover everthing up, starting with the clean up of the car.

Caylee will have her justice. It may take time, but she will have it.

  125. ~LisaG~ says:

Judge Strickland did the best thing for himself and this case, by removing himself. Not that I do not think he was not a good judge, he was very laid back, and allowed Boozo to control the hearings and carry on like a lunatic.

Judge Perry is a very fair, but no nonsense judge. I’m surprised Boozo has not collaspsed with boo boo belly issues, like he did way back in the beginning.

Casey is a murderer and she is poison. Everything she touches gets poisoned, and Boozo will go to his grave, regretting he ever got involved with her.

  126. nannab says:

Missed it all today.. catching up a little..WF looked awful.. bet reality is setting in. I like Judge Perry.. no nonsense it seems…Where was Col. Sanders?

  127. ~LisaG~ says:

    Hi nanna,

I seem to be the only one around tonight. I’m waiting for hubby to get home from work, so I’ve had some chit chat time.

Yes, she sure did look awful. I really thought she was medicated, and that pirate shirt did not help either. I guess being it was an EMERGENCY hearing, they told her NO smiling and giggling under any circumstances, therefore, she would have to be medicated to achieve this.

This whole fiasco is such an insult to Caylee, but Caylee will get the justice she so deserves.

    God Bless Caylee.

  128. Christine says:

Looks like Casey has started her “pre trial diet”…maybe her cash flow slowed down?

Cindy looks like she is wearing a mop on her head.

As for George….I have always believed he and Casey had an unnatural relationship…ditto regarding Lee. They are a bunch of nuts.

Poor Caylee…such a shame. God only knows what that child endured way before her mother murdered her.

Hope they ALL burn in hell.

Can’t wait for the trial….and the GUILTY DP VERDICT!

  129. ~LisaG~ says:

Yea, hubby is finally home, 11:43 pm. Poor guy has been working since 9am. Duty calls, and people need their oxygen and feeding tubes.

Good night nanna, and anyone else who might be still around.

  130. ~LisaG~ says:

    Whoops,

  131. muesli says:

    Good morning. Anyone here?

  132. muesli says:

Someone mentioned yesterday seeing Cindy outside of the courthouse smiling. I haven’t seen anything like that. Does someone have the link? Thanks.

  133. muesli says:

Also, I just read on another blog site that Casey looked at Cindy and said: “I love you.”. I didn’t notice her looking in Cindy’s direction. Does anyone have a visual of that, or know where it was reported in the media? Someone also posted that Cindy was chomping on gum while in court. I also didn’t see that. Did any of you? One of the things I did notice, was one of Mr. Biaz’s interns (the girls behind him), the one with the off the shoulder look. My first thought was, totally inappropriate attire for court, and my second thought was that she looked like she is interning for something like the 1 800 ax Gary type position. Wouldn’t you think whomever is tutoring these people to become future lawyers would address the correct way to appear in court?

  134. muesli says:

Gosh, its 8:30. The days almost gone. Are you people going to sleep all day? My mother used to wake us up on Saturday morning at 6:30, saying: “Are you going to sleep all day?”. Guess that is why I am, to this day, a morning person. By the way, we hated that.

  135. muesli says:

Anybody want to know what happened to the two baby racoons I found curled up together against my front door, all wet and scared looking?

  136. muesli says:

Oh, oh. My last post is in moderation. I was just trying to get you people here faster, ala Cindy using the smell of death in her 911 call to get the police there faster.
