Hi Lynda. Evidently, the mommy came and got them. I had animal control out and we couldn’t find them again. They were around for a few days. There is a piece of metal hanging down under the eeve of the house, and animal control said they have seen that before, so they probably fell out of the roof. Didn’t know we had raccoons in the roof. They didn’t look hurt, just scared. They were adorable. I left food out for them, but I don’t think they were weaned yet, as they wouldn’t eat it. Guess we care more for helpless animals than Casey did for her helpless baby.

Oh, by the way, on the link smoke gave, I noticed for the first time that blond headed boy sitting down front on the prosecutor’s side. Considering what could be said in court, I find that totally inappropriate. Are children really allowed to sit in on such a delicate matter? My guess is that he couldn’t be more than 9 or 10.
Smoke, the slide #12 is the only one coming up blank. In the other slideshow, #25 looks like she could possibly be looking at Cindy, but #31 she is looking towards her left, and Cindy was sitting towards her right. From that view point, she would be looking at the off the shoulder intern.

When I talk of the health care and all that they do or don’t get. I just read alot and get alot from the news. Also know of older people that just have medcare and if the state will not pay to have their teeth fixed but only pulled!! Then I don’t think that inmates are going to come at the top of the list! On getting any thing that will cost the state alot of money!! With the Casey case we all know it’s costing the state as it is!! I don’t think that they will let the family pay for any thing like that, because as the Judge said they have no rights!! Also lets not forget C&G have no money right!! 
We also know Casey has no money now!! Got to love it! She gave it all to Bozo,and he ran with it. Does not look like he got alot done with it! So he must have pee wee in the wind with it right!! Bozo may have learned from Casey on how to run with the money and get away with!! They all make me

They’ve got her heavily medicated now, it’s even hard for her to focus. She looks like she’s being haunted; maybe she is. Maybe Caylee’s ghost is haunting her at nite in her cell. I think Sindy almost had a heart attack yesterday when Judge Perry said “lethal injection” so forcefully. He definately won’t have an issue reandering the death penalty in her case, he’s not emotionally involved with this or any case. He’s a real pro. Get ready, I can see them mixing up the meds as we chat
Oh BTW… Happy Forth of July to everyone. Hopefully by this time next year; we’ll be toasting her conviction!

I was just looking at some pictures from yesterday’s hearing. That brown jacket Cindy had on must have been borrowed from some man. It was obviously way too large for her, and the video showing her coming to court had her just in her black and white housedress. Off for a nap. Just one other quick thing. Can you imagine the conversation between Cindy and George Marie when Cindy comes home from court. “Why, hello, dear, sweetheart, beautiful, gorgeous wife of mine who has all the money. How was your day in court? Did you see our little darling? Is she still so beautiful and gorgeous? Did Jose excel as usual. What a guy. Well, time to fill the gas cans. Are we having your wonderful pizza for dinner again? You know, the one with the miraculous image of Caylee in the pepperoni.” On that silly note, I’m off.

And then when Sindy and George Marie went on GMA at the end she say’s something like the grandparents didn’t have anything to do with this, they are innocent! That was it for me. I totally agree. You are spot on. I also used to like watching NG, way back in the day. But now, she is just too full of herself. She never says anything against the Scamthony’s, because she is still hoping to have them appear on her show. Does anyone remember, back in 2008, when they were supposed to appear on her show, then they did not show up?
JVM….don’t care too much for her, but I do like the fact she is an animal activist. I work in the animal field, and we depend on TV people like her, to get the word out.
I think it’s sad, that both NG and JVM, only profile and get the word out on missing kids, that have a, as they would say, a breaking news story behind it. I often wonder why they never brought back anything regarding that sweet little boy, Adji Desir, who was disabled, that went missing in Florida.
Bottom line, too many missing children everyday, and so few get the media time that Caylee, Haleigh and Kyron have received. Nothing against them, they are all innocent. You know what I mean.

Yes Lisa WF looked sooo bad yesterday. Was prob on pain meds but also some Zanny’s too. The worse she looks the better I feel. The less we she her touching her underlids the better I feel. She makes me nauseous when she is chrcking the mascara under her eyes. Eeewww! She was definately sadated. But look at crazy Cinday! Just laughed like I said the apple is getting close to the tree! I have never followed a case or taken in interest in one, like the WF fiasco. I remember the first day I heard about, was July 24, 2008. I put on NG, and when I heard a baby had been missing 31 days, and the mother never reported it, I was shocked beyond belief. Of course, the first thing I thought of, was the mother had killed her, and that’s why this baby was never reported missing.

As far as BoZo goes he is digging his own grave. He know’s she is guilty and is just trying to make himself famous. Very selfish! Does not represent truth. Just a piece of slime! Remember what happened to Johnny Cochran after he got OJ off? He died of a brain tumor. Very drawn out condition. Suffered a long painful death!

When the camera focus’s on Linda drane-burdike, you can see Jose in the back ground giving the prosecution really nasty, devious looks. That ain’t gunna do his little sweetheart anygood. I think Casey’s angling for a re-trial already. You can already see her getting pissed at her “dream team” 
OMG, she won’t be getting any retrial. NO APPEALS, nothing. Judge Perry will make sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed thats for sure.
The only way Casey will get out of this, is if she suddenly dies of natural causes behind bars.

Remember when Casey was spending every day at Bozo’s office? Everyday she went there, she was carrying a pretty large bag, and we all know what was in it, were all the photo albums, loose photo’s and video’s of Caylee. I bet if they dug into what went on those days, they would find she had sold each and every photo she had of Caylee. Bozo tipped her off, about how much money she could make with licensing fee’s.
I bet Sindy is so pissed she did not get to those pictures of Caylee first. But it seems she has enough to live off the money she makes for the rest of her life.

I’m doing good Muesli. We will be going over to my parents for the 4th. I’m doing all the cooking here, because my mom had eye surgery yesterday, and she can’t put any pressure on the eye, by lifting anything, or any type of pressure. So I told her, don’t worry, we will bring the festivities to her! She has a patch on her eye, and just wants to stay home.

Lisa, make sure your mom doesn’t bend her head too far down. That also puts pressure on the eyes. My neighbor had to really watch out for that.
Batwoman, I did once see a sample of the questions which will be asked of potential jurors, and there was a question there about blogging, if I remember correctly. Let me go see if I can find it for you. By the way, I would be going to trial from Sarasota.

gonna be humid and hot…92…Im in Indiana…rain late tonight but fireworks on the lake shouldnt be affected…we have a private lake on our property and a paddleboat…it is like a discovery channel back there…kingfisher birds, herons, geese, ducks and a variety of fish…clean, clear water…my granddaughter named it the “chocolate lake” because first time you put your foot in the water in the spring all the dead leaves have turned brown and look like chocolate…

The Kyron Horman missing child case updates grow thicker, as the latest news just in suggests a murder for hire plot. Kyron Horman’s stepmother Terri Moulton Horman allegedly offered a landscaper a large sum of money to kill Kyron’s father, Kaine. This is breaking news in the case.
Authorities shared the information with Kaine Horman recently, which is presumably why he filed for divorce and was able to secure a restraining order on his wife, take his daughter, and get it where Terri can’t even have a firearm.

You better check on the names of the Debbie’s at Gentiva before filing any sanctions against the State for not receiving her sworn statement prior to taking her deposition.
The person scheduled for depo on 4 June 2010 was Debbie Bennett, Cindy’s co-worker. She is a Supervisor like Cindy, but she is NOT Cindy’s Supervisor.
In the Emergency Hearing held 2 July 2010, you stated the person deposed was Debbie Polisano, Cindy’s Supervisor. Her sworn statement was released in the doc dump on 25 June 2010. However, a few quotes about what Cindy said to her the night of 15 July 2008 were included in an Investigative Report which was released in January 2009.
Of course, I could here Ashton chuckling all the way down the hall of the court house just thinking about you wasting time filing for sanctions on this matter.
So is it just me up too late… or did Baez mix up the two Debbie’s? I’ll check back later today to see if anyone can make sense of this issue.

Smoke&Mirrors, I have a raging headache this morning, and your last post yesterday evening has me so curious, I know I will have to rummage around my computer all morning to connect the dots. It is so easy to miss subtle errors, but this one would be huge. Breakfast this morning is 2 aspirins and a diet coke. Don’t know why I have this headache, only had one beer last night. I’m still trying to figure out the age of Mr. Mason. He got his law degree in 1968, so that means about 6 years of college. Assuming he was 18 when he entered college, that would make him about 64, if my math is right. 18yrs. old + 6 yrs of college = 24 yrs. old at graduation in 1970 = 64 yrs. old in 2010. Does that make sense to anyone other than me? Please correct me if I am off. Never was that great at math. Off to watch a movie and perhaps snooze a bit on this nice, cool (for Florida, that is) rainy day.

They are quiet and there is no media hounding them. I think the way they behaved during Mr. Morgans depositions, is how I’ve said they should of acted towards WF, during those first few jailhouse visits. Everytime they tried to ask WF about Caylee, she had a temper trandrum.

Cindy Anthony will testify at a hearing this month in the case against daughter Casey Anthony, TV stations reported tonight.
“The hearing on July 15 is about the panicked 911 call that Cindy made, which launched the murder investigation against Casey,” WRDQ-Ch. 27 anchor Darrell Greene said.
Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee. WRDQ, whose news is produced by sister station WFTV-Ch. 9, also reported that Lee Anthony has been ordered to testify at the hearing.
In the 10 p.m. news on WCKF-Ch. 18, WESH anchor Martha Sugalski said the State Attorney’s Office had served up a subpoena that Cindy would have to testify about the 911 call, which could be key in the case.
WESH reporter Michelle Meredith reminded viewers that Cindy had signaled the alarm in the case with her 911 call two years ago. But Cindy had little to say on Friday at Casey’s last hearing, Meredith noted.
Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby, who offers legal analysis for WESH, said prosecutors are “not offering to prove anything Cindy Anthony said is true. They’re only offering it purely to show why Casey Anthony did something.”
Hornsby theorized that Cindy Anthony will verify that Casey was sitting next to her during the 911 call and that it will put Casey’s version of events in context.

Wonder if Cindy has filed any objections. Surely, she will be trying to find a way out of appearing at that hearing. Another disability, perhaps? Mentally incompetent?
