Tony L. and Casey were having fun playing the ‘Beer Pong’ game. Tony L.’s company provided the DJ service. At approx. 1:15 a.m. the cops broke up the party.
SUN, May 25, 2008 – MEMORIAL DAY! Party was held at “Lake Vaj” Casey wore only an American Flag to the “Anything but Clothes Party.”
Casey was missing from the party scene for approx. 1-1/2 hours. She and Brandon S. got into a heated argument. Casey told Brandon she had been pregnant with his baby and had a miscarriage in February 2007. He did not believe her story. This upset Casey causing her to cry and to insist on leaving the party. Cindy babysat Caylee at the Anthony home because she believed Casey was working. [Note: Later, Cindy found a picture of Casey at the "Anything but Clothes Party" on the computer. She confronted Casey about it.]
MON, May 26, 2008 – Cindy off from work for Memorial Day Holiday.

Casey and Tony L. went to a movie between 5 and 7 p.m. at Waterford Lakes Regal Movie Theater. This was their 1st date. [discovery doc pp. 1000 & 1002] After the movie, Casey & Tony L. went to Estelle G.’s apartment.
Casey told Tony L. the reason she could not spend the night with him was because Cindy demanded that she come home.

2nd, Hi Michelle not mfm. I see that on May 31, cma and TL had a date and cindy and george were in Cocoa Beach. I wonder if they babysat Caylee, or did she spend the night in the trunk.
Also, cma and Caylee spent a few nights at Ricardo’s house. Where did cindy think they were those 2 nights.
Funny, when you look at the events leading up to the crime, with cma out of control, but holding Caylee over cindy’s head and out of her sight, and cindy telling Ryan P. that cma was a sociopath, to stay away from her, she’s stealing and lying, but then grilling him about her actions, you could see the boil was about to burst, that cindy was on to her and in pursuit. Then we hear cindy saying how on the 15th of June, cma, Caylee and cindy spent the evening watching tv together like the Brady bunch.How incredible a lie is that? IMHO, the boil burst on 15th of June. If a mere lay person like myself can see it,and how absurd it sounds, I’m sure that the prosecutors can see through it like a piece of glass. I can’t wait until July 15th, also what a twist of fate that it is the 2nd anniversary of the 911 calls and the tumbling of the house of anthony. It’s just too weird.

Good morning all. Just a note. The link above in red for the rest of the timeline is showing an error. I’ve been reading and listening to Lee’s calls and visits with Casey. The reason. Yesterday, someone at Bill Shaeffer’s site asked if anyone knew when Lee asked Casey: “Is this like the last time”. I know I read or heard that somewhere back in 2008, but I just cannot find it. Anyone remember when Lee asked Casey that questio?. I also read somewhere (somewhat unimportant, but I liked the idea) that this person would no longer capitalize the names of casey, cindy, et al, as a sign of their disgust and disrespect for them. I think I shall follow suit. Its just a subtle protest against these people who have disrespected so many good people.
While listening to Lee’s visits with Casey back in July of 08, Casey stated that she had just opened a new bank account with Wachovia bank. Really? With what? I didn’t remember that little tidbit. She told that to Lee when he asked her if she had any bank accounts. As usual, she seemed to make up one of her instant, it just so happens that she just recently opened a new bank account. Her ability to lie continues to amaze me. Also, didn’t Cindy say at the Morgan deposition that Casey didn’t take money from her? Good ole Lee sure let LE know that Casey was continually stealing from Cindy. These future hearings and the trial are going to be so interesting. If we don’t think we have a life outside of this blog, just wait until the trial next year. I think I shall hire a catering service to deliver my meals directly to my laptop, so I never have to get up. Or, better, sign up for Nutra System, and diet at the same time.

Isn’t Amy now Ricardo’s girlfriend. I think they live together. Bet they have some wonderful conversations about casey. I would love to know what the parents of all these guys said to their sons about their involvement with casey. I know what I would have said to my sons.

Humble, I am racking my brain trying to remember where I heard or read it. It is not in either his July 25 or July 28 jail visits. Also, not in his phone conversation around July 18. I just know I saw this somewhere.
I am going to go listen to Judge Perry’s instructions to mr. biaz at the end of the last hearing. I want to write it down and try to see how close the defense came to fulfilling his instructions. I believe I remember Judge Perry saying the list should indicate which evidence to be reviewed on July 13, and which evidence to be reviewed on July 14. As far as I can tell from the media reports, that is not the way mr. biaz submitted the lists. This should be very interesting on July 15. I have already told my golf group that I am tied up in court that day, but will join them for dinner (the best part of golf). I wonder if, when Judge Perry returns from vacation on Monday, and reviews what has been submitted to him by the defense, if he will call an “emergency” meeting with the lawyers for an explanation of not following his orders.

Goodmorning Humble, Muesli, Glen and anybody alurkin, I think the last time she did this might be at the end of May, as you can see she said for several nights at Ricardos with Caylee, and cindy once stated that Caylee always splept at home, ( I think I remember her saying that ), also, didn’t Caylee attend the everything but clothes party which was on May 25. did she stay over that night too. That would make 5/25, 5/26, 5/27, not sure about 5/28. Maybe she was put in the trunk on 5/31 since cindy and george were in Cocoa Beach, maybe, not sure though, Three days maybe 4 or 5, might indicate to lee that that was the last time. JMHO.

It also seems during that time that cindy was in hot pursuit og cma. So I think things were coming to a head, and cindy was about to take action with getting custody of Caylee. So the happy little family that she seems to put out there is such a crock of mistruths, which in the worlds eye, a crock of LIES. Justice for Caylee, I feel it coming
The Ant’s in a whole will pay for their part in this mess. Caylee has to many supporters for it not to happen.
I do not think Casey and Lee had a close relationship nor do I think the whold family had a great family relationship..
But I do think that Lee does know the truth and after everything is told they all will have to hide under a rock.

Museli ~ are you still listening to the video tape to find out exactly what Judge Perry’s instructions were to Mr. Baez regarding the Evidence Lists?
Yesterday evening, I prepared a pseudo written reprimand for Judge Perry to issue to Mr. Baez for the manner in which he “complied” with the courts order for lists of the evidence to be inspected over two days next week. Now that I’ve had an opportunity to re-listen to the instructions, I would like to modify my position.
HOLD the reprimand! It appears that Baez must have listened to the instructions more than I did (5 times for me to transcribe the wording) in order to meet the minimum requirement without crossing the line of not following the court’s order. Oh what a Weasel! Here is what was said:
Instructions on Inspection of Evidence scheduled for 13 JUL 2010 & 14 JUL 2010
Judge Perry: “What I am going to require though is that the Defense give a detailed list of what they want to inspect. The law as I know it provides that both sides should have an opportunity to be there for inspection….
Mr. Baez if you could get Ms. Burdick a List …. give your best guesstimate as to what items you want for Day 1 and what items need to be for Day 2…. So it would be helpful if the Sheriff’s Dept. knows that they are going to have to have items 1 through 20 or 1 through 50 they will be inspected in that order so the Sheriff’s Dept. can arrange it, they can lay it out, know what they have to have….They should have all of this information by 12 noon on Thursday, July 8th…”

Just finished listening to the second half of the July 2 hearing. Judge Perry did not ask for a notice of compliance by 12:00 noon on July 8. He did specifically ask for a detailed list to be submitted.
Smoke, that last statement of AH about cindy & george being afraid that either casey, or Caylee, were stuffed in the trunk, shows us that they are the most incredible liars. They knew, they knew, they knew. And, now, they know.
Well, we’ll know next week what Judge Perry’s opinion is on this matter. Should be interesting. mr. biaz is so detestable. Watching him stumble through his whining in that hearing is almost unbearable. Isn’t he embarrassed? I was embarrassed for him. Have I mentioned that I love Judge Perry? I love his half closed “Garfield” eyes look when mr. biaz is whining.

Good point! She did not need a gas can on 30 June 2008. As a matter of fact, her car was towed around 9:16 a.m. on that day. Casey and Amy went to Target to purchase a gas can in the afternoon (betw. 11a.m. – 1 p.m). Casey was driving Tony’s SUV. She takes Amy back home.
Now, even if the car had not been towed, why wouldn’t Casey take Amy and the gas can to a gas station… go put gas in her car…. Amy drives Casey’s car …following her back to Tony’s to return his SUV? DONE!

At that time Tony L. lived at 3935 Sutton Place Apartments, Winter Park, FL which is approx. 2.5 miles from the AMSCOT at 7501 E. Colonial DR, Orlando, FL.
If you do a Google Map for the AMSCOT addy. (7501 E. Colonial DR, Orlando, FL) zoom in on it. You will see a Goldenrod Chevron gas station sign about 0.1 mile away on Goldenrod.
I think after Casey dropped Tony L. off at the Orlando International Airport at 9:17 a.m. she drove to AMSCOT to check on the car
(to see if it had been stolen). By the time she got there Mr. Ridgeway of Johnson’s Wrecker had towed the car. Casey prolly shouted, Yippee!!
Then Casey shows up on Amy’s door step at 9:45 a.m. Now that works out time wise. The trip from OIA to AMSCOT to 232 N. Glenwood AV, Orlando would have taken about 30 minutes.
The whole “can I borrow you and your gas can” bit was simply a decoy or an alibi for when someone would later ask her what happened to her car.
Also, wasn’t it AH that KC told about the squirrle under the front end…maybe she took her home and went to the car and found it gone… KC may have thought AH would want to look at the car to see where the smell was coming from to help get rid of the oder…KC did not want any one to go into the trunk…remember when GA wanted his gas cans back and how she rn pat him to get them..I beleive that Caylee was still in the trunk and KC put her in the swamp I think around the time she ran out of ga on the 27…jmo

Yes, AH was the one KC told about the smell in her car was coming from under the front end. KC also texted Amy on 27 June 2008 to let her know she had gotten rid of those darn squirrels that were plastered under the frame of her car.
After AH and KC picked up the gas can at Target @Fashion SQ Mall. they returned to 232 N. Glenwood AV. KC stayed with AH until it was time for AH to get ready for work.

From what we know so far from the discovery docs you are within the timeframe 18 June – 27 June 2008 that the experts think Caylee was removed from the trunk of KC’s car to the Suburban DR wooded area.
So, don’t beat yourself up over what day it was exactly. The end result is still the same.
